21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2019 No Bull Run, the Bull is Sleeping on: February 23, 2019, 01:42:05 PM
No one knows when bullrun may  come in crypto market. We don't know how whales are brewing their strategy. All we have right now is just speculation. Just keep monitoring daily how market is going and just keep riding either it is bear or bull season.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung confirms the rumor! on: February 23, 2019, 01:37:07 PM
Samsung would want to lead the mobile technology to support crypto currency user friendly phone. But price is not yet affordable quite expensive. Expect other mobile company would do the same and price may drop soon. I have to wait maybe a year or 2 if i want a phone with crypto application interface.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should we be expecting a bull run? on: February 21, 2019, 02:30:44 PM
What do we expect from this sudden moon, is it a half moon or are we finally leaving the bear market?
At this point of time there is no significant sign that we are already in the bullish pattern in crypto market though there is a huge additional volume in total market cap but still 4k$ for bitcoin price wasn't sustained maybe if we can break the 6k$ level then that would be close to bull run season in crypto market.
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you use diversification? on: February 21, 2019, 02:23:02 PM
Most of experienced trader keep saying to newbie investor to diversify your investment to avoid huge loses if ever one of your coins will colapsed.
25  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: J.P. Morgan 2017 - 2019 on: February 21, 2019, 10:00:55 AM
This only shows that blockchain technology are getting recognize in banking industry and this has a positive impact to cryptocurrency as a whole expect that more and more companies would accept cryptocurrency as mode of payment and once the demand is high the price may grow also.
26  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Ano na ang mangyayari sa bitcoin? on: February 21, 2019, 09:54:43 AM
I advice you not for the price but for the technology or adoption. If by chance wala na talagang pag-asa in your mind you can shift to forex if you're into trading, or find a stable job that support what you love to.

If bitcoin ang future asset since nasa digital age na naman tayo then consider it as a long term investment.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the end near for ripple ? on: February 18, 2019, 12:46:43 PM
Since I came on this forum, I have tried to read and understand the top 10 tokens on coinmarketcap
But today I want to talk about ripple

I have believed ripple to be a banks token, and they have couple of agreements with banks too
Making good progress.

But with JPMorgan creating a stable coin to be used internally for banking purposes and faster transactions; what happens to ripple ?

Anyone can enlighten me further the consequences of banks creating their own Blockchain, ignoring ripple??
So far there is no major effect on price of ripple after the announcement of jp morgan stable coin. Maybe most investor are focussing on this issue and waiting for what would  xrp market price action would be. I hope this can't affect the bullish momentum of xrp.
28  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: why many traders(including me) not getting success on: February 17, 2019, 05:42:46 AM
even though we see a lot of videos read books and know that if we do this, we will be profitable but at last we do same mistakes and lose what could be the reason
1) practice and experience
2) with fear of losing or missing profits we just f*** our trades
3) patients
4) or what other reasons could be?Huh?? please comment
for me some reason why I keep failing in some of my trading decision are i'm easily affected when there are negative news happening in my coins. i trade with emotion and the fear of being FOMO or sometimes I chase the price of certain coins after i sold it in a much lower price.
29  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / JPM stable Coin may negative impact ba sa XRP? on: February 17, 2019, 05:37:37 AM
Mga maam and sir alam ko madami dito sa atin ang nag invest rin sa XRP, ano sa tingin nyo yung latest announcement ng JP Morgan na mag ccreate sila ng JPM stable coin would it drag down the price of XRP? so far there is no big drop movement for the XRP price after the announcement sa tingin nyo nakikiramdam lang mga investors? ksi kung may direct threat sa  XRP dapat yung mga big investors nag dump na ng xrp coins nila pero parang walang nangyayari na dumping since the JP Morgan announcement. any thoughts guys? thank you
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins to invest in for a beginner on: February 17, 2019, 05:32:26 AM
Ive never bought any coins before and am considering opening an account while the coins are low

How would you invest $1000 - 2000

Thanks
crypto market is very volatile and much more if you are a newbie in this market. I suggest buy top 3 coin in market cap and hold for long term while you are studying how crypto market runs. ETH and btc are a good coins to invest for beginner and with the current price it is very right now.
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should ICOs be regulated on: February 14, 2019, 01:07:09 AM
Considering the high level of scam associated with ICOs presently, many investors are at risk of loosing their investments. Bounty hunters like us are not spared as we may be rendering free services to some scammers and also risking our personal data.

