I would like to understand how legally your project is legal? Cannabis is recognized in many countries as a drug and this business is pursued by the criminal code.
Hey Praetorian.1legion, we are 100% legal. We are a tech company in the cannabis industry, and we don't deal physically with Cannabis. As to the PerksCoin, we are a utility token and in most countries utility tokens are legal. Also, PerksCoin won't be only used in the cannabis industry. It has the ability to be used in any industry for transaction purposes and as well as a loyalty program. Pundi X for example, one of our partners, operates in Indonesia (currently) and does not operate in the cannabis industry. They will implement our PerksCoin token into their POS system. By 2020, they say they will have 200,000 locations all over the world, all which will have the PerksCoin token in them. |

What is the different between PerksCoin reward points, which is currently used on CannaSOS, and PerksCoin tokens?
The PerksCoin (PRC) reward points were originally created by CannaSOS as a medium for internal transactions and loyalty program. The PerksCoin token (PCT) is a utility token available for use within CannaSOS advertising platform after the end of Crowdsale as well as within the multi-level transaction platform developed by CannaSOS - the PCT Transaction Platform. As we successfuly complete ICO, develop and implement PCT Transaction Platform and integrate it with CannaSOS Wallet, all PRC reward points will be converted into PCT tokens, which will become a new transaction medium within CannaSOS ecosystem. |

I have another question, just in regards to the KYC.
Right now, KYC is a very important tool that needs to be implemented in all ICOs; but sadly most ICO's do not have this. This is due to the founders not knowing of something called KYC or because they simply do not want to implement it.

I readed some parts of CannaSOS WP and find one awesome feature -

This feature of PerksCoin Transaction System itself can be cryptocurrency market revolution - great concept - waiting to see it in action!
From WP - "The emission and withdrawal of tokens will be conducted with the help of hard-fork feature of the blockchain." Who can explain it to me? Yeah, this can minimize the effects of high investors from pump and dumping. Hard-fork is essentially a software update. |

You never know where and when invest your capital. I also haven't got great exprerience, but i want to support the project, and will not regret about anything.
You are absolutely correct with that. There are too many ICO's out there that are scams/cash-grabs. We already have a platform that has been operating for 3 years and have just recently gotten trademarked, and so this brings us more credibility than most ICO's out there. |

Our lawyers are 95% sure its a utility token, but you always want to be sure. Currently, other than countries that have literally banned all ICO's, CannaSOS is not restricted. |

Maybe the price will be higher than $1.50. 2) We are currently in talks with Poloniex and Kraken. However, this, of course, is no guarantee that we will be posted on them.
