EXN may not be a complete loss here guys, there are people hatching out ideas in the background so we may all win.
If we put some sort of donation system in place so the guys who built the exchange got paid some how for there future work, they may be willing to take over the project and create a new token and new exchange. Once the project happens we would be compensated for our old EXN tokens on a 1 to 1 bases for the new coins. And whatever we collect in EXN tokens in the donation wallet would be used to pay the devs for there time and efforts.
I would like to state once again that Allen and Nagy are not responsible for anything that happened with the founder of EXN taking off.
They are trying to come up with ways to revive the project so that we can all win, but it will need to be a group effort.

nice idea... similar to ebtc... we need to build a new group in this project revival not calling always on scammers we cannot move on like that... we need a leader and a new community to continue the EXN project... count me in i am willing to donate for the developers fees for them to continue on the exchange... Yes very similar, get rid of the useless founder and replace with an actual team of honest human beings. One thing is for sure, we need to get rid of the fud surrounding EXN. I think I am going to pick up where cobra left off and start a discord just to see who would be on board and keep people updated |

The reason I was supporting EXN was because exchanges will only do the crypto community good as a whole.
Apparentely they can do the opposite. I have been into crypto full time for 10 months, and a single scam took my bankroll and 10 months hard work. My own fault for not playing safe but a month ago I also had most of my capital stolen. 1 step forward, 2 steps back

Good morning everyone, First off, I don't need anyone to tell me what is wrong and what is right. Secondly, I'm preparing a research that shows that the fraudulent is from US not from India as he was trying to mislead people by using name Akash. I will prepare a topic to post in steemit, his university forums; facebook group, internet website and all discussions which opened by his university students. I will pay another $5k to post in famous American press. I will post here all his info and proof that he is the original scammer.  Stay tuned. Thanks for all the hard work, and great job.. If you have $5k to expose this guy, send me .5 BTC to get me back on my feet and I will be on your payroll to market and do as you need lol This scam totally destroyed my bankroll. ERIC and NAGY were to be paid on the launch of the exchange and technically the exchange hasnt launched yet.
If the founder is accumulating all these cheap tokens, he is both smart and an @sshole.
He could have created a mini pump to make some funds to pay for things so far, and then disappear for a few days to cause all this an accumulate.. Who knows
I just think f he was going to pump and run he would have posted alittle more then just launching in 2-3 days.
If it were me, I would have used so many buzzwords

Eric Allen and Muhammed Nagy are tied to this project. They are involved and their reputations are on the line. Why no public announcement from them?
Because they have no affiliation with EXN, they simply sold the exchange software to ExchangeN and were going to maintain it for 1 year. They can't even get ahold of the founder themselves. |

They need to do everything in their power to get this project off the ground. If not, it speaks volumes to their inexperience and unprofessionalism. Who would trust them again? That said, it can be fixed. They can do good by the market and repair their reputations. If they can make it work, it will show their can do attitudes, and the market will respond positively. Muhammed Nagy and Eric Allen, make it work boys. Only you can save the day! Fix the problem and save your reputations. Only thing I can say about that is leave Eric Allen and Muhammed nagy out of it. I can't speak for Nagy because i don't know him, but speaking with Eric Allen over the past few days I can say he is a respectable person that will help you in any way he can. Allen and Nagy held up there end of the deal with this project, but it was the founder who screwed everyone. Including Nagy and Allen. As great as it would be if they did help us out, they are not obligated to in any way We can't take this out on either of them. |

This is clearly a fraud. The deception is beyond imaginable.
But in all fairness we don't know what has happened, so there hasn't been deception. Lack of communication yes.. |

lol. of course. There r a lot of us who believe this too...'cos we know he incurred a lot of debt. Must av been mulling over this for a while now...& well this fits. He needs cheap EXN tokens to pay them off completely, but at the same time can have plausible deniability over launch delay  He's not the only one buyin thoh...hope u r too.  I would be if I didn't have all my BTC tied up in EXN. |

