It's hard to say at this moment, but we are keeping 13% of tokens in the company balance, for different purposes, like attracting strategic partners after our ICO.

We also have a bounty program, for translations, help spreading the project around etc. Details of our bounty program will be announced soon.

Our platform has nothing to do with 'collecting' debts and such. It's just an unfortunate alternative meaning of the verb "collect".
We are using it in the 'traditional' sense, where you collect rare (unique) items. It allows you to create your own individual tokens.

Our ECTO token is a standard ERC20 token and already has standard smart contracts implementation (with time locks, whitelisting etc).
Our platform allows creation and trading of ERC721 tokens, which is a relatively new standard developed for unique (non-fungible) tokens.

So, both the platform and the ICO are based on the Ethereum ecosystem, and they are both decentralized, if you will.

It's just a simple proof-of-concept, to show how easy it is to create a token on the Ropsen test network and to trade it with others, using your Metamask wallet.
