Pros:
Website is fine
A new concept of 6 digit results instead of traditional 4 digits
Chat support

Cons:
Website lags a bit
Look didn't impress me at all
Site is neither smartphone-friendly nor good when used in Desktop site mode

With just 1 person available over chat and just 26 users (stuck to that number) online, I don't understand how they managed to get more than 17 BTC wagered and are able to spread a prize of €4788.12 (at the time of writing).

Hey thanks man,

"For anyone wondering, we have exactly 23 robots playing the site right now. So no, we're not making any attempts to fool anyone, we are basically looking to load test the site and hopefully not have the site look like it's fully empty. I'm not sure if this is standard policy to announce the existence of robots, but we don't feel this is an issue."

This was on the original post. We have 23 robots running and as soon as the site is going to be moved out of beta, we will reset all statistics to zero. Also, still being in BETA, the site is not fully staffed. We are working on everything you guys have so generously pointed out to us, and one of those things is the mobile-phone friendliness. As far as looks are concerned, we are concentrating on performance issues now but there will be graphical changes coming too as well. Thank you for your opinion, this is good stuff for us.

You are still in beta testing stage, but why do you accept deposit already as well as offer deposit bonus? I do believe, people wont make deposit in any sites which is still in beta testing as there might be some glitch or bugs that may not be good for players. Regarding your robots, I have no idea is there is a standard policy about it but it is better if you make a notification message about it on your site to tell users about this testing robots and says that the stats on your site is not real stats.

We totally missed the deposit thing, it has now been disabled. Thanks for that. Also, we've placed a popup warning advising new arrivals of the existence of bots and how they manage to fudge the statistics. There are no intentions to ever use bots in the production site. We're basically running them now for testing.

the image does not make sense because it says 0.15 x 50 = 0.75 but that is just 0.15 x 5. it should say 7.50 and you made this mistake multiple times in the image in your first post

Lo and behold, you are correct. We fudged the numbers on the bonus math! Now fixed and our picture drawing guy has been properly flogged. Not going to call him our graphics guy, he's gonna have to earn that again after making us look this bad. :-)

First impression your site is not compatible to my smartphone the font style are too big even I reload the page it has a same result is any one of you that visited this site has a same problem??
Is better to fix this problem because most player are using phone for playing games but I see its a potential gambling site.

Not all new site are prepared to be mobile friendly, some sites needs more time improve. Most real gamblers wont use smartphone for gambling IMO as it is always better to use PC as it will give better experience. I havent checked this site tbh as I dont really interested in dice game and I think it will be just another dice game like other older sites. Is there something special in this site?

The one thing that sets us apart from all the sites I have seen is the special bonus structure. As well as the fact that if a player meets the wager requirements on the showers, they get to withdraw the showers. Look through the original post to see a breakdown of the bonus structure.
What is the wagering amount before one can withdraw both the bonuses and tour winning, cause most of the gambling site's that offer high bonus always set the wagering amount before withdrawal so high that it almost impossible for players to make good use of the bonuses and small winning.

You can withdraw your deposit at any time. There are no restrictions set on what you can do with YOUR money. The bonus does not tie your money up in any way, ever. You must wager a total of 50 times your deposit in order to be able to withdraw the bonus. Now, if you run out of money, and mathematically, there is a 50% probability that you will run out of money before you meet the bonus requirements, you still have that bonus pending. So say you deposit and have a €50 bonus pending, the wager requirement is €5000, but you only got to €4000, so you have €1000 left to play to get that bonus. Deposit again, and now you have two bonuses each worth €50 for a total of €100. You have to wager €1000 from the first one, collect it, and then wager the other €5000 to collect the second bonus. So in essence, your bonuses are chained and you never lose them unless you withdraw your funds. You are welcome to withdraw your funds anytime you like with the only penalty being any pending bonuses you may have will be cancelled.

Whoosh, I hope I did a better job explaining it here. Please let me know if you have any questions. I am very aware that I may be fudging the explanation here.

Hi Steam,

Quote
I am using my phone to play it seems you need a mobile version for the site.

Yes! We are painfully aware of this. Unfortunately, we had to sacrifice the mobile version in favor of getting the speeds up to par. This happened several weeks ago when our testers found that the game would slow down considerably whenever we had over 50 players. But that's fodder for another story. We are now, as I write this, working on the mobile version. It IS coming along. I expect a couple weeks and we can brag about our mobile version. Everyone hates CSS.

