https://twitter.com/UTRUST_Official/status/935302009237860352: "We started to roll out KYC to the participants at a rate of a few hundred a day. Please note that the system will send you an email once you were selected and that it selects investors automatically. Keep in mind that we had 14.000 plus participants. Thank you for your patience!" Assuming a total of 14.000 participants and that they verify 500 people each day which is probably way more than "a few hundred", it will take another month to complete the KYC process for everyone, meaning you won't see any tokens until the end of December or probably even January because of holidays. Way to go UTRUST.

Some more information from their Telegram FAQ channel https://t.me/utrustfaq: "When is the token released? - Our whitepaper stated that the token can be released up to 3 weeks after the ICO (11 December 2017). It may happen any time before that as well." I quote their whitepaper version 1.0.2 from 2017-11-02, currently being linked on their web site: "In regard to the token issue timeline, the UTK are planned to be issued to all contributors no longer than 2 weeks after the ICO closes." Falsifying deadlines for further delays is a great way to earn trust.

Quite a big oversight that they did not update their FAQ with the KYC requirements. It still says "redeemable 3 days after the ICO ends" and "after a period of 10 days to you can add your ETH address." ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) They have one version of the whitepaper on their web site, another version is linked via Twitter in a post made only some days ago. "Rob" from the team in the telegram channel doesn't seem to have read the whitepaper either because he is telling people dates for the KYC process which differ from the ones in the whitepaper and he actually refers to it. This whole thing is a big mess.

I wonder, where are all the authentic posts about how great and successful the company will be now? ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

From telegram: tokens will be issued in next month (after KYC verification) probably on December 11 and major exchanges as well in next month.
Probably? The homepage tells us to follow the newsletter and the latest email said this will happen in the end of November.

As I have mentioned...I have only Armenian passport. No Austrian passport. From Austria I have only work permit VISA , so called Red-White-Red and driver license, which were not accepted by the nice Indian guy from IDnow. For my question what to do he just answered "I dont know, sorry". Nothing about bank statement or something like that.
For future.. be more polite and read carefully before expressing bullshit. I don't have time for stupid, non productive discussions here. This is official page of Utrust in this forum and I am expecting official reply.
Don't expect a reply here. There are hundreds of pages with unanswered questions and the community manager hardly ever posts here. They have a telegram channel (see first post) where the team used to answer pretty quickly during the ICO. Don't know what the current situation is but again, don't expect any specific answers, they like to keep it vague.

In Russia we have the law. according it the personal information of russians must be keeping in the russian territory. i do not want to brake the law. and i want my bounty without verification
So yes, there is such a law. But they do not have to do it. You can simply return the money you paid, if you do not provide the data. In general, now even in some bounties require personal data. Soon such a demand will all probably ... They won't refund it without a successful KYC process, see https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2400831.

You're an idiot. EVERY true company writes press releases - that's what it's called, by the way - A PRESS RELEASE! I worked in a news room for years and there a some simple things you need to know about PRESS RELEASES:
1. EVERY COMPANY writes press releases and send them to popular news houses in hopes of getting a free spot in their publications.
2. There are a lot of shitty writers and companies out there - consequently,
3. They don't always get published - only the worthy ones do. Even when the news organizations are just trying to FILL SPACE - they still pick the BEST and MOST USEFUL ones. That spells well for UTRUST - as obviously some news editor read their press release and thought it was worthy enough for their REPUTABLE publication.
4. Press releases are almost NEVER released in the format and structure that they are sent to the news organization. SO, even if UTRUST did write a press release, who is to say that particular opinionated line was not added by Business Insider? Do you work there? I don't.
5. You are right - that is a STANDARD marketing practice, and no reason to distrust any company that does it.
6. If you don't like UTRUST, then don't buy their tokens - SIMPLE. You don't have to FUD anyone with your obviously uninformed opinions.
7. Everyone interested in UTRUST or any other ICO should be doing their OWN research. It is called DUE DILIGENCE. You are investing your hard-earned money into an unknown project and entity. Research should not be conducted on a freakin BLOG. If this is your primary or only means of understanding where you are putting your money, then there is no two ways about it - YOU ARE STUPID and you shouldn't be investing in anything. TAKE YOUR dollars and run them through a shredder - you will have greater odds of putting them back together than making money off an uninformed and uneducated investment.
8. You idiots just piss me off. Damn it!
Thanks for the insight. I agree with all points but only partially with 5. A serious company has no need to spread false rumors or to quote out of context. If it was just their marketing technique, I wouldn't complain. Mainly it is their lack of transparency I dislike. After all we're all here to express our opinions, positive or negative, like it or not. UTRUST will replace PayPal, what a great ICO, best investment option, spot-on KYC decisions. Does it sound better? ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)

KYC? Really?! If true, this is gonna become just another forgotten story ...
Why is that? Not a big deal i think. Indeed, what is wrong with KYC? There are more project that use KYC on there ICO. Nothing wrong there so why here with UTRUST? ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Nothing wrong with KYC if you announce all the regulations in advance. It is different if you start changing requirements in the middle of the process and cannot give any transparent answer to rely on. Enjoy https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2400831 ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

They use "The payments platform of the future" as a slogan on their home page, allegedly a quote from Business Insider. In reality this is what was written: "[...] UTRUST is confident it will deliver the payments platform of the future.". Good marketing or not, the more I discover about them, the more I dislike them.

