We will run a series of ICOs for the Hellenium Project. This is the first one. It is a massive undertaking. The total Helleniums (HLN) that will ever be created will be 150 million. This first ICO that refers to mobility will issue 30 million of which on sale over the pre-ICO and ICO will be 22.5 Million. 375.000 we reserved for the Bounty program, 4.500.000 will go to the management and the rest of the team and 2.625 million will be mined based on usage & retention by the users. If for any reason we do not run any other ICO we will probably destroy the rest (120 million) of the coins. To be noted that one of our major investors is planning a subsequent ICO based on Hellenium within the next 12-18 months. We are in discussions with the 10 biggest exchanges as we speak. The one that is already on board is the one we will use as an escrow for the initial distribution the Bitcoin Suisse AG. From the rest, it will depend on the legislation per country because our tokens may actually at the end be considered securities in some jurisdictions. well, it seems a good start but you have a long journey awaiting, if you like i can help with italian translations if needed (ann op, withepaper and so on) but it would be great if you create an online tool to register for help so anyone can know if spots are still available
