I believe that ignorance and greed are main factors pushing investors or bounty hunters into the hands of scam projects. People know there are many scam projects in the market. I think they are doing internal works to push their ambitious project called Libra. Following US's objection, Facebook stepped back a bit with its project. I do not think people's interest in cryptocurrency has been over. What is true is that people are losing their interest in cryptocurrency due to its recent crash. At present, the market has crashed.