I suppose a regulatory body be set up to audit the ICO process and the  founders, and if anything goes wrong or should the project fail, they will be liable. This will reduce drastically investors risk and also keep scammers away. What do you think?
I agree ICO should be regulated and developer should seek clearance to government which run the regulation and impose stricter guidelines so that only legit ico would spent effort to get clearance. People who run ico should be diclosed their  indentity in public in that way its easy to chase them once they would scam their investors
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple vs Bitcoin on: February 13, 2019, 12:24:11 PM
I just came back from San Francisco, I think its time I take ripple seriously...
In my personal opinion the return of investment profit is quite highin ripple compared to bitcoin at the current price the downside only for ripple it is centralized coin and un used coins are being. Owned by its company which can cause massive dump when they want to sold some portion of it.
Siguro pinopoint out lang ng central bank na mag ingat sa cryptocurrency and bitcoin scam but not totally banning on it. Anyway cguro ngayon pwede na kasi more and more banking are become open about crypto currency.
34  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will SEC never approve Bitcoin ETF? on: February 13, 2019, 12:08:59 PM
Just read an article in reddit.com.It says that the SEC has not approved ETF as it thinks that unidentifiable people could influence the market. If such manipulation occurs,SEC wishes them to be identified.

So will there never be an SEC approved bitcoin ETF?

https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/99n8g3/in_case_you_didnt_read_it_the_sec_disapproved_the/

As long as the the SEC  see some loop holes that would cause market manipulation in crypto market fhey would stand firm to their decision to protect investors money.
35  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is stoploss worth it ? on: February 10, 2019, 09:01:02 AM
I have set the weekly target of 2% profit on the capital amount which is quite easy knowing that BTC swings about 2% on a daily basis and hence it would be an easy target to achieve.

I am achieving the target but as the recent dip was a big one, it took away all the profit I made. So is a stoploss worth a try so that such big dips don't take away the rest of the profit I make ? Should I consider placing a stoploss for such a small target ?
Its fine to put a stoploss but not so close to the current price maybe -10-15% to avoid FOMO. once quick rebound happen there are some instances where market suddenly goes -5% and would quickly recover. -10% is much safer cutloss for me.
36  Local / Pamilihan / Re: UNIONBANK LAUNCHES THE FIRST CRYPTO ATM in the PHILIPPINES!! on: February 10, 2019, 08:53:28 AM
This is a positive  news in crypto market as a whole.
37  Economy / Speculation / Re: new bullish run on: February 10, 2019, 01:57:24 AM
What happen 3days ago maybe just a temporary rebound after crypto market suffer from a massive fall down a week ago. But with lot of positive news in the crypto market i hope this would be a start of a new bull run.
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC is simply just to cheat bounty hunters. on: February 10, 2019, 01:54:10 AM
To my understanding, KYC simply means "Know your customer". Investors(customers) who participate in ICO are made to go through KYC process before they are even allowed to purchase their tokens. On the other hand, Bounty hunters are just "part time workers" of the project and not customers. Even if they will be made to go through a KYC process, it should be before they start working and not after. Waiting for them to finish working for the project and refusing to pay them because they failed to pass KYC afterwards is a total cheat.
As a bounty hunter also there is no bigdeal for me if the company running the ico required me to do a kyc since investors are also passing this process provided they would include it atvthe start of the campaign but if tjey would only required this after the campaign done then that would totally a form of cheating cause not all bounty hunters can provide a kyc and it is not fair for bounty hunters part
39  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Makaka ahon pa ba ang market? on: February 09, 2019, 02:48:13 PM
Araw araw may hood news about bitcoin at yung mgs gustong mag invest ay padagdag din yung mga payment center at commercial companies ay naging interesado na rin na integrate ang bitcoin as an alternative mode if payment kaya hindi malayo nsakakaahon din tyo antay antay lang.
40  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible sending BTC without a transaction fee? on: February 09, 2019, 02:21:40 PM
I would know if it is possible to send BTC without a transaction fee regardless of theoretically or practicall..
I agree to all who says it won't be possible since in order to complete one bitcoin transaction, it should be pass through the miners and the miner would process and complete the transaction and there is minimal fee for that. To support miners electricsl expenses.
