i hope it's true, for what i can see at the moment almost every thing is diing there is such low expectation for the future, i think that if we did not change the trend during this summer we will have a very bad end of the year, the volumes are back to the volumes of the past year and the prices are not able to rise..

in this moment i think that almost every ico of the past 6 months is loosing a lot of value once it gets on the exchanges, the bonuses and the bounties give less value to the price of the tokens so the dumps are very likely..i suggest you to don't buy during the ico but wait for the listing maybe on idex where the people dump with a lot of discounts, i saw some icos go under the -90% from the ico price!

What strategy you adopt to make sure the ICO is not a scam/fraud? that's a good strategy, i almost the same checks, i use to avoid all the projects with strange ideas that have the blockchain inside them just for grab some money with the ico, then i avoid all the projects that promise incredible things like one million transactions for second. Thailand legalized 7 crypto-currencies and approved the requirements for crypto companies.
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Thailand has introduced a legal framework for crypto and ICO, which provides a list of seven crypto-currencies, as well as information on fees and licensing requirements. This is reported by Bangkok Post.

All market players participating in transactions with digital assets must register before August 14, 2018 and then receive approval from the Ministry of Finance. This applies to crypto-exchanges, brokers and dealers, as well as issuers of ICO.
that's a good news, a regularization is needed in the crypto world, and i think it's better to regulate than ban. if we put away all the controvensies about the crypto players, for a future adoption is needed that all the money circulating in this option is needed. i hope that in the future we will fight all other controversial things like insider trading and scam icos. |

i think that bitcoin is not the best coin out here but for me it's the most "relaiable", for relaiable i mean that it's less likely you will loose all your founds, with alts you can make some crazy gains but it's also more likely to buy a scam project that will fall to nothing like bitconnect or titanium, so if you want to invest in some alts i suggest you to to study their roadmap, the team and the community before buy them.

Was confused with this matter if how long it takes a token/coin to rise its value from ICO Price to a higher price?
Does it take 1 or 2 weeks, months or years after the ICO to reach higher price than the ICO price?
I saw a lot of ICO's which already listed in an exchange sites but the price still very low and is lower than the ICO price, how could it be? People are investing in ICO but lost because the value after ICO in exchanges are lesser than they price where people are investing.
the quotation price of a token depends most from the hype that the team is able to create around their coin, look for example at zilliqua or wanchain, they both made icos with huge hype and a lot of investors that where excluded from the crowdsale had to buy on the exchanges. another important factor is the bonus given during the pre ico, there are a lot of ivestors that buy in pre ico with great discounts and then sell even under ico price but still in gain, too many bonus will dump the price. |

i don't think that it's a good moment to cash out, we come from a great dump during the last two weeks and the market is starting to recover just now, you would probabilly earn amost the half compared to what wou can earn if you have te patience to wait some weeks, for example i'm holding a coin that has lost the 70% from february, now it's too late to sell, i would have too many losses so i've decided to wait for the right moment for cash out

i think that in the future a next generation of cryptos can replace the fiat currencies and the banks, the thing that i love of cryptos it that you can exchange coins from all the world without having access to a bank! that's revolutionary, we just need a greater adoption from the normal people and that will happen when new reliable blockchain will sort out, for now due to the low amount of people using them there are a lot of fluctations of prices

why not? i'm not a ripple fan, i sold all my ripple in may 2017 thinking that it was a futureless coin and it did that huge bull run during december/january, it arrived at 3,50 dollars and even more on some korean exchanges, so if there will be a new alt season like the past winter why not? 5 dollars is not much more than 3,5 dollars, but it will happen only if the ripple foundation does not create new xrp, there are almost 100 billions of ripple avaiable and only 30 are circulating. |

i think that this period is healing for the crypto market, in the bull run of december a lot of noobies joined this world searching for easy profit with zero studies and most of them got burned with the huge dumps of february and may, i think that without all these panic sellers we will have a more reliable market in the future. In my opinion the people that wanted to take profit have already left the market and the wales are accumulating cheap cryptos during the dips, we will soon see a new rise.

nobody of us has the crystal ball and we have seen that the tecnical analisis from the stock markets don't works very well on the crypto marked due to the low amount of money circulating, but we can take a look of the charts of bitcoin and other cryptos in the past years for trying to predict the future movements. in the 2014 many people were bearish and i sold all my bitcoins like many others people scared of the price dropping lower and lower, now it is almost the same situation, and i think that in the next months btc will give us a new greater bull run.

There are 2 types of whales!
Those that ride the market and sell a few a coins occasionally and whales that are working with others to manipulate this market. Those that manipulate are smart and work with entities that provide no paper trail. They can make money in a bear or a bull market!
My opinion is the market will go down based on my research!

i think that it will be hard to go under the support of 6000 dollars, there is a whole industry behind btc that can't afford to go under a certain price, think about all the miners that bought the mining hardware, they can't stop mining because they have paid very much their hardware but they can't even sell in loss, btc has a cost of production and all the miners are here for gain some money, they wont sell in loss. even the btc of mtgox will not be sold under a certain level, they have to refound all the ex clients of mtgox so they have to try to get the best price and don't dump it. |

i think that the best coin to buy at the moment is ethereum classic, coinbase annunced that they will list it in the future, the ethereum classic price did a little pump but due to the crash that was appening during that day it has been very limitated, i think that when they will list it it will make a great pump, all the coins of coinbase are on the high part of the top 10 on coinmarketcap, etc is in the lowest part of the top 20, i think that it will make a 2x from the actual price

i don't think that ethererum is a bubble, it is one of the few coins that have a real usage in the real world, before ethereum there were almost 0 icos, ether made easier do that and the reward has been a great increase of the value of that coin!in the future maybe a new ico platofrm will become more popular but i think that ethereum will remain one of the most solid coin of the crypto world. i think that it can reach an highter value in the future with a new bull run.

i don't think that it's likely to see bitcoin again at 500 dollars, it would mean that the whole market is crashed hard and it will be the death of the crypto world, yes there are already been huge dumps in the past but at that time the capital around this world were very limitated! in my opinion it will be very hard to see it under 6k

just yesterday i said that i was very scheptical about ethereum classic and it's future and today it comes out that coinbase will add it to his exchange! that's fantastic, in a different period there would have been a huge pump but now is a suffering period so we saw just a 30% pump..i think that there will be a new pump when the fomo kicks in.

i have both, six months ago i was very bullish about etc, way more than eth, i tought that it would rise more than eth but the fact said the opposite, in this moment i think that in the future it won't pass 50 dollars even if the real ethereum goes to 2k. i should have sold it when it was at 45 dollars but i greeded and driven by the fomo i holded till now and i have lost almost the 70% of his value.

this is a nice opportuninty to buy some cheap ethereum, i think that after this double bottom we won't see again these prices in the future, by the end of the year i hope we will be again at 1500 dollars like in january. so if you want to make some icos in the future you should grab some ether in my opinion.
