Hi everyone, I wanted to give everyone a quick update on the very eventful trip that the team had in Singapore last week. We were at the Singapore Fintech Festival last week, http://www.fintechfestival.sg/, the largest Fintech festival in Asia to meet with prospective partners and project contributors. It was a great experience for us and allowed us to better understand the landscape in Asia. At the same time, we were invited to speak at the Inclusive Blockchain Conference, http://www.suss.edu.sg/Happenings/Latest-Highlights/Pages/Inclusive-Blockchain-Conference.aspx, organized by our advisor, David Lee, and the Singapore University of Social Sciences. The keynote at this event included Vitalik who opened the conference with a few of thoughts on the state of blockchain and Ethereum. Miro, our CEO, spoke on a panel about Inclusive Fintech with representatives from other organizations including Zcash, Gatcoin, TBOP, Fern Software, and TenX. Teddy Yip (Head of Strategy) also spoke on a panel at the Inclusive Blockchain Conference with representatives from TenX, Aurelia Pay, Litecoin Foundation, Canya, and PundiX. Our public sale will run from December 11 until January 14, 2018. extend ICO for few months? Its madness!! If you cant raise money in one or 2 weeks, you cant raise in half of year. You was must launch public prototype in this year, and now you extented ICO till next year? Hi Magisterr, We had to extend the dates for various reasons based on the current market conditions. One of the main drivers was the Bitcoin Segwit2x fork which was at the time (prior to its cancellation) compelling most of the accredited/institutional investors who we had verbal commitments from to hold their existing crypto positions. With the fork out of the way, there is more liquidity now in the market and are now back in the conversation with these potential investors. It's also quite obvious that the ICO market is not the same as it was back in the summer so it's taking us longer than expected to close on presale contributors. This additional time also gives us the ability to continue to go out there and promote our project. We are in Singapore this week at the Singapore Fintech Festival and are speaking at the North America Blockchain Expo in Silicon Valley at the end of the month. Additionally, due to current environment, the feedback from the general community was that we had to revisit our terms and scale back our token supply, hard cap and minimum buy-in amount which we have done. The public sale now begins December 11th. If we had kept the same duration, the tail end of the sale would've overlapped with Christmas and the holiday season. We thought it would make sense to extend it 2 weeks past January should there be contributors who were away for the holidays or didn't have access to a computer during the sale period. Is the Wallet app developed yet or is this what the ICO is for?
Yes, the wallet app has been developed and works right now for fiat currency. We are in the process of integrating it into crypto and developing the smart contract to enable state/payment channels for real-time payment settlement. We are also in the process of integrating it into a 3rd party exchange to facilitate the exchange from crypto to fiat. Nick |

When you will have demo-app? I want to see how payments work and trying app
We currently are onboarding beta users in Canada (with fiat payments only). We have a prototype of the app working in real life with ETH that we are using to demo at conferences and trade shows. It's currently not available for general consumption. |

Not new, but a good idea. What about P2P payments between two smartphones (with NFC and Touch ID)?
We are looking to build P2P into the fiat proposition of the STACK wallet. We don't have plans for P2P using crypto just yet but that would be a very appealing feature. Nick |

I am reading throught your wihite paper and I couldnt find the revenue model. How do you guys plan to generate value for STK ?
Hi Baby222, One of our primary revenue streams will be interchange that merchants pay to their credit/debit card providers. As the ones providing the payment card, we will take a percentage of the interchange fees. This eliminates the need to generate revenue from fees or service charges. Regards, Nick |
