Son of the Mask. God, I loved the first Mask with Jim Carrey so much that I didn't even bother to check the reviews of this film. There is 90 minutes of my life that I will never get back.

It depends on the anger, usually I am able to let things slide but sometimes it comes over me like a stubborn wave that won't subside. In times like that I try to take deep breathes and to be as calm as possible. If I am angry with somebody I care about I try my best to not say anything that I'll regret later, but if I am angry at somebody/something else I'll try to distract myself. I have found that distracting myself from the anger does a lot to help the situation in times like that.
