I remember once, when i applied, that after passing the first sceeening, by submitting my resume, the next thing the company does is a videocall interview.
You know, it is important also for the recruiters to see the job applicant, the way they speak,their mannerism or their actions during the interview.
Most of the recruiters are graduate of Psychology. And they know how to interpret the behaviour of a persons, and this is one way to acess them.
Is that possible in Trustlogics as well?
Hi micahyahel. You made a good point here. Hiring process involves Application, Interview, Salary Negotiation, and so on. The Application portion - verifying every detail in resume - taking a huge part in the whole process takes most of the time. In Trustlogics, the Validators and Hyperledger will do the resume verification. This system cuts out a significant time in finding the right candidate for the job. There would still be Interview, but the good thing, the HR has a short list of applicants to deal with since Trustlogics cuts it off. I just want to know if the person want to work but he/she doesn't have any degree, can that person still be qualified as a regular worker through complying their resume in Trustlogic platform? Yes, even if a person does not have a professional degree, they are much welcome to the TrustLogics platform. Remember that TrustLogics aim to cater two segments, one is the professional segment and the other, the Individual Service Providers (much sort of a freelancer if i may say). Progressive Web Apps are easy to implement. You don't need to hire another app developers in order for you to have PWA. Because PWA uses only Javascript. So if you already have JavaScript developers, then you don't need additional developers if you want your business to create PWA.
PWA is an alternative for native apps. These applications are easy to develop and also budget friendly. If PWA doesn’t require installation on our devices. Then this means that it will be less space for our gadgets because no data storage consumed. This is better for those devices who only have internal storage.
You are right! One example is Apple devices who have internal storage only. The less space it takes will definitely a great help because the speed sometimes of a gadget was really affected once there are apps that are installed on the internal storage. A zero file storage is not the case of PWAs actually. Rather, PWAs require a very minimal storage size to run. Unlike conventional native apps that requires a varying mid to large storage space to execute. Though a great advantage for PWAs, i do worry about how well it will perform specially if one's internet connection is shaky. |

revolutionise the app market: Progressive Web Applications (PWA) from Yappadappadoo's Whitepaper. This was a non-essential until i read it from Yappadappadoo's whitepaper and realized they are right. We have apps for iOS and android separately, though compatible releases for each OS is available for both, there is always a seemingly noticeable difference between versions still. And perhaps it will be PWAs that will level this difference so users will have the exact same user experience regardless of ecosystem the device lives in. Truly jackbit. No one does bother much about the apps they run on their devices. Many users in fact does not know that there exists dozens of OS around. All they know is that the app is available and they download them. Unaware that besides native apps exists a world of Progressive Web Apps offering the nearly the same user experience for a lower space occupancy on our devices. And i too believe that this will be an obstacle that Yappadappadoo will have to overcome, to let the people know of this alternative apps could PWA that offers same functionality regardless of devices' operating system. Can we sell anything in here as long as it is not illegal? So cars can be sold here? We have an online shop here in our country, just like this but it's not based on blockchain technology. How can we verify a seller if its product is legit? I mean, from country to another country transactions. There should be an escrow to protect buyers from bogus sellers.
Well, I think that everything can probably sold or set off to be bid at as long as it isn't illegal since they did not put any restrictions or limitations as to what people can sell in their platform. Now, the legitimacy of the item will obviously be the problem of the platform itself and not by the bidders/buyers and escrowing the transactions will most probably be also handled by the platform personnel or something. Point is, it will be their job to make sure that the users will get an easy life when they use the fairninja platform. Anything and everything, I believe. Most classifieds have specific sections for all types of commodities including cars, real estate and many common ones like apparel, gadgets. Pardon me but I have to rephrase your statement. "Anything and everything", as long as it is legal and not prohibited by law. I think Fair Ninja don't want to be involved in something that is not right and this will surely make his classified platform a success. I believe that everything in fair ninja feature has limitations to their user's , you cannot simply sell or sold anything that illegal or prohibited by the law from anyone like guns, drugs, species etc... And fair ninja has its name that needs to protect so they can't allowed this to happen... I definite agree with you that the fair ninja will not tolerate the people that will sell illegal and prohibited materials. The fair ninja also wants to sell.legit things and the like And that control is ultimately in the hands of the buyers. What's more efficient to use in terms of data connection, using native apps or PWA? Does PWA consume less data connection? Here in our country, we count every data we used when we browse since telecom companies here do not offer unlimited internet connection. Some do have unlimited internet offer but has data-capping.
The usual scenario would be Native Apps not requiring internet connection since most of the files a user need is installed on the device (unless the app dependent of online contents, then internet connectivity is mandatory). Whereas PWAs (till date and majority of them) would require an internet connection to initialize and let the server know that a client is requiring the app to run. Since most of the data the user will be needing resides on the server's end, it would be fruitless to run without internet connection. |

I’ve read that this project will be using PWA. What is Progressive Web Application? and What is the advantage of using it than our traditional app today?
According to the whitepaper, PWA can work online and offline and can be fully functional. Does it mean that even if you don’t have internet access, you can use Yappadappadoo? Among the advantage of PWAs versus native applications is breaking the OS compatibility barrier, meaning to say that either you are on iOS or Android, the app will run on your device so as long as you have a browser. Further, unlike native applications, PWA will not occupy a permanent space on your device since you are not required to install anything. At the most, cache and temporary files are to be created which is way smaller in size than those of installation files of any native apps. Moreover, native applications was designed to run on a device whereas progressive web apps was designed to run on a browser, where the previous is currently favored by many. Since native apps are installed on our devices, the app loads faster and runs at a much more stable phase while PWAs rely heavily (most of them) on the quality of our internet connection, the speeds is as fast as your internet connection and the same goes for stability. Not quite sure how it can be done, but Yappadappadoo aims to disrupt the need for fast and stable internet for PWAs to load and run. |

A QR code gets generated every time a job requirement is posted by recruiters. By scanning, job seeker no longer needs to fill job application repetitively. This is a good idea. You don't need a resume, just scan your qr code and the system will validate you if your hired or not, application form is not needed anymore in the future, lucky for those future generation. This is cool i wanted to try their apps. Could you guys give me the exact qr code for this.coz there are some apps that are prone to hackers. It maybe compromise by the people around us. As I've said before, Trustlogics makes the process of hiring and even applying convenient and cost effective. A platform to offer apps regardless of device and operating system using Progressive Web Apps that does not need any installer nor updates. I think Yappadappadoo is on to something big here.
I have seen a few online services that employs PWA but would love to see how Yappadappadoo intends to bring further innovation in this market.
