21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ECO] EcoCoin | Long-term support/market on: August 27, 2013, 05:06:20 AM
been solo mining for a couple hours, about 50 rejects and no accepted blocks so far
scan time is 2, queue 0 and expiry 2, with a good internet connection and port forwarded
no problem mining other coins on pools or solo mining other coins, anyone else having this issue?
22  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cryptobounty.com everyone making all this LTC and BTC. on: August 19, 2013, 06:06:17 AM
tried the 50% bonus and didn't get so lucky, but I bought a bounty so I'm crossing my fingers ^.^ I never really gamble because I don't have such great luck but maybe this one will pan through :3
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Multicoin Pool][PPLNS] [ Stratum ] give-me-coins.com 1% FEE [LTC, BTC,FTC] on: August 15, 2013, 09:38:53 PM
Phenomenal pool, great service, and incredible layout.
Can't say enough good things about this pool, I've been a long time member of give me LTC and just recently moved over to the new site, and I'm very very impressed.
only had one issue while switching over to the new pool and that was instantly cleared up by a small e-mail to tech support.
I've never had an issue connecting, withdrawing, or anything with this pool. I've tried many others, most have screwed me over in some way, shape, or sort. I'm glad I've found a pool I can count on!

All you need is one look at the new layout/interface and you'll be in love  Wink

https://www.multipool.in/
been using this for a couple of days and it seems to be paying out, still skeptical about it though.
What is to be skeptical about?
the first pool I used was notroll... I have my reasons to be skeptical of pool operators/humans in general ;P
but from what I've gathered the creator is legit and is actually putting time into it, pretty cool concept and actually does payout, the reason why I'm skeptical is because there's still no link to view your payouts. So I don't really know if I'm getting the amount I'm supposed to, but he/she addressed that issue in their thread and said that update will be coming soon.

26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Active Ripple Giveaways on: June 14, 2013, 07:08:38 AM
I thought I hadn't received my giveaway until I did a quick search in my e-mail (hurrdurrrr) and found the giveaway e-mail from ripple 13 days ago (the link expires after 30 days)
got 1000xrp for being on their mailing list, if they don't have any more give-aways I'll be surprised and butthurt.

Hello there ^.^
I found this site while doing research on litecoins and figured I'd register, I've know about bitcoins for about two or so years ago and since I'm an IT/Network specialist, it intrigued me. Can't say that SR also had a role in getting me interested, but any currency is only worth something if people will accept it for a payment in a service or for material objects. I brushed it aside like most people because I thought it was just some new fad of money laundering currency, if only I saw the potential it had back then Tongue I'd be rich haha. Anyways, I got heavily into cryptocurrency after the whole Cyprus ordeal. My friend then informed me about another cryptocurrency that was easily mine-able by the average high end ATI card, and that goes me very interested, mostly the fact that it was 4 times faster to confirm than bitcoin, I saw an opportunity to make some money and learn more about what I love, so it was a win win.
I won't bore you anymore with my life story, if you want me to verify myself further just shoot me a PM anytime ;3

I'd also like to post in this thread that will be closing soon https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=230047.msg2420499#msg2420499 :3 I've mined quite a few memecoins when they first came out so I'm very interested in the development of the store
30  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why does my hashing rate slow down? on: June 09, 2013, 09:13:01 PM
try rebooting your comp, mine does that after playing a game or using my comp for awhile, it will throttle down to ~30khash/s from about 300 until I restart it.
nothing a quick reboot won't fix  Wink

33  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: SatoshiDice - Do You Play??? on: June 04, 2013, 04:07:42 AM
I've been tempted but dice seems like a lottery. I'd play poker or something like that.
Does anyone know if there's a site for coin poker? If so I'd probably throw some coins at that

I've only played bitpotato once or twice and had pretty good luck
35  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How long after placing an order for a 5GH/s ASIC will BL ship it? on: June 03, 2013, 06:23:26 AM
If you bought one from them now you probably wouldn't see any profit from it when and if you actually receive it. I've heard of people buying other's pre-orders to jump up in the line but that's still sketchy  Undecided
