Yes, the SAT will have a higher value after the ICO. Especially for those who invest during pre-ICO and the first days of the ICO.

We cannot disclose the exact amounts for now. However we already sold SATs prior to the ICO which represent enough seed to launch the project but does not represent a large amount of the total ICO.

Each merchant must be approved to join the coalition. This already limits the integration of bad merchants. Even so, the protocol will ensure that the client receives his or her rewards if there is a transaction.

What we said above was about ratings. A customer cannot be a victim of fraud. Smart contracts are designed to ensure the rules of the protocol and these are immutable.

The advantage of using blockchain for this service is that everyone is able to know for which transaction the user has given a rating. It adds transparency to prevent fraud. Furthermore, if a merchant still manages to cheat and the fraud is revealed, there is a good chance that the merchant will be excluded from the coalition.

Hello bonghip. Even when all merchants will be using Sandblock, we'll continue to improve the protocol and develop new services around the SAT.

If the SAT goes from 30cts to $6500 it will mean that the project has evolved as we would like and that we have succeeded in creating the first worldwide loyalty coalition of merchants and customers.

It will also mean a lot of work for us, because we'll have to continue to support new merchants wishing to join the coalition and maybe offer other services related to the SAT.

For the moment we can't share more precise dates. 

The application is currently under development and unfortunately not accessible to the public. A private beta is expected to be available by the end of the year and the public beta will be available in early 2018. 

Merchants will be able to define their own rules, however, if they wish to be part of the merchant coalition developed by Sandblock, they will have to be accepted by all other members of the network. This system of governance will ensure its proper functioning.

All Sandblock protocols will be smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain.

Of course customer satisfaction is based on a lot of criteria, what we are building is the protocol that will ensure the balance and fairness in the relationships between merchants and customers as well as the relationship between multiple merchants. We are not trying to guarantee customer satisfaction, which is only something possible by the merchant. By creating this framework, we aim to improve and give more value to those customer, merchant relationships. For example by giving customers the opportunity to give their opinion freely and be rewarded even if they are not satisfied, or to give customers the opportunity to exchange loyalty rewards with each other and not be locked anymore in merchants programs they do not wish to participate in. Or give merchants the capability to acquire new customers from user referrals or other merchants from the coalition.

To make it work, we rely on several points:
• create a network of partners
• create tools to simplify the integration of Sandblock for merchants
• we have a team used to working on challenging projects 

Gas fees will be flexible even though we believe that most of the time, the exchange of tokens merchants doesn't need to be done very quickly.
