21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is it secure to use MyEtherWallet? on: October 21, 2018, 04:53:18 PM
Yes if you use it wisely. you can transfer token from mew to other wallet using Offline sending it might be tricky but I think its safe!
The wallet is fine to use if those steps are used inside when the investor is holding the coins or tokens.
22  Other / Archival / Re: Is this the end for Altcoins? on: October 18, 2018, 05:27:07 PM
The market from time to time has these abrupt movements, there is no need to despair, we have almost 10 years in this and still do not learn to have patience, it shows such a lack of experience and knowledge, especially to keep calm in tense situations, so relax, lay down a while and wait it for recover.
Exactly.
Since the price can be anywhere on the charts, investing in the coins before the year finishes would be a smart tactic.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH to hold now or not? on: October 16, 2018, 06:44:18 PM
Hard times are now. This is a test for every holder. Test for patience. For those who are not ready to withstand this multi-month exam, the only way out is to take big losses. I am still at this stage among those who prefer hodl.
I prefer to have coins gathered up in a wallet, I would feel better to sell them like that. The price of Ethereum is worth the hold.
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How often do you check CoinMarketCap website? on: October 16, 2018, 06:42:04 PM
For the last 10 months, I have checked Coinmarketcap, at least five times a day. Due to the falling market, I was looking at my portfolio every day. I hope the next bull run is coming and I hope I would look at CMC every day and smile.
Wow, you must be really dedicated to doing crypto if you are visiting that website 5 times a day. I only visit the website about 1 time a week.
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Future of crypto on: October 14, 2018, 03:38:03 PM
Crypto is an emerging market and blockchain is an emerging tech.

They both have a bright future ahead of them. Both crypto and blockchain are here to stay. No need to say that BTC will also be around for quite some time. It's the king.
Ethereum plus Litecoin would be the two competitors for Bitcoin and they are doing just as decent as Bitcoin is.
26  Other / Archival / Re: is EVERY ico a scam?? on: October 14, 2018, 03:36:40 PM
I think NO,but most of the ico are scam.I have seen many ico also good. so we need check which one is the real project. we can check with website, road map, whitepaper or social activities.
Whitepapers, roadmaps, websites, news articles and videos makes a scam more visible in the light. Not every one of the ICO's will scam a investor, some coins could be genuine.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Waves vs. Bitcoin on: October 14, 2018, 03:33:11 PM
I definitely choose bitcoin. why do you compare things that are very different. instead of comparing Waves with bitcoin, why not compare waves with similar platforms like ethereum, EOS, NEO and others. maybe the response obtained is more varied.
Bitcoin would win as an investment because Waves does not have enough people to move the price up if the price ever dumps low.
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 alt coins to hodl in 2018 on: October 14, 2018, 03:31:02 PM
I am just expending my list as I feel its always better to diversify your portfolio.

My List of ALTs over a long term hold includes
$ETH
$ETC
$STRAT
$NEO
$WAVES
$RPX
$TKY
$ICX
$REBL
Thats a nice list, I am investing in maybe half of what is inside of that list.
Litecoin
Ethereum
NEO
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Waves Vs. Ethereum on: October 11, 2018, 08:03:08 PM
There are both tokens in my wallet, so I won't say which one is stronger. They are different in purpose. The world needs both tokens. Cool
I have both too lol they have a lot of different prices for the coins and the prices are different in almost every Country.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2018 is not a very prosperous year for cryptocurrency on: October 11, 2018, 08:01:45 PM
We are almost at the end of this year and we can only hope in a pump but realistically we will are not going near the ATH or to 50-100k some "advisors" predicted on 2017.
We have not finished the year yet so it's too early to sway that the price does not have a chance.
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is useless so why high price? on: October 11, 2018, 08:00:50 PM
BTC is the first generation crypto that had a promising technology for the 2010 year. Right now this market evolved in something more interesting. we are now seeing 4th generation of crypto in development. But without BTC it couldnt be happened.
With the coin being a first generation coin, there is a very small chance of the coin being replaced by anything.
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do we Need Altcoin? on: October 09, 2018, 10:26:37 PM
Of course we need altcoins, for example, to take the same Ethereum it brought a lot to the crypto currency , and I think there will be more coins such as those that will bring a revolutionary product to the world of crypto currency
If there is not a lot of people using Altcoins this year then they should begin putting money into all of them.
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does crypto bring more risk than benefit? on: October 09, 2018, 10:25:32 PM
I still consider both the risk and benefit in cryptocurrency equally. It depends on what position you take. And as far as you try to organize yourself. To make a profit and knowledge.
They have harsh risks but it is not an equal amount within the two halves. The money is easy if the investment is treated with care.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Airdrop !! is it worth it ! on: October 09, 2018, 10:23:36 PM
A lot of scams now in airdrop , I think there are worthy projects , but also a lot of scams , I think it is worth choosing more projects before implementation
There is a lot of them, I can invest in the coins that are doing well and see if they are doing any airdrops within an hour.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Teens in the crypto world on: October 07, 2018, 07:35:34 PM
We often are asking question whether we should educate youth and teach them crypto, but for my opinion if they are interested in they are able to educate themselves, even better then we are able to do.

Hear is an article that proves the theory: https://cointelegraph.com/news/teenager-who-hacked-ledger-hardware-wallet-says-devices-still-vulnerable-devs-deny

What do you think?

Cryptocurrencies is very good opportunity for young guys to feel their importance through earning good money. It is possible to do even at the time before legal age. So my statement about crypto as great way is proven once more.
People making the most money have an active energy that a teen has and that makes open to see new cryptocurrency investment ventures. Some teens should know what cryptocurrency is and some should not know.
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is the price of bitcoin so high on: October 07, 2018, 07:33:19 PM
i think now the price is low if we compare it to the last year same month
it was above 10K Dollars and now we don't know where it will end
The price was low then too, we know that the price could get past 12k so it does not matter what price it is...we should all just go for holding btc.
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It is hard to detect scammed bounty campaign.. on: October 07, 2018, 07:29:54 PM
Just no one wants to bother and study all the documentation, to conduct their own analysis. Everyone is watching what to do and what kind of earnings. And then everyone is surprised that they spent so much time, and the result is 0.
Some scammers have all the proper documentation and they decide to do scam without anyone knowing who they really are. Scams are hard to locate.
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Dogecoin have a future? on: October 03, 2018, 11:39:42 PM
dogecoin has a bright future because it is much preferred by traders,
because it has very cheap costs and very fast transaction and transfer rates,
Nah, the price of that coin is really low. Nobody will want to invest in that coin because it no longer has any upgrades.
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to earn token and coin free ? on: October 03, 2018, 11:38:44 PM
You could exchange your skills or provide services to people or projects (initial coin offerings for example) and get rewarded in tokens.you find  of threads on this forum for that particularly in the altcoins sections
Exchanging strategies on how to trade a coin could get you a little better with trading. That could get you free coins.
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ICO prediction 2019 on: October 02, 2018, 10:34:49 PM
2017 was good for all of us. But prediction is open for all, anyone can. Now people so smart to invest their money and reject Scam project. 2019 will be as 2018 in my prediction and from mid 2020 it's start to pump.
The investments this year should be building up the investments for next year. The prices for all the coins could go up.