Kind of fishy that Cryptochangex was built by the same dev's of EXN and now this guy wants to add a dead project to his exchange.....hmmmmmm......maybe cryptochangex is also the owner of EXN.
Fishy is your breath. Have you got anything to back up this accusation? Hahaha What a troll. Just because i have exchange built by same devs dose not mean i have anything to do with exn. When your silly coin was listed on hit btc my exchange was already active. And people was coming to me to list it. Just because your OP left you with bags of worthless coins dosnt mean you will accuse me of scamming anyone. Have you got anything to back up this claim? If not shut your mouth. My history here and few other places can be tracked easily. And yours? Maybe do something with your life and create something legit way. Than we can talk. Me too I have a lot on this stuff... It may not be scam as i said once a token is on an exchanger or is tradeable it cannot be called as scam... EXN cannot be scammed because it is tradeable in reputable exchanger like hitbtc... what it matters here are the incompetence of the founder or the developers... too sad many are at lost because of their incompetence and lack of dedication... i see the reason is that the founder chicken out maybe he cannot fulfill the responsibility on maintaining an exchange site, maybe he lost trader supporters as what he mentioned in slack or other personal reasons... it is now going down at 100 sats so you can buy now 1 million exn at 1 btc... biggest bag holder now can revive this project using different project like a lending platform or others... Very much an incompetent founder we have here... he could have earned millions or billions out of this if he did not chicken out... he may just ran away with penny gains and was satisfied with that... I have been successful trader up until the past month I normally always play it safe and stick with the main solid coins. 1 month ago I was wiped out in a hack. I cashed in $2500 to keep me going for a few months. I started off with .0125 BTC and worked day and night to make that .0125 BTC into 3 BTC. After I cashed out that $2500 I came home to my wallet being empty. I scraped together every last penny I had to get back in the game and took a risk putting it on EXN which was a mistake. I should have played safe like I normally do. At the time it seemed better then buying a lottery ticket. When my ex (25) left me for a 60 year old man she took everything House, car, contents of house, pets and kids. And also left me with debt and an empty bank account. I have been working day and night to get the funds together to bring her to court to get my kids back. Now the EXN founder does this. GREAT JOB AKASH! I hope it was worth the few BTC you made off with. Your not even man enough to leave a meme for closure Sorry to hear about your situation bro, where did you get hacked ? and turning 0.125 into 3btc is impressive, keep at it and it will tripple in no time. We all invested in EXN and lost, but good news is you can still sell at 300 sats, better than nothing. That was the past. I got hacked or had BTC stolen rather from not clearing cache. I dont have the funds or the time to start over again and turn nothing into something again. This was the final straw. |

The worst part is I told family and friends about EXN, because exchanges in my eye would do the whole community of crypto good. I believed in EXN...
I could have sold for 1500 sat, 1000 sat but I chose to hold because I believed in the project and the founder...

I dont think it is a scam, I think it is something else.
I think it is another great buying opportunity is what I think it is.
Legal trouble perhaps.

My take on the current EXN situation.
There are 3 possible scenerios I think to be the case.
1.The founder collected his share and up and took off. The reason I think this could be true is he is isn't responding to any messages. But to be fair he has
been hard to get ahold of since the very beginning. I wrote it off as he was hard at work getting the exchange up and running. Also the website went offline but they are also at the brink of launch (apparently) so they could be doing any number of tests or updates but I don't know anything about webpage construction so I can't really speak for that. The reason I think this is false is because if it was a scam I would think he would have dumped every coin not in circulation all the way down to 100 sat during the rally to get as much $ as he possibly could. If he was going to run, what would he have to loose right?
2.The founder still owes the people who sold the exchange software, EXN tokens for their services. A prick/smart move would be to cause panic amongst investors to cause a large sell off, and he rebuys those owed tokens at the current price which is super cheap compared to last week when EXN hit an ATH. Essentially paying the devs for free. Then later coming back and launching the exchange. And going forward as normal.
3.My last scenerio is that at the last minute when about to go live, the founder ran into some sort of legal trouble. Which would explain why he can't give an update until he knows for sure what is going on. The reason for this last assumption is because the website has gone down for the time being and the founder is quite. If it was purely a scam he would have closed his accounts before running as to never be contacted again. He is still in the slack channel that the devs are in, the twitter account is still live, etc.
If #2 or #3 are correct which I hope they are #3 would be better then #2. But in either case, as long as #1 isn't true this means people are selling at a big lose right now. And will later regret it. I am choosing to hold and buy at the current low prices. I am either going to regret or thank myself later.

Give it time, there are to many reasons why this wouldn't be a scam. Maybe Akash has ran into some legal trouble and dealing with it. Otherwise you would think he would have dumped every last coin he had down to 100 sat during the rally.