Despite the sold out message, both progress bars on the home page and on the ICO page still show an amount of 95.5217576% which corresponds to the value shortly before the ICO came to an end. Assuming they did not manually update the progress bars on each payment, the value represents the actual amount of raised money. ![Kiss](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/kiss.gif) Make screenshots while you can.

Over 25 million tokens in the last 20 minutes doesn't sound right to me regarding the progression rate of the recent days.
Of course 'Sold out' and 'ICO successfully funded' sound much better than 'ICO target not reached', go figure.

What a vacuous comment. I expect nothing more from shill monkeys. This is the exact type of post that contributes 80% of this thread - it contributes nothing constructive it's the equivalent of a someone saying to a group "Isn't X great" and one of the other muppets nodding and saying "Yeah so good".
AN if someone repeats the stats again I'm going to loose it. If your a fan of the project and looking at the stats then the CHANCES ARE that the people in a thread, dedicated to such an interest have been checking them and don't need to be told every time a single new token is sold.
This is exactly the reason why some teams decided not to offer support threads on bitcointalk and why you can't get any useless information here. The best thing you can do is to avoid posting at all. The thread won't get bumped and spammers won't get more opportunities to senselessly quote you. The reason for all this bullshit - right, bounty campaings. Even a million posts by sponsored monkeys do not represent the actual popularity of an ICO at all! Now let's think what this kind of marketing might tell us about UTRUST and their motives.

Read some of these posts, then you know why. Most of them are sponsored spam.

I would take that cryptobriefing guy's review with a grain of salt. He seems to be more annoyed that the dev didn't jump every hoop he was ordering him to do. Like why he didn't want to do a videochat if dev was ok with that?
Because a Skype call is private and the discussion is not visible to the public. This means that Nuno probably didn't want to answer the interviewer's questions in public for whatever reasons. This is exactly the same lack of transparency I encountered. Telegram is their official support channel, even listed on their web site. Skype is not.

excellent video conference, I liked how easy and simple the CEO answers all questions thanks for sharing! Old news, why don't you ask the CEO to easy and simple asnwer some recent questions in this thread? First, this is old news. Second, take a look at the application form. You write some very basic info about a company and press 'Submit'. Nothing to get excited about. C'mon guys. I want to see more spam! My criticism needs to disappear quicker ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

I agree, let us blindly trust UTRUST and dump all our money into their accounts because they are great, their company name tells us to trust them, and stuff. Nothing can go wrong ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

Why did everybody wait until ICO is almost over and than spread FUD? Very well thought, but the fact that you post all the negative news about Utrust when the ICO is almost over, makes me not trust you. Ive got the feeling you want people to panic sell.
UTK hasn't even been distributed yet, not possible to sell. These concerns arose before the main sale even started but have never been addressed. Why did everybody wait until ICO is almost over and than spread FUD? Very well thought, but the fact that you post all the negative news about Utrust when the ICO is almost over, makes me not trust you. Ive got the feeling you want people to panic sell.
and all of them are newbie accounts ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) very very trustful fudders ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) anyways, believe in utrust or not, it is the choice everyone should make for themselfs. I'm not a newbie and I've probably been involved before you even heard about UTRUST. Feel free to check my post history, I've been here during and after the presale and defended UTRUST when the Monetha shills tried to spread FUD. On the other hand, there's a ton a paid bounty shills in here, which is also easily verifiable. UTRUST is smart, their marketing and viral strategy is absolutely top notch. Unfortunately, their transparency is not. weeeeee reached pages 400 ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) congratz utrust team! a strong and very active community we have here ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I'm sure after I send this post, an army of bounty shills will start posting nonsense so it disappears quickly. That's the only reason there's so much activity in this thread. Is this still trustworthy..
Form your own view: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2400831.0PS: I'm blocked from their Twitter after a single question. I'm going to senselessly quote you here and link to this review that doesn't seem to be sponsored like many others: https://cryptobriefing.com/utrust-ico-review-token-analysis/. I invested myself and have no need to spread misinformation. Instead I want clear answers and transparency from UTRUST. Until now, they did the opposite.
