Does anyone know any contacts of that app dev? In the recent months it's not working as intended for eur price: should do a weighted average of eur markets based on volumes, like it used to do and still do for usd markets, but just shows btc-e eur price by default. Btc-e eur rate is fake because the orderbook and volumes are too thin (7€ spread bid to ask at the moment, for example, I can raise or drop the shown value by 7€ myself with some ping-pong trades) and there are higher fees to deposit/withdraw than other exchanges.
This is a problem cause some of my customers here in Italy persist in using preev default as a reference price and it's sometimes very hard to explain them why it's faulty.
I searched the website but couldn't find any contact information.

E' affidabile, a fronte di una commissione maggiore che dai privati, comprensibile visti i rischi legali esponenzialmente piu' elevati che corrono con un sistema automatizzato (man in the middle, denunce per ransomware nonostante i disclaimers grandi come case, vedi il caso Coinbit, ecc), e limiti sulle quantità acquistabili per singolo acquisto (aggirabili, se puoi cambiare address, anche se un po' scomodo).
Di recente hanno tolto la possibilità di ricaricare online, perche' altrimenti avrebbero avuto il doppio dei casini.
E' un servizio sempre disponibile, mentre un privato qualche volta non risponderà subito, mentre l'invio dei btc/euro sara' in media un po' piu' lento.

Da questa risposta si evince che no, non le conosci affatto dato che trascuri il rischio maggiore: i man in the middle, per i quali non c'è tabaccaio che controlla che tenga, dato che chi fa il pagamento è legit xD solo che non sa di pagare per i bitcoin  Ti conviene googlarlo o cercare qui sul forum prima che te lo spieghino i carabinieri (o meglio tu debba spiegarlo a loro). |

Tra parentesi gia' che ho postato: spero tu ti sia molto bene documentato sulle truffe a inoltro e il riciclaggio con le ricariche carta - carta ecc (ci sono svariati posts anche qui sul forum a riguardo, uno anche mio) perche' altrimenti rischi di spendere molto piu' di 1000 o 5000 in avvocati in futuro con un servizio del genere.

Yes, I already did with theymos to recover the account. Italian mod HostFast also helped confirming my identity through skype (he knows me in person). My account was compromised last saturday but I recovered it the next day.
Only old address I had direct control over was from a pm, cause most of the time I use shared addresses from various platforms.
(also did some trades with some of my old customers recently, even today, I'll ask them to confirm).

What's bothering more is this on your trust profile This user's password was reset recently..You are equally viable to use escrow. yes, unfortunately my account was compromised last saturday but I recovered it thx to theymos (who can confirm, but I doubt he'll bother. Italian mod HostFat can confirm too, he knows me in person and confirmed my identity via skype). Password has been changed and associated mail has also been changed to a fresh secret one, with 2 factor and no secondary mail/sms recovery options (the attacker got a replacement sim with blatantly fake docs due to stupid mobile store points not doing the due checkings...). I'm fine with any trusted escrow anyway so there's no problem. |
