Ну если они нарушают закон то конечно их должны арестовать. конечно срок за такое смешно, но штраф или отработка вполне норм.

Ребята, такой вопрос у меня друг снимает номер в отеле по договору долгосрочной оренды и не платит за коммунальные услуги,можно ли поставить у него ферму,просто отель довольно старенький выдержит ли сеть такое напряжение, что вы об этом думаете?
Тебя выпихнут через 3 дня с него, потому что там счетчики и они заподозрят что-то неладное. Вычислят и заставять платить, лучше хату сними и плати себе спокойно, зачем тебе проблемы. |

Меня мучает вопрос - что делать с портфелем альткоинов сейчас и будут ли они давать иксы, как это было, например, весной? Сейчас уверенный рост показывает только биток, а альты никак не восстановятся. Нет опыта, нет осознания в действиях. Подскажите, пожалуйста, как быть - выжидающую позицию занять или переводить все в биток, пока не поздно?
Так жди и все, само все востановится и будет в норме, только время нужно около года минимума, потому что этот прыжок биткоина сложно привести в порядок. |

Сегодня Путин поручил – «обеспечить внесение в законодательство РФ изменений о регулировании публичного привлечения криптовалют и денежных средств путем размещения токенов (ICO) по аналогии с регулированием первичного размещения ценных бумаг». Считаю, что от этого будет только один вред для всех занятых на рынке криптовалют и ICO. Почему именно так, объясню на примере интернета. Интернетом я пользуюсь 20 лет. За эти годы мимо меня прошли все основные вехи развития интернета. С самого начала появлялись различного рода инициативы и вопросы по «легализации интернета». Что интересно, основные «желания» исходили далеко не от власти, а от занятых в интернете людях. Нарождавшиеся интернет СМИ – желали заветного номера регистрации и причисления себя к настоящим СМИ с настоящими журналистами, интернет-магазины желали выйти из тени и платить налоги, правообладатели желали зарабатывать со своего контента, кому-то из обиженных была нужна заветная кнопочка «пожаловаться в милицию» и т.д. Многие мечтали о легализации и светлых временах. Что мы получили? Блокировку сайтов, уголовные дела против несогласных с курсом власти и высказывающих своё мнение (да, порой резко), тотальную слежку спецслужбами, близится запрет на любую приватность, введены онлайн-кассы для интернет-магазинов, ограничение покупок из-за границы, «пакет яровой» которые ещё не до конца ввели и ощутили, огромное число законов с двоякой трактовкой, интернет-ботов и троллей работающих за деньги из бюджета, цензуру в поисковиках. Список можно продолжать, да он ещё и сам будет продолжаться в виде ярких запретов. Что мы получим от легализации криптовалют и ICO:- кучу запретов
- реальные наказания включая уголовные
- бездарные законы, написанные без полного понимая сути процессов
- уплату налогов, которые и без того высокие
- заметное присутствие власти и желание власти полностью управлять процессом
Надеюсь, что все занятые сегодня на рынке криптовалют и ICO будут с меньшим восторгом подходить к вопросу «легализации». Заплатить налоги и ощутить всю суровость закона мы всегда успеем, т.ч. не гоните коней. Вред от этого только один,прикрыли бесплатную лавочку по получению левых денег и теперь в лучшем случае все налогом обложут, а в худшем вообще закроют все. |
