Great Article  Where do you see DIVI in 3 years? I see it changing the world, redistributing wealth in a way that makes sense for everyone, teaching financial literacy to an entire generation of men and women, and being the first organization to put multiple lambos on the moon. |

I have one question about MN. In the white paper, there is an example on the last page : Masternodes: How much will I earn?
It gives some details and how much you can earn, but for which node is it ? It's the first one or the last one ? Can you explain a bit more please on this point please ?
1000 Coins - Level 1: Copper
3000 Coins - Level 2: Silver
10,000 Coins - Level 3: Gold
30,000 Coins - Level 4: Platinum
100,000 Coins - Level 5: Diamond
About staking, it will be possible to do it as soon as tokens are distributed and when the wallet goes live or do we need to wait Q2 2018 ?

Whats the roadmap for this project? What will be available upon end of token sale?
0.44 USD seems a lot for a token on 60-80 mio total token amount if there is no product available upon launch

I think the key element Divi is missing right now is the Reddit demographic, with just 17 readers on the sub. I think having some of the developers or team members make accounts and start delivering information through reddit as well, it will show people that you are all real and actually engaged in this project, and not another get-rich-quick scheme. Because I'm sorry but that's what the subreddit screams.
1) The headliner for the sub is super obnoxious: "Crypto. Made. Easy" Yes it was in the video, but with the periods? Really?
2) The sidebar is even worse: "Divi will offer a “One-Click Master Node” system that will accumulate residual income for users. This offers a way for users to accrue passive income that can be monitored easily from all operating systems and mobile smartphone devices."
That's literally it. No information about what Divi IS, or what the mission is. No links to any official pages (website, twitter, telegram, bitcointalk, etc)
Yes it's all in the FAQ but having the current blurb in the sidebar just makes this whole thing look like a complete sham. Even the FAQ itself NEVER talks about what the Divi mission/goal is. Instead, it goes on and on about the token sale, divx vs divi, and masternodes. Sure masternodes are the rage right now, but you have to give people a good reason WHY they would want to support the network. It generates tokens for them, but what is it about Divi that stands out from the hundreds of other shitmastercoins, where people stake coins worth dog shit because it has no actual, practical use-case in the end? Obviously Divi does have more going for it, but NONE of that is apparent on first glance.
When people hear about a new project, many of them check reddit (among others) for information. I didn't want to invest in Divi because the reddit made it seem like a get-rich-quick scam.
I don't mean to come off rude if I did- I would be happy to see Divi do well- just my two cents.

It's not so much what has been done, but what can and will be done. There is a very strong developer, backer, and PR team behind DIVI. The power and influence those people have is remarkable.
Anyone can offer a cryptocurrency "to the masses", but can they implement it? The next step is to have trusted sources back the team, further promoting the coin to those who aren't "in" the crypto world yet. The easy to use smartphone app is going to truly help DIVI blow the fuck up. Cloud/VPN based masternodes without a high electrical bill and expensive equipment is seriously such an underrated asset to DIVI.
The fact that I could buy Ethereum on Coinbase, buy DIVI with the ETH, AND set up a masternode on the cloud all while sitting down and taking a shit just blows my mind. People pay for Candycrush, lol. When they know they can invest in real world gains just as easy, he masses will join.
This is some very serious shit that goes way beyond ICO bonuses.
That's my point.. It seems like the team wants this to be much more than just another ICO, but the way they are marketing it makes it look like they only want care about the money. How are they going to implement it? What phone app? You have to dig in order to find this information, which should be made readily available if the Divi team wants to reach out to the masses. Regular people will read "Masternode? Tiered masternode? WTF is that?" Right now we are advertising to potential contributors and people who know crypto. We recognize that the average person doesn't even know what ICO means. Once the sale ends our entire focus shifts to the mainstream user. Trust us, we've given this endless thought, haha. |

Monaco, Centra, TenX... seems to be big rivals. Who's partnered successfully with Visa or Mastercard will be the winner.
They only offer payment protocols and I've heard TenX is being delisted. There's so much more to this project than just a method of payment. |

I think that the dev team should do a better marketing. You eventually want that people will also use your platform right.
Anything specific that makes you think our marketing isn't working? Our email list went from 0 - 500 in under two weeks. Our Facebook page went from 1,000 - 12,000+ in just over a week. This topic has more than 16,000 views. Telegram & Slack grow by the day, as do our YouTube subscribers. We've been featured on Hackernoon, Entrepreneur, Allcoinsnews, CoinTelegraph, and Econotimes within the past 2 days. I'd say we're doing a bang up job. But we're always open to criticism if you have any recommendations! |

Hey team, I went through your whitepaper and I am still confused about DivX tokens usage after Divi blockchain is created. On the page 1: Example: John participates and acquir es 5,000 Divi Project tokens (DIVX).
When the Divi blockchain launches he voluntarily stakes his 5,000 tokens by
sending them to the Divi-redemption-address to be temporarily be held and
then instantly receives 5,000 DIVI. At the end of the 60 day redemption period
John’s tokens will be returned to him. John now has 5,000 DIVX & 5,000 DIVI.
but at the same time, page 14 says the following Redeeming Divicoins - DIVI will become available after the Divi Project
blockchain launch, scheduled for early Q2, 2018. There will be a 60 day
redemption period where Divi Project token participants can stake their
DIVX tokens to receive a 1 to 1 ratio of DIVI. Redeeming DIVI is free, and
DIVX tokens will be burned as part of the process.
Which part is correct? Thanks for pointing out this error! The first example is the correct explanation- DIVX tokens will be returned to those who exchange them for DIVI tokens after 60 days. Actually, based on community consensus we have chosen to burn them - a lot of early adopters have requested this outcome for the DIVX if we can't find a suitable use case for them. I will make sure the whitepaper gets updated to reflect this. This is a rather recent development and I assume that's why DiviDude was unaware. |

OK So 5 months until Main-net launch and you will be building/growing community & marketplace during this time. Will there be any use for the DivX during this time other then trade? For example purchase things from marketplace.
It will primarily be a store of value (for trading) and a way to guarantee your divi, but of course if things more quickly than expected this could change. We prefer to be conservative. When does the marketplace go live? When the protocol launches? We have already started outreach to potential vendors and already have commitments from some, thus campaign will get massively ramped up in Q1 2018 and marketplace will launch alongside the protocol and smart wallet in Q2.
