21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Celebrity Endorsed Cryptocurrency on: October 05, 2017, 04:54:43 AM
I think it is very good. After all, many trust these people and listen to their opinion. It popularitywith cryptocurrencies.
However people should invest very carefully, read their whitepaper throughly, don't invest what you can't lose is the bottom line
22  Economy / Speculation / Re: Positive bitcoin news as of late and its effect on BTC value on: October 04, 2017, 04:01:02 AM
Like the old saying "sell the news, buy the rumours", so it seems it's a good time to sell now.
But long term, do not sell any ! just keep HODLING
23  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Bitcoin? on: October 04, 2017, 12:55:21 AM
I plan to make bitcoin as a major investment, I was initially very interested in stocks, but the profit level of stock is very low even I often lose, the best experience of stock investment is I get 7% profit for 2 months but with bitcoin I can get profit more than 15% for a month.
It 'd be wise if you diversify your assets, put abit of money here and there, don't put all into bitcoin unless you hedge your bets. Remember we have not seen the crash in crypto for 2-3 years now, and what happen if it does ?

25  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Die Because of China? on: October 04, 2017, 12:18:55 AM
China banning bitcoin or whichever country banning bitcoin/Crypto is definitely not going to kill the coin off. But it is important to see the trend, i mean if we think about it, lets say hypothetically, if China or any country somehow invented a way to improve their own economy/fight against inflation without the use of bitcoin/crypto, surely other countries will follow. And surely, hypothetically, it could also go the other way, which ensure that other countries will not copy, which result in bitcoin/crypto to moon, maybe ?
26  Economy / Economics / Re: Stock market vs. Bitcoin??? on: October 04, 2017, 12:08:11 AM
I have been invested in stocks market for a few months, and this is what I found:

*In stocks, the profit is very slow. It will take years to see your profit.

*In bitcoin,it will only take a couple of days or months and you can get an instant profit.

Stock is safe because it is backed up by the government, bitcoin is decentralized but we do trust it.

Both of them are risky but bitcoin is better and profitable.

But again, it is always good to diversify your portfolio, hedging your bets !
27  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin price is recovering! on: October 03, 2017, 11:57:55 PM
Bitcoin is rising but altcoins are still fucked up.i thought they never rising, there's such an air Cheesy i am kidding but they has to be rise before nowAltcoins make me insane.Go bitcoin make yourself to world
People trust bitcoin more than altcoins as you can see it has dominated the market, when bitcoin is up whales are moving their money to bitcoin to make easy money in a short period of time and there is nothing to worry because it's a normal thing and that trend has not change yet.
Instead of thinking it as a negative thing just look at the bright side and we should be buying cheap altcoins in this kind of situation in the market.
Crypto currency is not yet popular for the common person to use as it is still the early stage of development so i think people distrust both bitcoin and altcoins. The price goes up and down now is pretty much because of speculation.
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin dies does altcoin die? on: October 03, 2017, 11:43:35 PM
Just think about it, if Bitcoin dies, what could possibly be the reason first of all ?
* WAR ? Armageddon ? Then altcoin wouldn't matter anyway right ? => Altcoin dies
* World government ban => Altcoin gets banned too => Altcoin dies
* Better/more supprime Bitcoin Alternative (ex:BTC v2) =>Altcoin probably survive
So i think their destiny are connected, if one dies, the other would hardly survived
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] ⚡ Electroneum ⚡ Token Sale Sept 14th Mobile Mining Crypto Coin on: September 20, 2017, 01:13:35 AM
So if you would buy some tokens right now, do they stay on that website or can we download a wallet somewhere and send it there immediately?

Let me clarify.

At the moment you can GENERATE the offline wallet, but NOT transfer anything to it yet. This function will go live PRIOR to the blockchain going live at November 1st.
Now, as Richard, the dev, confirmed, "(they can't brute force at any intensity)", so your coins on your platform are secure at the moment.

it is adivised to transfer your funds TO the offline wallet when that transaction-function launches, prior to the 1st of November.

do you realized how many times Bitcointalk  get hacked and leaking users account before?
Your coin is only being created at TGE (Token Generation Event) which is after ICO. The Coin you deposited into the ICO will be stored in cold storage. The ETN you see in the website is just the statistic number for now. So even your account gets hacked, all hacker can do at the moment is staring at those number lol. Plus, the dev is implementing 2FA soon. After ICO, it is advised that you transfer your ETN into your paper wallet right away for safety.
30  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What to do when prices are falling on: September 19, 2017, 02:33:11 AM
Just HODL, buy more when you can, sell when it is going up (only if needed)
31  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Does Coinbase negotiate? on: September 19, 2017, 02:14:19 AM
I doubt it.  Go with Gemini for lower fees. Or opening account at other Xchange like Poloniex, Bittrex, Bitfinex, those are good & liquid
32  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why use Bitcoins ? on: September 19, 2017, 02:04:35 AM
*Store of value against deflation
*Ease of use when transferring for cheaper and faster
*Government can not interfere
There's more but those 3 should do it
33  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: September 19, 2017, 12:51:04 AM

35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥 [ANN][BOUNTY] DATUM Bounty 🔥 Giving away 30 Million DAT worth 3000 ETH🔥 New on: September 17, 2017, 10:56:38 AM
What a stupid idea, how can you justify making money at the expense of your own privacy/data. At best, people who are so desperate to use the system to sell their data are most likely those who are ... "desperated", so how valuable are those data going to be for data buyer ? Probably None
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][🔥PRE - ICO OPEN🔥] LUST: DECENTRALIZED SEX MARKETPLACE WITH ESCROW! on: September 17, 2017, 10:24:59 AM
I have read the white paper, The project seems to do well in term of providing an anonymity and being an alternative payment solution, but i have these questions:
*What happens if buyer let the seller scanned the key, then seller refused to provide the service ? Surely seller will get the negative feedback, but seller can always open another account.
*Or what happens if buyer refuse the show the key even after completing the service ? Who's there to protect the seller ? Negative feedback seems not a powerful solution for such issue.
*Who's there to protect seller/buyer safety ? We're not only talking about economy here, this is personal health being at stake here which must be placed before the money being created.(Feedback doesn't solve this)
*What happen if the government decide to arrest the founder ? Or shutdown the website ?
*Lastly, the benefit that token holder gets apart from a raise in the coin value is getting a discount on using the system service, that's not much is it ?
