21  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Investment on: December 27, 2017, 05:45:26 AM
Were entering the time where Bitcoin adoption is about to explode IMO. Last year we saw MASSIVE gains and it seems like this could be the year of mass adoption. I have never heard as many people talk about bitcoin and crypto currency as I am finally starting to hear. It makes me so happy that blockchain technology is finally starting to get the public attention. Once we can get some working proofs and products which 2018 will bring to fruition of the true value in blockchain technology I think the adoption rate will just keep multiplying.

24  Economy / Economics / Re: EU considers launching database of Bitcoin owners on: December 21, 2017, 10:16:39 PM
I think more news very similar to this keeps coming out and actually have a lot more in 2018. With all this new influx of money you know for a fact that the governments are going to try to dip their hand in the honey pot whichever way you can. The answer to this? Privacy Coins. I am splitting up a big percentage of my portfolio for privacy coins as I'm expecting them to absolutely explode in 2018 with all this "regulation" trying to come our way.
25  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what is happening for BTC? on: December 21, 2017, 10:09:17 PM
There are currently a lot of reasons.

1 is Roger Ver and Bitcoin Cash, which if anything is honestly just creating distrust for all the newbies coming into crypto currency. Another reason is I think that a lot of people are still in the same thinking process that bitcoin is a transferable payment method, and than they are getting confused and sad when the transfer times take so long and are so costly. Once we can get the idea that Bitcoin should be a digital storage of value and other alt coins that were created for payment processing comes out and people start using that and they see that transactions can be done almost instant the trust in bitcoin will come back up and it will rebound quick! I think the first quarter of 2018 hopefully we start to get at least some more knowledge for people who are just now entering the space and throwing money around blindly.
26  Economy / Economics / Re: does ethereum make money off of people who make tokens based on them? on: December 19, 2017, 03:53:42 AM
If someone makes an erc20 token, does ethereum profit from it? Do they get a portion of revenue? Thanks

They do not get a share of revenue, also I do not know who you necessarily mean by ethereum as there are techinically no owners. A fee will be paid each time one of these tokens is transferred which will be in ETH. This also can push the price of ethereum up as there is more demand for it.

Right, as far as I am aware when you buy a token with Ethereum from a smart contract, like through a ICO you are going to send your Ethereum and also you spend some ether on sending the transaction. That is how Ethereum's value will go up in turn because now the amount has gone down while the supply is still going to keep going up and going up.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin reached $100! on: December 11, 2017, 10:36:43 PM
Wow, amazing that we will be closing in on 250 LTC shortly! From being stagnant at the 50 dollar price range for so long! I think with all this influx of news with bitcoins people keep forgetting about LTC and just how quick it is to transfer around. Hopefully that comes to light (pun intended) and Litecoin just keep blasting. If anything this could just be a catalyst making other currencies focus on their transaction times and make everything better, excited to see what comes!
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The Most Undervalued Coin listed on binance on: December 08, 2017, 09:52:17 PM
On binance I'd probably go for the following coins

IOTA - around 25-27k sats is a pretty good buy in rate going right now.
XLM - is at 850 after being up in the 1000-1200 in the past days, looks like it supported pretty well, should be a really good long term hold as well.
ADA - if you can in at around 650-700 SAT could be good for short term, anything is good for long term. really behind this coin.

Finally add in LRC - Returning from a pretty big dip but if you can get in at 1500 sats is a really good price, usually is stays around 2200ish and spikes up to 2700-2900 when news hits. this and DeepOnions are my favorite coins right now, (but DeepOnion is only available at cryptopia right now)
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin or Ethereum on: December 06, 2017, 09:39:48 PM
I am and will be continuing to hold both of them but I am slowly increasing my Ethereum holdings in relation to my bitcoin holdings. Probably going to be DCA my way in from about 80% bitcoin and 20% ethereum to about 50/50 based on ethereum's current satoshi value.

Just look at the graph on ethereum on cmc.
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ethereum/#charts

Especially with how everyone is saying 2018 is going to be the year of the alts, well most of the alt currencies are erc20 tokens so without a doubt ethereum should have a big year if not just as big as bitcoin and when the satoshi value rebounds you will be sitting great and from there if you want to convert the percentage back to more favoring bitcoin you can with making more bitcoin than you would have by just holding all along.
30  Economy / Economics / Re: Beside Cryptocurrenices where would you invest? on: December 05, 2017, 03:24:59 AM
Without a doubt real estate. Myself I'm using cryptocurrency to actually help me make the money to get involved with real estate. Hopefully within the next year I can put a downpayment onto a duplex/triple and start renting out and building my empire! If you have a good job and can start at a young age with cryptocurrency able to give me a head start into real estate the future is looking bright!

