Problem with the GPU is it heats up my entire room. So I ordered a Raspberry Pi to run ASIC with.

Can you explain further? I'd like to learn how that would work.

Have you got your ASIC yet?

Cheers,

DC.

He is gonna use the raspberry pi to control the ASIC so instead of having to keep his desktop on all the time while mining, he can just have the raspberry pi running.

I understood that.  I wasn't sure how ... via SSH or ... how?

Is anyone actually keeping track of all the ALT coins around?

It would be interesting to see a full list and some stats.

(But also a lot of work to create and maintain)

I have found this site useful, but it is only keeping track of a few:

And PPCoin? Really? Sorry, I think it's got good ideas and actually adds something to the field, but I refuse to call it anything other than PeerCoin. And anyone who isn't actively trying to kill it ought to call it PeerCoin (or ANYTHING other than Peepeecoin).

I'm sure many are thinking the same thing.

I can't help but snicker at it, sometimes.

I found this site a few weeks back.

Have not used it myself, but it might have promise:

Hope it's useful,

DC.

Oooops.

=== Sorry , I should have looked at the current content before posting the link.

Some of the content is pretty harsh and odd.

Where is the emote for rolling eyes?

I will give 50 free chips to the next 5 people who sign up at SWC and use swcpoker as the referred by code.

So, did anyone go for it?