Good to see the fast response from the team, I hope you can fix it asap. Nowadays the majority of people uses smartphones to socialize, play games and also to gamble.

It's being worked on. And I don't suspect it will take too long to get it finished. It still has to go through QC, but that should in itself be fast. Our team built this from scratch. We've spent most of our time concentrating on performance and functionality. Now that those issues have been pretty much hammered out, we begin to hone the looks and formatting. We've launched in BETA precisely so we could generate your comments which are invaluable. Because it is true that no battle plan survives a battle. It's nice when your Q&A team tells you everything is ok. Then the actual players come in and you find out that too many things don't right.

i just register but can you fix or change my history works?
because the current history will be deleted if we refresh the website, it will be good if the history of bet still remains after we refresh the website

Hi, we are currently working on a page where you will be able to view your history. We actually limited the history shown in that window because the browsers could not really handle so much data in their memory. We do not show the history on a page load, again, because the memory needed to do so would be detrimental to the performance. We believe that a different link to a page with a full history search would be a much better solution. The page would look just the same, except that it would have the added benefit of you being able to search by date and such.

If you have any comments or suggestions, please do not hesitate to do so, We are eager to hear from everyone.

Hi Slaman,

A sense of humor is important in this industry.  Grin

The manual setting for the payout adjustment is below the slider. There is a field there called Bet Line. You can manually enter your preferred bet line there. We could also convert that to a Number field which will give you an up or down arrow inside the field. Hell, I'll probably ask for that tomorrow.

We worked for weeks on just the speed alone. It was very frustrating and hard work. But it paid off rather well. Thank you for recognizing that.

Showers, yes, our calculations indicate we can manage the showers even if they happen to surprise us. We have adequate funds in place for any harsh surprises.

Most sites will not allow people to withdraw faucet earnings, but we believe that rather than pay advertising, it's better to actually reward the players. The only unknown is abuse. For the moment, we're trying to avoid placing restrictions on the showers. If it gets to be too much we'll think of something that isn't some CAPTCHA that we all hate.

30  Economy / Gambling / ReelDice.com - The Bitcoin Dice Industry meets change [EDITED] on: May 01, 2019, 04:43:33 AM
EDIT: This is a rather large edit. I did not know if I should open a new post, or just edit this one. If anyone knows which is better, please let me know. For now, I'll make this edit to avoid any issues.

First thing I'd like to do is thank everyone for all your suggestions and opinions. You guys gave everyone in our team that extra boost of confidence with your very generous comments. So without further ado, I'd like to tell you guys what we have been doing since this post first hit, and what has happened during this time.

Because of all of your insistence on the mobile version, I was able to convince the owners to prioritize the development and am happy to say that it is ready and we are now waiting for your comments. We had to take the site offline for a few days in order to upgrade all the changes that, thanks to you guys, I was able to push through with high priority. Because, well, you know, having all these comments really helped me argue for a huge change in priorities.

1- Mobile Version is ready
2- We've added a Game History Search that is as extensive as you'd like to make it.
3- We beat our designer with a pretty big stick and had him redo some of the things that you guys most complained about. I think we've achieved a better look and feel now.
4- We've added a Tour in order to allow new players to understand the game better. We're only making it available on the PC version for now, the guys are working on the mobile version.
5- We've added sounds! Dorky sounds if you ask me, but sounds nonetheless. We also made it so the sounds are OFF by default. They have to be turned on if you want to hear them.
The button to turn on the sounds are located just above the chat and to the left.
6- The site will be translated into Japanese and Chinese in the next few weeks. If anyone has suggestions for other languages, please feel free to discuss.
7- We decided to take the site out of BETA, specifically because what made us keep it in beta were some of the above points. So we're declaring it ready for prime time now.

After having said all of this, I want to once again thank you guys for the wonderful and warm welcome you gave us. We hope to continue improving on the site as we head into the future.
We have slot machines in the works, and maybe even blackjack and multi-player poker that we are looking to add in the near future.

Now here's a question for you guys. Affiliate Program or Player Referral Program? The general consensus around here is that it is better to always reward the players. We'll keep a keen
eye on your comments about this.

Once again, thank you, thank you.

[Original Post Starts Here]

Let me introduce you to https://www.reeldice.com

This image has the TLDR of the below in image format.

A brand new Bitcoin Dice site. I know, I know, not another Bitcoin Dice site!