32  Economy / Economics / Re: Big Crash coming on: December 04, 2017, 06:14:14 AM
I was expecting a bit of a pullback but I'm not so sure anymore since even if we flatline for a about a week or so bitcoin will go back to being super hyped once the futures are announced in mid December. I think that is going to cause bitcoin to shoot up and honestly I would not be surprised if I saw 14-15k bitcoin before the new year.

Although thats not to say that if it doesn't have a 35-40% pullback sometime before or after the new year and I will be here waiting with some more cash to buy!
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: walton vs OMG longterm on: November 30, 2017, 10:20:13 PM
I like them both for long term holds but if you had to pick between the two I would side with Walton.

Honestly I think it really depends on when you will be putting the money in actually, Walton should see a much quicker pump because of them recently introducing the Guardian Masternodes on December 10. So from now until December 10th the price is just going to keep rising and rising as people are taking the coins off of exchanges and into their wallets. I also like Walton more for passive incomes and especially if you have the funds to be able the purchase a guardian masternode which will give more monthly rewards than 2 masternodes.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BAT - Basic Attention Token ICO (31-5-17)- Worth Investing? on: November 29, 2017, 09:44:14 PM
BAT has got to be in my top 3 for long term holds in alt coins.

Trying to revolutionize one of the biggest online markets? Made by Brendan Eich, creator of JavaScript and co-founder of Mozilla. Apparently has some ties to Coinbase and should be getting added to more exchanges and even potentially Coinbase in the new year. With all the new members of Coinbase and the influx of so many people getting involved with cryptocurrency it would seem that Coinbase and BAT could both prosper if they were to offer a inexpensive coin that has value and can be used instantly. Here's to hoping BAT see's its inevitable growth in the coming years!
35  Economy / Economics / Re: Passive Income on: November 29, 2017, 07:16:35 AM
Passive income is what I'm currently putting all my focus into, the best part is you can just keep producing different streams of it and multiplying the income.

Currently getting passive income through my online e-commerce shop not much but I get it all through organic instagram traffic so even 2-5 orders a week is easy money for just driving to the post office while I have my IG account just auto following.
DeepOnions by getting free onions from their airdrop and the cryptocurrency is increasing so it feels great to be getting dividends be being investing in.
Looking to put a down payment on a duplex in the next year and rent the other half out while paying trying to get it payed off with as quick as possible (Crypto gains!) and than trying to get to true financial freedom through real estate!
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Good moment to buy ETH? on: November 29, 2017, 05:24:20 AM
I am a big fan of ETH. I think around the current price is fine maybe you can catch a drop to 440-450 and buy some than. But I feel like ETH just establishes such good floors (see the price stagnation at 300) before breakouts. We are even see that is stagnating a bit but not really dropping at all with these HUGE bitcoin bullrun past 10k+++ which tells me a floor seems to be building.

I think we are just some small news announcement away of seeing a 100+ increase, so long story short, anytime now to invest.
37  Economy / Speculation / Re: price of bitcoin in december? on: November 29, 2017, 04:30:19 AM
I think we are going to see bitcoin keep a steady climb up near or into 12k in the following week/ start of December. I do smell a bit of a a 30-40% correction at around that mark or as time gets closer and closer to the new year due to many things. (pulling money for new year due to taxes, gifts etc) December should be a fun month to watch bitcoin and will get us primed for what I'm hoping is a HUGE 2018.
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]🚀BITCOMO| CPA NETWORK on Blockchain - FOR SMARTCONTRACT PROJECTS AND ICO🚀 on: November 26, 2017, 10:18:47 AM
If the project is successful just imagine how many people will be doing similar ICOs  Smiley

By that time it won't be interesting for those who already invested now (i mean us).

Yes but many others, who's new to the all this crypto stuff, may be attracted to this new similar ICOs... and that's not in the Bitcomo's interests.
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]🚀BITCOMO| CPA NETWORK on Blockchain - FOR SMARTCONTRACT PROJECTS AND ICO🚀 on: November 26, 2017, 04:06:00 AM
Cost per action system leads to big open space for internet marketing

CPA system allows for each member to feel comfortable and be confident in earning.
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]🚀BITCOMO| CPA NETWORK on Blockchain - FOR SMARTCONTRACT PROJECTS AND ICO🚀 on: November 25, 2017, 09:47:56 AM
We still have the problem that ETH grows super fast. It so unprofitable to change the currency that takes it record maximum every day on some tokens that are still not saleable.
So how do you imagine the payment? Introduce all the alts or what is your point?
It would be simpler to introduce Fiat. We need this option so that it does not work like it's twice higher next day like it is now cause of those couple ETH BTC.
