I transferred 3500 CNC when btc-e delisted it. It showed up in my bter account as pending a few weeks, and then it was gone. Then i forgot about it. Found them in the block explorer with around 50k confirmations, and started sending bter emails regarding this in late october. No answer... many emails later i atatched screenshots of the transfer from btc-e and the block explorer. Still no answer.. But then suddenly, on december 12th, the coins had moved on. But no CNC in my bter account, and still no answer from support or admin.
Now it has been 1/2 year, and still nothing. So is bter scamming people? Short answer.. YES!
They are scamming TONS of people we have 19 reports of it and nearly all the stories sound fairly the same as to how they are getting scammed.

They keep moving and setting up new redirects and shell sits. .net .orgs and moving the hyphen. Be on the look out. well, my tecnique to fight them, is intentionally clicking their ads when I see them. They waste bitcoins and the website owner gets some. Win-win situation.
Gersics ad? Click! Bitcoin miner booster ad? Click! asic market ad? Click!

I'll back this statement That's exactly the welshing I was talking about.
Here's another 1000 btc bet Inaba didn't pay: Josh Zerlan, a.k.a. Inaba, is a worthless liar, a welsher, and a thief on basically every level. I doubt this worm has ever done anything honorable in his life. This really makes him the perfect representative for BFL, the scummiest, most dishonorable corporation ever to do business in Bitcoin.

Well then I suggest you make some trades with him. I don't think he is a scammer.

I don't even care if they change, you get one shot in my opinion as far as btc goes. Sellers get the same shot buyers do. This is stealing and the behavior of the owners/operators is outrageous, in my opinion. That policy is completely unjustifiable and I hope nobody uses this site until it's changed.

They left and are 100% GONE. We have around 50 reports of users trying to contact them. That's just madness all of that! And they catched me too. I made an order at asic-market.com too After "order confirmation" no one reply and no delivery notification too. Tried to ask about delivery information, nothing, tried to ask about refund- no one reply. in my email headers i see that mail/provider (came from info@asic-market.com) Authentication-Results: mx.google.com; spf=neutral (google.com: 188.165.209.119 is neither permitted nor denied by best guess record for domain of asic@maserati.soluxion.be) smtp.mail=asic@maserati.soluxion.be Received: from asic by maserati.soluxion.be with local (Exim 4.82) (envelope-from < asic@maserati.soluxion.be>) id 1VvCJq-0001cT-11 for xxxx@gmail.com; Mon, 23 Dec 2013 21:41:42 +0100 To: xxxxx@gmail.comSubject: Your Asic Market order from December

Smaller customers normally do not get ripped off as they are the bait for the big fish, do not forget that. Every time one of these sites gets hot the owners get greedy and since there are way more fish then whales the GOOD comes out with only 1/100th of the people being scammed then outed. My experience with Coinbase has been positive. I think it helps if we realize we are dealing with emerging technology, volatile markets and startup companies who have to deal with 100,000s of over-excited clients. It serves us all better to show more understanding and patience.

Bingo! This place is a 100% rip! Users Beware! I realy dont underestand why so many people still using the site..
They collect fees from customers and dont offer anything in return! (eg. a working site or customer support) Instead of dealing with their problems and bugs (they obviously have a lot), they are adding a new coin almost dayly. This clearly shows what they care about, profit!
This is pretty mutch the definition of SCAM...
In my Opinion they badly damaging the crypto community. I vote for scammer tag!
Also the poor excuses: lag, server overload, victom of own success... Please take a look at the cost for computing power, if you buy decent server hardware for lets say a month of cryptsys income.... you would handle that hand full of users without noticeable load!