Yes, another one. With a few twists, but one very, very big difference.

The first twist is subtle. It has three pairs of dice. So 6 numbers instead of four. No particular reason, we just think it's a visual way to stand apart.

Now for years, most dice sites have been struggling with the bonus system. Many have failed spectacularly. Many have expounded that failure in the way they've handled it.

Most sites offer an initial bonus. Some even offer a few bonuses to bring the players back. Our line of thought was, if a player comes in for that initial bonus, why not offer a bonus on every deposit? Why not treat a player's money with the same respect each time they deposit? Treating all players as if this is their first time. So we have instituted what we call the Infinite Bonus. 50% bonus on each and every transaction on the site. For the time being, we're limiting this bonus to the equivalent of €50.00. Of course, we are also looking to encourage €100 as the average deposit.

Another problem we found is that if a player runs out of money during the bonus cycle, most sites tend to obliterate that bonus. Itś like a big middle finger to the player for having lost their money. We allow that bonus to remain active. The next time the player comes in and deposits, he will get his new bonus, plus still be able to finish the betting cycle for his last bonus. Basically, as long as you are playing, your betting will always be counting down towards a bonus. Only by withdrawing will you wipe out any pending bonuses. Yes, you can withdraw whenever you like, without any obligation to finish your bonus requirements.

One other major difference, is that we don't call it the faucet. We call it the Shower. Why? Two reasons. When you request a shower, we give you a random amount between 1000 and 5000 satoshis. Our minimum bet is 100 satoshis. The other reason is because at ReelDice.com, our showers come with the same betting requirements as the bonuses. Meaning that once you meet the bonus betting requirements, you own those satoshis and as long as you are able to accumulate the minimum €10 withdrawal limit on showers, youŕe good to go.

Our betting requirements are 50 times the deposit. Now, 50 times the deposit will seem high to some people. And it is high, but the only way to support a bonus structure that does not end, and for the numbers to work, is to have wager requirements that have a mathematically acceptable completion curve. Basically, the game having a 50% chance of winning, our math gurus figured out that 50 times the deposit is the sweet spot where the chances of meeting the requirements are equal to those of not meeting them. Basically, during millions of spins, the chances of meeting the requirements are 50%, the same as the odds of the game.

Now, having said all that, when you visit our site, you will notice a red label by the logo that says BETA. We have placed it there for several reasons. One, so players know that the software is in BETA and though fully operational, we are hesitant to call it complete until it has enough player rounds to be passed into full production. No amount of quality assurance testing survives actual players in warfare mode. We are pushing changes to the site at a very fast pace. We will not push changes that affect the play without due notice. But we do expect to push development to the limits.

For anyone wondering, we have exactly 23 robots playing the site right now. So no, we're not making any attempts to fool anyone, we are basically looking to load test the site and hopefully not have the site look like it's fully empty. I'm not sure if this is standard policy to announce the existence of robots, but we don't feel this is an issue.

Investors, we are not actively looking for investors. But we are willing to listen to suggestions on an Investor program.

Affiliates, at the present time, we don't feel that making a call to any and all affiliates is the way to go. We are willing to talk to people who can really make a difference in traffic and are open to all discussions. So if you happen to be an affiliate that can actually move real players, and are looking for an outfit where you will be a part of a limited crew of affiliates, yes, we'd love to talk.

Translations, if you would like to help out with translations into your language, contact us and we can talk. The system is capable of handling any UTF8 language. We have already secured translators for Japanese, Hong Kong Chinese and Mandarin. We would like to find Brazilian Portuguese, Romanian, Ukranian and are open to all languages really. So contact us if you are interested.

Finally, if anyone has any questions, suggestions, requests, complaints, criticism (Please be nice), we will be more than glad to discuss and promise to make every reasonable attempt to satisfy.

Software:
HTML5 - JQuery - Javascript - PHP - Mysql - Apache - Socketo.me Ratchet WebSocket
Here's a very special nod to SweetAlert2, and awesome project available on GitHub. We use it extensively.

If anyone wants to talk shop, contact me through here. We can discuss.

What's left. The name is Reel Dice. The dice part is obvious. The reel part is because we are working on slot machines. We expect to be able to begin deploying them soon. They will be HTML5 based and will be very cool.

Oh, PS, we are aware that we still have some work to do on how the site looks on a mobile phone. We're working on that. But life is really short for CSS. We are working on it. I promise.
