Hi! I have a problem: my wallet is not syncing. At first I used the old version 0.0.2, the synchronization did not start. Then I reinstalled and now I use version 0.0.4. But the problem is not resolved. I'm from Russia, but used a proxy, VPN, and connected to another network - nothing has changed. Has anyone seen anything like this lately? Previously (more than 10 days ago) everything was fine.
Have you tried the Lite wallet? It works great! Just restore from seed words. https://github.com/sumoprojects/SumoLITEWallet/releases/ No, I haven't tried the lightweight wallet, I'd like to use the full-nodes wallet for security reasons. Besides, I'm so used to it. But if there is no other way out-I will resort to this option, thank you! Does the wallet not synch until 100% or doesn't it synch at all?
Synchronization does not start, although the connection is established (there is an entry about this event in the log file). I tried to continue syncing on a wallet that has 91% completed syncing and on a new wallet. Have you tried to delete the data folder, reinstall the wallet and run it as admin? It works for me. Remember to keep the seed words before deleting every folder.

Optimised 64-bit Cryptonote elliptic curve library will be implemented on Sumokoinhttps://github.com/fireice-uk/cryptonote-speedup-demoSo what's up for the future 1. Even faster x5 - x10 EC crypto based on new features in Broadwell+ and Ryzen CPUs 2. Bulletproofs plus a ringsize of 100+ (absolute anonymity - protection from non native forks) 3. Electrum-like wallets 4. Solution to xmr 's temporal analysis attack (Attack III described here http://www.comp.nus.edu.sg/~shruti90/papers/monero-analysis.pdf first two attacks doesnot affect Sumokoin due to its legacy - 12 default mixins from day one plus ringct) Oh my god, 100+ ringsize! ![Shocked](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/shocked.gif)

I hope that the safety of the project is high enough, because I still hear many examples of hackers being invaded.
In my opinion, Sumokoin is the safest coin because it has a ringCT of 12+1 (look the features at the first post).

I installed the new wallet v3 and it started syncing with my original address and seeds..up to block 2101. Then it stopped. I closed the wallet to run again as administrator and now wallet won't open. Any help please? thx ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) EDIT: Got it syncing now. When I deleted the old wallet ... there was still files that didn't delete. So syncing from the beginning .. going to take days.... maybe a week at log level 3. ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) New wallet sync much faster than the old one. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

I guess the lower hash rate is because cryptonight-heavy is more difficult to solve than cryptonight-"normal". But it's not a problem because everybody has lost hash power. We need to get used to the new algo and not compare it with the old hash rate. Sorry for my English. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

I'm mining the new algorithm without problems ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) I'm getting lower hash rate than before but I'm enjoying: Before:- Cryptonight with Sgminer-GM -> 3000 h/s. - Cryptonight with XMR-Stak -> 2550 h/s. Now:- Cryptonight-heavy with XMR-Stak -> 2250 h/s. I'm using 5 AMD R9 380. Do you know if SImpleminingOS is ready for this coin? If it is, can you help me with config? Sorry but I have no idea.

Mad Jester was very helpful. Now it's working everything fine, we also find some errors and there are few new PR on Github to make the plugin even better. Now you can use SUMO for buying bios or PBE https://mining-bios.eu/ also I've set 10% discount. (There is bug, if you make order, wait for refresh it will show the right price with 10% discount, after that copy the amount, it's already in PR and will be fixed soon.) Great work! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

You can use Livecoin and Cryptopia.
As Germining says, use these exchanges to change Sumokoins into Bitcoins and after that, use Coinbase to change Bitcoins into Dollars.

Are you going to use it?
I would like to use it if I start selling online. But until this summer I won't have time. Is there any step by step tutorial about how to use it? I'm a noob on the internet web development:D

Thanks for the tutorial. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Does anybody know where to find the SumokoinWP (WooCommerce extension for accepting Sumokoin)? It was on Github but now it isn't.
