It depends on the trading style that suits you. many traders is comfortable trading everyday while others are once a week or once a month.

I set my Fan speed to 90%. as long as my GPU is on 60 to 65 degree Celsius i will not increase my fan to max. its very noisy. However, Fans are replaceable so nothing to worry. Just expect a shorter GPU Fan lifespan at about 2 years maybe?.
