Most of time those branches located outside the mall always got this offline problem on their terminal. It could be due to unreliable internet connection or they don't have enough money to cover your transaction.

That's why every time i cashout via LBC i always do my transaction in LBC branches inside the mall.
22  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is a better way to acquire bitcoins? on: March 16, 2019, 04:06:50 PM
You should buy it since mining is way more expensive than before like you need to consider many factor and calculate it so you can still earn profit. The best way for me is buy and sell with it not a great profitter but can still gain some. But before you do this make sure you understand how trading works cause everyone make a big mistake here specially the new ones.

Well WPP dont provide a real MVP not a 3D one and the team cant show the Office with a logo of WPP all they show is people gathering thought. So people cant be blame if they dont trust this project.
25  Local / Pilipinas / Re: May tax ba ang Cryptocurrency? on: March 11, 2019, 11:42:21 AM

You can get top 100 list of crypto exchanges here : https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/volume/24-hour/ based on the last 24 hours crypto volume. Smiley

But still Binance is best of all exchanges even it was less than year old bcause of its trading fee structure and protection and flawless services.

Binance is really the best exchange not only because it have a good volume that not fake like others. They also have mobile friendly app and easy to use interface. They solve the issue so fast and keep trader inform if anything malicious happened.

While playing around with my bot, I found out this mysterious transaction:
[...]
The prize would be ~32 BTC Smiley

EDIT: If you find the solution feel free to leave a tip Smiley 1DPUhjHvd2K4ZkycVHEJiN6wba79j5V1u3
Started to anaylize this, but figured out its not actually a puzzle at all. Its attempt to steal of this funds right? There is no official puzzle by owner of this addresses? By what you saying i think there is no consent here.
From what i see you guys have fun, but it shouldn't be allowed at all Tongue

You are right mate, their is no statement about the address owner to have a contest in that address. Its looks like they hacking that account rather than a contest. Well they are having fun and we can see that Bitcoin address are really that strong to crack. The OP started this 4years ago and too many people try to crack the address but no one did it yet for so long.

30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ITO] WPP ENERGY - GREEN ENERGY TOKEN BACKED BY $BILLIONS IN PROJECTS on: March 04, 2019, 08:57:41 AM
they already said anyone who engage in any price talk will be instantly banned without warning, if they want to keep the chat group healthy and prevent some people to cause panic and chaos or spread fud then they will definately remove anyone who is engaging in such activities,
between 2.9m is not such a big amount to raise such alarm, this is a token with total supply of 5billion, why you make such fuse about 2.9m? Roll Eyes
Im not talking about the price though i just need clarification about that not a fud or anything.

The 2.9m wpp token on 1 address keeps dumping on forkdelta, even he send the 2.9m to different Address we can still track it, another hundred of thousands being dump just today alone, the biggest question is why the hell this company wpp keep dumping token, I can confirm that the 2.9m tokens are from the company because the wallet who use it received Ethereum from company wallet address, these guys are scammers, they said exchange is 2nd half of march and now end of the month? Lol only fools will only fall in this kind of scheme, when I discover this redflag I already sold all my tokens I bought on FD before It's too late, I posted this to there telegram group to warn Investors but they banned me, please share this massege to everyone, this is not a fud I can confirm using the transactions blockchain won't lie.

Can you post all the connected account with it.
33  Economy / Exchanges / Re: I sold my litecoin twice on Cryptopia on: March 04, 2019, 02:26:12 AM
This just means that cryptopia is not really well secured from the beginning. How can they not check there own system if they have some bug on it. Thats why they got hack in a row.

About the litecoin i think you should give it back since they are currently is despair right now and it can become still a big help for them. Well its your choice to decide.
34  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: March 03, 2019, 02:12:07 AM
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sending in fake ID for KYC on: March 03, 2019, 01:32:30 AM
It is your choice to fake or not. If you are heavily invested and it requires KYC, will you fake and risk your investment getting frozen or send real ID and risk getting your identity stolen? It is different for everybody but for me, I rather have my money stolen than my identity. That is why I avoid those investments with KYC or if it comes in a later stage, I avoid giving critical information.

Arent you scared participating on ICO that doesnt run KYC surely that sound fishy for me.  You might be right that it is better to lose your money that got identity stolen. Thats why i dont paticipate on ICO and just buy token at Dex echange when dumpers sold there bonuses.
36  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how with 5G be with bitcoin? on: March 03, 2019, 01:25:43 AM
Im fine with 4G right now and 5G will be a good benefit for the big time miners, yes it will cost a lot of money at the beginning but when time passes if will surely decrease. The only concern is with these super fast internet our body will surely suffer a little by little.
37  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: March 02, 2019, 01:41:30 AM

I agree but others might test the waters for small amount if talagang kailangan na kailangan talaga ang Security Bank is the nearest. Itong last few days ago lang iyong undispensed.

Lampas 48 hours na rin iyong 2 transactions ko pero ang usual update is, "we will wait for etc....". Last reply is kaninang umaga and they said this time na Security Bank already deactivated the codes then investigation ulet. Dati wala ng ganyan automatic ang refund in less than 24 hours.

Same with me last week i contacted the support team after i didnt my 16digit code and kindly they responded fast and i got the money the next day. Now they have big maintenance with it kakacheck ko lang kasi mag wiwithdraw nanaman sana ulit ako.

Maayos ba kaagad kapag nagapply ako ng ticket for question?
