22  Economy / Speculation / Re: Holding will be a risk or not?? on: January 06, 2018, 02:18:27 PM
As indicated by predictions bitcoin should have achieved 15k$ by end of 2017 and fall in first week of jan 2018

In any case, shockingly its effectively reached 17k$ in 2017.

Should I purchase or hold my btc?I don't plan to sell at any point in the near future.

Purchasing is risky, and must be ready for the loss, however it can be minimized through right timing. On the positive side, you can already gain some if it goes up. Holding is just the same, the ups and downs of price is the factor to look upon, be a keen observer. But, it is not short term, holding requires long time to run before gains can be seen. So, I think, the best thing to do is follow and decide very cautiously. Study the trend and condition you're presently in.

26  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin's price is getting low on: December 27, 2017, 06:29:39 AM
This week, bitcoin's price gets low. Based on the article that i read, it says thats they cant trace the reason why its getting low. They said it might be because some used to hack and mine bitcoins. They also said that maybe it was because there are new cryptos.
What do you think is the main reason? Do you think its price will still rise?

I was thinking that what happens to China's Exchange may have something to do with it. Other thing is, many are selling there stocks for the upcoming holidays- that's just for me
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do Altcoins really have a future? on: December 27, 2017, 06:26:56 AM
I believe Bitcoin has a future in long term. It proved itself in the past years and it is getting widely popular. It just has a transaction fee problem atm.

What about the altcoins? Who does use them for real? Will people use them in the future for real purpose?

I only have a hope for ethereum and litecoin, but not for the rest. I am not even sure for eth and ltc.

If bitcoin solves the reansaction fee and time problem, I doubt eth and ltc even have a future.

I hope so, I have those alt coins, and as for me, eth and ltc will take along with btc, plus, there is one more coin that is coming up the stage..monero
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mr.John McAfee's coin of the day - Humaniq (HMQ). on: December 27, 2017, 06:24:30 AM
Look how legible John McAfee is. It was just an announcement he made, and it makes the value of Humaniq doubled. The sad thing is, I do not have it Angry
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is your guys' opinion on my portfolio? on: December 27, 2017, 06:21:11 AM

4. XSPEC (private transactions) - McAfee stated that private coins would play a large role in the future of crypto so I went out and did my research. After comparing this coin's features to the other coins, it seemed to me like this coin was heavily undervalued especially considering its market cap and supply. I noticed that it's a PoS private coin that boasts 60 second transaction times and incorporates ring signatures and TOR capabilities. I also like how the network provides staking rewards, providing an incentive to hold rather than pump and dump. The community behind this project seems to be very strong and helpful in answering questions, so I believe this coin has a bright future.

I was thinking the same, XSPEC have the potential, and I think it will boom in the near future. I am also keeping  details about it.

Best altcoins to buy for 2018 Huh

Still the same, for me the top three would be the best to, ethereum, litecoin, and monero.
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Should I do as a newbie? on: December 27, 2017, 06:11:47 AM
I'm Hoeda From Indonesian. I just tried to join today.
First I saw the enthusiasm of my friends in the village who had already mined bitcoin. About 3 years ago, my friend once invited me to join him.
but I refused, because at that time I was studying and working in one of the bona fide companies.
so I do not have time to spare.
and now I have graduated from my college.
then yesterday I accidentally saw my friend on Social Media, he has been successful with his efforts. I started chatting with her, she said her success was due to bitcoin.
after that I am more curious and interested to join to bitcoin.
many new things that I have not known here.
Now what should i do as a newbie and howto get bitcoin BTC ?

I hope the members who have long joined here can share his experience.
success for all of us!!

I was like you few months back. Keep on posting bro 14 times in two weeks time, and rank up. You can also earn from bounties and social media campaigns even as a new member. Lastly, read threads here, many are very informative and you will learn new things only experience can teach. Good luck to you.

33  Economy / Economics / Re: Are electric cars bad for the oil industry? on: December 27, 2017, 06:02:45 AM
Title.

So. Electric cars are gaining in popularity, therefore the popularity of gasoline will be going down. Won't the price go down, leaving the oil industry in trouble?

It will only  have minor effect the industry. I have also read something about a person who invented water as a exchange for gasoline, but, where is he now? He's being silenced by those oil capitalists. Anyways, it would take a long time for the electric cars to be used widely and became very popular.

Bitcoin brings us all Freedom

Smiley

It definitely is. I feel the same way as others do. I feel relieved with the paperless transaction. I feel free financially - this is my freedom!
35  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I stop Buying BTC? on: December 27, 2017, 05:46:04 AM
Should I stop buying BTC for above market value or should I start paying the listed price? I support Bitcoin and still pay 5k a BTC does anyone see bitcoin going back up?

Lay low maybe, but, not stop. There may be incidents that will affect bitcoin, but, in the long run., it will still stay and goes up. Buying is always above the market value, but, try the lowest one.. Grin
36  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ate you going to spend or save you bitcoin? on: December 27, 2017, 05:42:03 AM
•Are going to spend or save bitcoin?

•Whats the right thing to do? When in earning bitcoin?

•What do you think is proper and the right thing to do?

As for me, I never spend my bitcoins, I keep it that it would not be touch as if I do not have them. Holding them for me is enough, and I earn.
37  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Investment on: December 27, 2017, 05:39:44 AM
Bitcoin users double every 12 months in our current phase of the adoption S-curve. This was calculated with my work tracking Google Trends data on the assumption that users search BTC/USD price.

People getting on bitcoin is really multiplying very fast, but, doubling them does not take that much time. As the value keeps on increasing, who will not be..
38  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Are Faucets Useful Now? on: December 27, 2017, 05:36:16 AM
It does not change the fact that it is many times still a waste of time, working for a long time and only gains very little. Even if bitcoin value is high, it is still requires a lot of time on faucets.
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin or Ethereum on: December 27, 2017, 12:55:29 AM
I want to buy some coins. Now the Btc price is around 10000$.best thing is buy btc or ethereum now

Now, BTC is around $ 15,730 and increasing again after a fall. And I think it will be great to buy now since it is not yet on its recorded highest value. Also ethereum, it may not have decreased, but, buying now is the right thing to do, tomorrow it will have a lot difference.
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Good Altcoin for longterm investment on: December 27, 2017, 12:48:08 AM
hello ,,
i just want to invest my BTC with a good Altcoin for longterm investment,, with proof of stake system  Smiley
so i can staking my coin too
maybe 1 - 2 years from now,,

I feared that such a long term is to risky for alt coins to invest in, the only thing I know is that for a less risky investment, why don't you just stay on BTC. If you really wanted to invest in alts, choose the top which I think is the ethereum.
