22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Adult Coins on: October 05, 2017, 05:22:54 PM
It's the first time I've heard about these coins. Shocked I've never thought there will be any ICOs or Adult coins whatsoever. In general, I don't believe in this industry as something profitable and worth investing into.

LTC = innovational & easy-to-use
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My eth balance is -1 wei on: October 05, 2017, 05:03:49 PM
That had happen me thrice already but in the next day it always back to normal. I guess its just some glitch or what. Actually the first time I checked and see my balance be negative I was shock and think my account had been hack yet I didnt make any action and the next day its all fine.

If it's happened two times already, you should do something about it even if it's fine the next day. There might be an error and if not reported, it may disturb you again.
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bad news for OmiseGo in Singapore on: October 02, 2017, 01:55:20 PM
It's strange, Singapore is considered one of the most tolerate countries towards cryptocurrencies in general and closing bank accounts with cryptos seems to be a bit absurd and illogical.
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: South Korea is Evolving into an Ethereum Powerhouse on: October 02, 2017, 01:51:01 PM
Taking into account that Japan is the country which decides to regulate whatsoever the cryptocurrency exchanges by issuing licenses, it's really promising in relation to Japan.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In your opinion, whats wrong with the current Crypto-Community? on: October 02, 2017, 01:36:39 PM
I think decentralization of the crypto-community could have both positive and negative effect, though I'm fine with the way it is now.  Wink
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cardano on: October 02, 2017, 01:29:18 PM
The coinmarcetcap indicates the maximum coin delivery of 45,000,000,000 ADA.  Competition is increasing and every team wants to make money.  Today they saw a coin on a bittrex exchange, but before touching, I'll be leisurely studying their product.

Totally agree, a thorough research of the product should be conducted. Apart from the max. coin delivery, the additional 14,979,843,678 ADA will be released gradually for the operation of the Cardano Protocol.
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What is your favourite ICO review portal on: September 28, 2017, 05:27:41 PM
I'm usually guided by a few rating sites; one of them is http://icorating.com/ as it displays the risk rating, investment potential, interest of investors-to-be with approximation whether it is worth investing for a short or long period of time. Apart from that, to contribute your own funds to any ICO project is a risk and the due diligence is the must-do thing in general.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Secuare on: September 28, 2017, 05:18:12 PM
The MEW is considered to be safe and protected from hacking, though there is no set method to secure your funds 100%. As far as I know the go-ethereum team is aimed to ensure the keys at much higher security levels.
It's recommended to back up your .ethereum/keystore folder in order to create much more protected environment for your funds.
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you picky with ICOs? on: September 28, 2017, 05:07:16 PM
Of course, it's the must-do thing as the majority of ICOs are scams and are not worth investing into.
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Intrinsic Value Altcoin Concept on: September 28, 2017, 04:44:35 PM
It depends on what we put into the meaning of intrinsic value. If the intrinsic value of altcoins is measured in proportion to the size of the network of crypto-people using them, then yes, alcoins could defined as those having the intrinsic value, at least, to some extent. Wink
33  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Amazon May Accept Bitcoin By October. Do you believe? on: September 26, 2017, 05:48:35 PM
Unless it is officially approved by Amazon, any other statements and articles seem to be useless.
Yes, it would be great for Bitcoin and the crypto-world in general if it was true, but now it's just the rumor, so let's not have high hopes of that.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO why do you buy these tokens on: September 26, 2017, 05:40:53 PM
Hello, dear guru. I'm new to investing in the crypt, but I already have experience in investing in bitcoin and ether. But I have a question about ICO? Guys, why is this all? What should I expect from an investor buying these tokens? And why do you buy these tokens? If you buy? Huh

Before investing into any ICO and buying any tokens issued on the ICO project basis, you need to conduct a thorough research about the chosen ICO. If the ICO project occurs to be successful, its investors will have the opportunity to gain significant profits. By making investments into the ICO project, its owner has the chance to raise funds to make that ICO a really working product with further financial perspectives for all parties involved.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do Altcoins really have a future? on: September 26, 2017, 05:14:10 PM
I believe Bitcoin has a future in long term. It proved itself in the past years and it is getting widely popular. It just has a transaction fee problem atm.

What about the altcoins? Who does use them for real? Will people use them in the future for real purpose?

I only have a hope for ethereum and litecoin, but not for the rest. I am not even sure for eth and ltc.

If bitcoin solves the reansaction fee and time problem, I doubt eth and ltc even have a future.

I consider that within time all other altcoins, except for ETH and LTC, will die out because of their duplicate nature and lack of resources (both material and non-material) to grow further. Ethereum proves itself as rather rapidly developing with many prospects in future. The same goes to Litecoin, too. As so, these altcoins could be used for long-term investments, though I couldn't say the same about other ones.
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: wich coin is better for an asset on: September 26, 2017, 05:00:57 PM
which coin is better for an asset waves, ethereum , wings or bitcoin?

I would be in favor of BTC and ETH as currently they are proven to be reliable, though with regard to market changes the BTC and ETH values change as well.

37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do we need an ICO regulation? on: September 22, 2017, 04:32:47 PM
After so many projects going scam the Investors or just dying before launch anything, I start think about this. I believe a project that want to raise huge funds should be backed by something big too. I know most of ICO doesn't have enough money to start the project and release announcement of their ICO with almost free money (there's website hosting payment and or copy-writers fees).

There's no guarantee for the Investors the project will ends well or the funds can be repay if something about fail gonna happen. Even they use escrow for fund, I don't think it safe because most of them using escrow that we don't really know.
We can't see people lose their money anymore. We need a trusted company or an organization with trusted people behind its to be a regulator. So every company should register their project, introduce the team (decentralized project doesn't have to be anonymous), office address (at least we know the place even if it's just a garage). And after that, the regulator decide to approve or reject. If it approved, they can make their Ann thread in this forum with regulator "approved sign".

Well it's just an opinion. It's all back to you guys to speculate money in crypto world.

I regard there is a grain of truth. How many ICOs turned out to be scams without any reimbursement to their investors? How much money did investors lose because of that? Even though there is decentralization, there should a way to solve the problem with scammers whatsoever.
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Future of SiaCoin on: September 22, 2017, 04:19:12 PM
As saw there is a huge marketing for SiaCoin(SC) in social media what do u think guys is for long term or its gona be another onecoin.

I think SC has a great potential to develop. Based on its decentralized storage technology, like google drive, etc., and the marketing campaign broadcast in social media it seems the company is aimed to move to another level of presenting its product and raising funds for it.
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which ETH wallet do you use? on: September 21, 2017, 02:09:20 PM
Of great use is MEW. It's really easy to use and you can link your Trezor or Ledger Nano S to it in order to have the access to your funds.
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you like to see in an ICO? on: September 21, 2017, 01:56:28 PM
Are buyers of ICO cryptos.. What are important things you guys like to see in a company / company presentation when buying their crypto?

What are the top 3 important things would you say that makes something more appealing?

To me, the most important thing is a business plan that will keep the crypto valued high.

Most ICOs only concentrate on product launch, and have no idea how to keep their coin popular.

I couldn't agree more. It's highly crucial when the ICO is economically efficient and a business plan will present a structured vision of how it will be put into reality. Besides, taking into account there is the number of unrealized ICOs, the business plan would be a good instrument to evaluate the project itself.
