previously, some coins with masternodes were very cheap, I could even afford to dash masternode, now it costs a fortune, and why I did not buy it

this is a great idea because a project with masternode coins is skyrocketing, from what I see masternode has good potential.

There is a very active community at discord and the developers are very active.
I got three masternodes. At this price it would be foolish not to get some. All these mn coins pump at some point.

I'll wait again and buy coins later,still have to fly down and fly so well,and what can you hear from the new team?Somehow earlier there was more news or the team was more active

I like the idea of creating a Masternode, but I do not have enough knowledge to organize it. To choose a profitable coin, you should also try hard.

but why many hyped projects that started end 2017-2018 announced masternodes support? Maybe the purpose is that coin with the masternode support will rise in price because many people will by coins just for setup a node and on a market dump these coins are more stable because people wouldn't sell them...

WHY WE SHOULD STOP PAYING FOR ICOs/TOKENS.

ICOs are now a quick money venture for the developers. They don't care about the investors anymore, since the idea is just to make money. Some will complement the investors with exchange listing, i know you will ask why that is a complement. But ask some of those investors who are still waiting with no hope of when their investment will be listed on exchange and that is if however it will happen someday.

Others investors that will be complemented will approach the exchange with a rather bad listing price as compared to the initial price of the tokens during the Token sales.

I have been a victim of fraudulent ICOs in time past, I don't let the mistake repeat itself after much research. At least, once i notice that most of this ICOs has no connection to the Blockchain, but just an option to raise cash for a quack or fraudulent non-existing idea which is only backed up by comprehensively sophisticated english to deceive people to them; I just overlook them.

I have said it at a time that ICOs will become unreal so much that we will not be paying for it anymore, and if there is anyone to be paid for, it will be an ICOs with a strong and functioning project/venture/product or working prototype.

At a point as well, we have seen come developers approach the Crypto arena with free tokens distribution without any aim to generate funds from the public, at least by not selling Tokens in the first place and up till date, they are doing just fine. An example is Rebellious, Polymath and EQUAL, at least for the few I have been part of.

The big news today, if confirmed to be and being circulated but not yet debunked is Savedroid being a scam. Many has happened, much are to still happen and which will continue when this fakers continues to get into us.

We might have had one experience or the other, but it is surely not a good thing that ICOs are becoming another slap in the face for the crypto community that works hard to be real.

Have you guys seen REBL (Rebellious) lately? They've got huge community influence for their size. If you compare it with EOS' influence for instance it seems to be largely undervalued. Might be an interesting bet to make for the coming months.

I agree that masternodes with huge ROI are often used just to lure people to projects with no future. But you can find some really promising ones too, with solid team and developement roadmap. I think Rebellious is such project, and they recently have announced masternodes when they launch own blockchain later this year. Excuse me, but I'd like to diplomatically and politely correct you.  Yes you are part of the team. This is a company cursed with a normally 'scoffed at' vision with an intentioned purpose, if you will. So far, they've under-promised goals appearing lofty and over-delivered on every promise in their roadmap, whitepaper, wallet, transparency and on and on.

You sir/mam, went through the process they offered as an "airdrop" and jumped through all the necessary hoops. If you happened to do the "Legendary" application, have you ever done more for an "airdrop?"  Was it easy or quick? I can personally answer that with a resounding and attention-grabbing "HELL NO!" They didn't want riff-raff and quick grab and sell holders, they wanted substantive people.  I believe they got them. If people had any idea how many others tried and gave up, I think you'd be shocked.

More importantly, by thinking of making the airdrop difficult and time consuming, forward thinking was absolutely present. Would anyone make a wager that they'll suddenly stop thinking and planning actions ahead like they've demonstrated so far? I say no. Not with the track record accumulated so far and we all know the best prediction for the future is to look at past patterns.

Being an educated person understanding the length of time meritorious values of a corporation's motives stay around, I can say that I do not know how long Rebellious will keep that pace. Some go on and on and never go away. Some sell out. But there are always warning signs. So far, there isn't any tell tale signs that I can see. They say, they do. They promise, they deliver more. So far, Rebellious looks like they've qualified for the Olympic World Games (analogy only, people!) The real work and opening show is just about to begin. NOBODY sells out then.

Back to my point,  Rebellious is grounded in the idea of the "COMMUNITY" supporting and standing up for a company who's worthy. So far, they've not only proved that worthiness by giving so much more than they've gotten. Their entire "ICO" was done with people like you, not people who pay 10K a month to get their lawn mowed. Not a penny taken through a normal ICO as is done so commonly day after day after day in the cryptocurrency world. This company is made of simple just like you or I. They've done all of this so far on elbow grease and with the support, efforts and belief by people like you.

If you're not part of the team, I don't know who would be.

I personally think creating their own blockchain will make project lot harder in their part. For investors its great chance, coin will be pumped for sure. ERC20 is just shade nowadays, noone wanna invest in erc20 tokens anymore.
