How many shares do you still have available?
Depends on a few factors, but I'm not running out just yet. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Updated the price list, but I'm open to negotiating for large volumes.

I sent a PM requesting 200 shares about an hour ago. Any chance you'll honor the old prices? ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Yep. Bidders before the update got the previous prices. A day with family is costing me dearly. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

I tried asking this in one of the auction threads but got no response, is there any way to verify the people auctioning off direct shares? I would like to make a significant purchase but simply can't due to lack of information. Can someone at ASICMiner (with the seller's permission of course) confirm shares being auctioned are legitimate?
If in doubt, use an escrow. Here is a thread about forum escrows: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=108716 (may be outdated). Basically, direct share owners are identified by the Bitcoin addresses on file with friedcat. These addresses receive 1 Satoshi per share every week, which you can view through any Bitcoin block explorer. You can use this data to derive the number of shares the address owns at the time of dividend payment. Always ask the seller to digitally sign the intent of sale using this address (using bitcoin-qt or a similar tool of your choosing), especially if you chose not to use an escrow. This way, you will know that they are the real recipient of dividends to this address, and not declaring someone else's address as their own. Also, if clearly worded, you may use such a signed intent of sale document to resolve any dispute that may occur. Again, if in doubt, use an escrow.

Hello everyone, I am closing the below offer, as I am well past my target amount. I'd like to thank all the buyers for hassle-free trades. I hope you all get good returns. Don't forget to test bitcointalk's new trust system on me. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)
Dear Forum Members, I am planning to sell some of my ASICMiner shares at a fixed price to raise money for a Bitcoin related project. This is not an auction, so I'm submitting this to the Securities section. This thread is for questions and discussion, so please submit your bids directly to me via PM. To refrain from stealing too much of friedcat's time, I want to incentivize bulk purchases. Below are the current rates, which are subject to change according to demand: Above 75 shares: 2.6 BTC/share Below 75 shares: 2.7 BTC/share Below 25 shares: 3 BTC/share
I will be happy to negotiate for larger volumes that would help me close this sale quickly. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) You can read about pros and cons of purchasing direct shares here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=188550If you prefer to use an escrow, I would require the escrow to sign a contract. If you'd rather trade directly, I will send a signed contract to you, so that you can make a claim in case something happens to me during the process. In either case, you will be agreeing to the contract by sending the sum to the unique address mentioned in it. The transfer requests will be submitted to friedcat in weekly batches, but I will pass through any dividends that are paid for the shares from the time you make the full payment until the transfer is confirmed. Thank you for your attention.

First payment of 1000USD has been made to gsan. Please confirm.
Second payment of 1000USD has been made to gsan. He has been paid a total of 2000USD. Please confirm gsan. Yep, I have received USD 2000 from Nick in the form of MtGox codes. I'm really happy for you and your investors. Please contact us when all your debts are cleared for the removal of your tag. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Huh? Why? Where did the option to pay back in a currency worth only 10% come from? Did his investors agree to be paid back in "worse-of" terms? Not sure about that. I thought his investors and him agreed on the payment amount. I personally agreed, however I don't know anyone else who has. Some depositors would probably know why I settled, and anyone can PM me to discuss the matter.

awesome, i definately want one of these ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) Yeah, I know I promised to generate vectorized versions of those, I really didn't have time to get back to it yet. In fact I had reduced the fully vector SVG sizes to less than 1M at the time, maybe I can deliver them in a compatible format. I'll have a look at the new program when I have time.

Received a large payment today, ~20% of my deposit. I'm confident Patrick will pay the rest back in an acceptable timeframe.
Same here. I submitted my withdrawal request two weeks ago, and this is the second chunk I received. I'm also still receiving interest. Patrick's situation is clear, and I'm content with how he's handling things.

I have deposited 100BTC with chungenhung on [2012-07-28], to be returned in full with 8% interest as 108BTC on [2012-08-27]. Just testing the waters.
Thanks and best of luck.

* PUBLISH your artwork in a layered vector file format (.ai, .svg, .pdf, .psd, etc.) where others may download and manipulate it directly. JPG/PNG posting on image hosting sites does not count! * Make reasonable touch-ups as I may request. (I'm not an expert at these programs)
I had started working on alternate fully-vector SVG versions but didn't have time to finish; I'll finish them then, and might steal from the other designs while at it. Do you have specific dimensions in mind?

I was toying with the idea of using fractal backgrounds, for their scalability and as an allusion to Bitcoin's mathematical nature. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FJvsDg.jpg&t=663&c=IeHgrUxo2sStSQ) The design isn't finished, but if you like it I can work on it some more and produce a few templates of different sizes. Resolution isn't a problem but I'm wondering what else I can put on it and whether to add some fine print. And here's a variation with a prominent mathematician: ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2Fe6Sp1.jpg&t=663&c=t7XdDrKLq9Koiw) Although it would be pretty hard to relate Khayyam to Bitcoin, I like how this illustration worked with the rest of the design. If there is interest, we might even commission an artist to draw us a Gavin that watches over the QR-code.
