I don't see it as a professional coin, even though I am interested in its algorithm. It's not even a joke coin, more like weebos coin smth which will bring no near future.

Price dropped but network hash remains constant and just increased too. Virtually every other coin’s hashrate rises and falls with price but yenten’s hashrate is inelastic. 30 days in: 7 pools, one of which was already hacked and another crashed, 60+ discord users ( https://discord.gg/MW6aPzb), new users can still SOLO mine effectively with their office PC, and nodes are popping up all over the globe. I don’t think yenten is going anywhere. we are now 60 days in. Here’s where we’re at: - We now have TEN pools. wow. - We hit a high price of 1,800 sat last month - The discord channel is active and growing - We were added to CoinMarketCap - We were added to Delta Portfolio App - You can still mine this with your desktop PC - it was proposed that the smallest unit of measurement for yenten should be called the "conan" - buy orders are building again on our super duper high quality exchanges. This was when YTN was at 100 sat. Where were you? It sounds to me like you missed it. You should try not to miss it again and if I were you I would start mining or even buy some coins. |

I do not know who's behind this project as a support, but what I've found is listed on the stock market at the worst possible time for listing the altcoin, when BTC raised up to $ 20k. I'm sure it's a project with a detailed development plan. For some reason you need to keep KMC at this price and do everything to keep it up to date. you work the opposite of the whole crypto community. net hash building up again, and tons of buy orders up to 120 sat. which represents very strong support for this coin considering how little info we have about development.
i just saw this same pattern on a cpu coin and a neoscrypt coin: totally asleep for the first 45 days, then support builds around 80-120 sat, and then. . . fingers crossed for the next two weeks folks.

it's nutty. there are no sell orders anymore. there's one for $150 at 380 sat, but that would put yenten at 5.6 cents. and no one except for paul has enough to clear out buy orders.
i can see where this is going:
1. price rises
2. hashrates triple
3. those big new miners dump their new coins
4. price & hashrate drops
5. repeat for next 2 months
but the end result is the same each time: small miners who have a single PC will continue to mine and hodl throughout the volatility, and distribution will be pretty fair. the little guy is like the tortoise who beats the hare. frankly i don't care what happens from here on out as long as price doesn't drop below 80 sat again.
For those of you paying attention: we are on #4 of the cycle. And since we've been quietly expanding to 10 pools with more wallet holders than ever, I will be happy to see us return to #1. |

Could anyone help me start mining? I have 4 AMD GPUs and I have never been able to get x13 work on sgminer. I receive this error:
Failed to ADL_Overdrive5_ODPerformanceLevels_Get
I thought this was the dummy plug issue but I recently got dummy plugs, installed them, but things still don't work.
I have not been able to mine the x13 algo or lyra. I have tried using the nicehash miner and also the sph-sgminer_x13mod.
Is there another x13 miner for AMD that I can try? In the nicehash miner I don't actually even see x13. Is x14 the same and the pool automatically send me the correct work?

That's true. Our community needs to support this coin in the exchanges also in order to stabilize the price. Not just mining it. We need to raise the price at 1200 Satoshi. Volume is very important also. Mining this coin on a PC is the coin’s greatest feat. Mining Yenten on your laptop will make it more difficult for big miners to accumulate and dump coins. Every person that mines Yenten on their PC will download the wallet and become an adopter. The ability for every person to mine with desktop hardware is what sets this coin apart from all other coins. We need to get the word out and amplify Yenten’s core message: ASICS are for kids. Real coins are coins that you mine with your PC. If 100 more people atart mining Yenten with their PCs, then price will go up. More if 1,000. A lot if 100,000. If a million people mine Yenten with their home computer, then Yenten’s price will moon. |

I'm really impressed how well the coins are being absorbed. That's 36,000 ytn per day and lots of big miners are selling on the exchange but price is relatively stable. Today more than ever I believe that Yenten is here to stay.

Everyone thinks this coin is dead, right?
There are a select few (including, I assume, the developers) that are still mining it and winning all the rewards, right? So someone believes this project has a future.
There's possibly an update coming soon plus a slight chance that the devs will fulfill their promise of masternodes in 2018, right?
And someone has bought up all the sell orders on stocks.exchange up to 305 sat, right?
It seems like the devs are a bit shady or, in the very least, just don't communicate well. But I'm beginning to think that they are doing that on purpose so that hash rate remains low, creating this sort of unofficial pre-mine period.
On the other hand, I have no clue as to whether the people behind this project have ANY technical capabilities, and at least one dev's post history leads to some scammy sort of get rich schemes on this forum that are very cringey.
Sooooo. . . I don't know what to think about all this. Anyone have thoughts?
