Where are always some changes in different cryptos that's why many of coins decrease because of people fear to lose everything. Cryptomarket is thin now.

Litecoin can grow more because it is an old coin with a good potential. Maybe creators will do something new to this coin and we'll see growth for sure

Dash capitalization right now is 2 bln dollars. It is difficult to understand how they can scam.

Take half of your ETH and invest to some new coins. It is preferable then to hold them in your wallet. Investing is a good thing to make some profit.

It is difficult to prognoses such things because every ICO can be a scam. But you should look at the ICO company and see if their product is revolutionary or not.
