As far as I see today's recruitment market lacks a reliable system showing specialist’s performance and assessment throughout the whole career rather than when he/she quits a job.
It's really so, because all the positive referencies are given when a candidate is leaving a company. A former employer does not provide any relevant information about a specialist...

Blockchain technology is needed to secure all the processes taking place at our decentralized professional platform. And what are those processes?

What about KYC/KYB? It’s difficult to enter any exchange without going through these procedures beforehand.

Poloniex has become very selective on listing new altcoins recently. If I remember correctly, for all new ethereum based tokens I need to go for either bittrex or liqui exchange. There were times poloniex offered free coins. Recently I have noticed their withdrawal takes little bit delay compared to earlier days (probably high volume of withdrawal requests is a reason).
How many exchanges are you using now?

Who thinks here that Poloniex is more reliable?

Where can I exchange AWEcoins?
It depends. On some safe, convenient & user-friendly exchanges after the ICO. As for me, I will choose Poloniex over Bittrex anytime.

Will be interesting to see how many of these ICO's actually make it.
99% of them are going to fail, that is just the law of the land... So are there legit ICOs? How can we identify them? Please, give some advice. Thanks. Unfortunately, in many cases, ICO founders just want to make a solution based on blockchain when there is no need for such, moreover, often they actually are not going to decentralize, rather keep a central company that will run the show. What do you mean to say? I believe that is the most important red flag - if by doing ICO one is not decentralizing in essence (creating open source ecosystem that can be run by its members without the need of a central body), then such business does not meet the underlying philosophy of blockchain and should not do an ICO, rather go to garage48 and pitch their start-up to fat business cats.

Hi Everybody! Do you have a list of Experts that confirmed they will be on your platform or are you still looking for that? What will qualify somebody as an expert? Will you verify diploma's and certificates or will people post their CV on the website and the customer has to do their own due diligence?
Now we are looking for competent advisers who have released a few successful projects. A quite interesting concept, I can see why this would work better decentralized then centralized.
