It has come to my attention that my previous post could mislead readers to "link" their GooglePlay or iOS GameCenter account to a specific "device". To clarify, what I have for sale is the gmail address and password that allows you to "add account" to your current Android device. If you "link" to "device" within the game it becomes much harder to resale the account without the physical phone/device as part of the sale.

I hope I have answered your questions about how one can have so many Clash of Clans accounts.

Yes OP is correct that anyone can buy gems to reach the maximum Town Hall level, but will have no defense against raids and can only successfully attack other villages of the same XP points.

I just set up a new gmail account then add that account to my phone or android emulator. Then I have to clear the CoC app data to switch between accounts. DO NOT CLEAR the app data on your phone/device until you have linked your current village to a gmail account.

I have several TH7 android accounts for sale. My most mature TH7 is level 66, 4 builders with over 2000 gems so you can either get 5th builder or gem up your next TH upgrade. All defense and offense is maxed out. only 27 more walls need to upgrade to level 7. I am asking 0.2 BTC for this account. this is a CUDA accelerated mining application for litecoin only.
The most computationally heavy parts of the scrypt algorithm (the
Salsa 20/8 iterations) are run on the GPU.

You should see a notable speed-up compared to OpenCL based miners.
Some numbers from my testing:

GTX 260:    44  kHash/sec  (OpenCL: 20)
GTX 640:    39  kHash/sec
GTX 460:   101  kHash/sec
GTX 560Ti: 140  kHash/sec
GTX 660Ti: 176  kHash/sec  (OpenCL: 60-70)

NOTE: Compute 1.0 through 1.3 devices seem to run faster on Windows XP
or Linux.
