Who are some good escrow people on here, and no not tomatocage, wouldn't give my business to that one if he paid me too.  Sold some no hassle, but looks like I may need someone for escrow on the next one...so if you do escrow and are a decent person feel free to say hi :-)
23  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: BTC Sell out on: December 01, 2014, 08:35:21 AM
lol I have no clue how much he could make from his escrow business....but i went through and seen where he has done it to so many who where there was no reference no just cause for leaving bad feedback just cause he wanted their transaction to go through him.  THey really should make a rule against users like him seriously.
24  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: BTC Sell out on: December 01, 2014, 08:18:34 AM
please check the user "Tomatocage" main source of income...he or her does escrow imagine that.  Have message the admins about you btw Tomatocage

25  Economy / Currency exchange / BTC Sell out on: December 01, 2014, 02:26:45 AM
I have collected a lot of coins over the year through trading and my humble minors.  I did most of my trading as a pass time while fighting cancer, so I am not over the top concerned about selling under the up to the second price.  I have some nmc and ltc as well but not nearly as many.  I have 36.81 bitcoins so if you have a way to buy them please message me.  If I placed this in the wrong area or did it incorrectly i apologize it was not intentional.

Please? Pretty please? Does begging work?  Smiley
I did indeed pay $503.95 48hrs ago.

Just be patient dude.  I've been nothing but chipper to them and I'll have my cash no sooner than anyone else (same $503.95 for me), they just need to work through BitHiccup 2013.
Hope you don't mind if I post on this forum once in a while.
Thank you Wink (and was just being comical, lighten the mood)

I found it to be comical, the other guy is just a BI supporter.  Have they taken care of you yet?

Lol dude, you really complained to the BBB? The moderators were telling us that they were trying to fix the problems the whole time. They're not gonna take the money and run, especially since there is plenty of evidence that we did complete a transaction via zip zap. It was only a matter of time for them to iron out the kinks and now is the time. I think they have been more helpful than not during this whole situation.

You all were complaining to a brick wall, and just slowing them down in trying to solve the bigger problem. Your 1 transaction is only a brick in the wall of thousands of transactions they had to figure out why didn't go through. Once they figured out what was wrong, they were able to fix the issues that accrued during the down time.

Thank you bitinstant, you are, always have been, and always will be, my number one for cash to bitcoin transactions. ^_^

All you sorry souls out there that have nothing else to do then bad mouth a company that has been there for you flawlessly for years have some major issues. The admins told us that they were trying to fix the problem, but that really wasn't good enough for you? You guys wanted a personalized messege from the Owner of Bitinstant giving you the play by play of what they are doing?

Dear so and so,

We just turned on the computer, and opened up the code for the new website.

We just did a control + F to search for the Cash > Bitcoin wallet section of code.

We just edited  the line that says "Cause ALL transactions to fail = True" and changed it to "= False"

We will keep you posted on every other step we take until the problem is solved.

-Mr. Bitinstant

Be real guys.. A big company like Bitinstant doesn't have time to do that. There is a big issue, and most, if not all, resources should be strictly devoted to fixing the issue.

That is my 2 cents. Have a good day.

The BBB issue was from 4 months, as for this time...there were a ton of things that should of been done differently.  Obviously a warning should of been put up after the first 12hrs of no one getting their funds.  You know like any repurtable business would do "Expect delays, our system is currently experiencing issues"  How hard really is that?  Shutting down Q&A after everyone tries warning new customers not to use the terminal, and blames it on 2 customers who cursed...lmao, then there is the classic blame it all on the customer approach.  IT IS NEVER THE CUSTOMER'S FAULT...business 101 right there.  So please excuse me if I don't share any warm fuzzy feelings for a business that did all that, and who has ripped me off and others in the past!

Congrats Levy, good to hear.  Has everyone finally got their funds now?

Well it looks like a complaint for non-payment I filed with the BBB about 4 months ago was closed yesterday after BitInstant failed to respond to two written letters to them from the BBB.  On a scale of A+ to F the BBB has issued BitInstant an F.  Feel free to visit their site and see for yourself.

Does anyone know how the bit market works? I usually get coin and spend it, but if the market will increase with people rushing to by coin, will that drive the price of coin up?

It probably will, but wont be anything mammoth

I don't. I have about 30 hours invested in badmouthing them. sitting waiting for my coin. aggravation. kicked my dog. who is gonna give my dog a fucking bone?

Roflmao, hey I been here with ya, and came running to reddit when I heard someone was trash talking ya lol.  .25 bitcoin would be better in my eyes them just turning a blind eye to the hell they cost us, and risk loosing 1400+ customers and word of mouth can travel far!!!
37  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Official Newbie BitInstant Support Thread (Active Customer Support) on: June 14, 2013, 04:50:13 PM

I think its a fair value for our troubles

I got my email for successful transaction into my blockchain like 20 minutes ago. Maybe it just takes time to appear in blockchain?! IDKK IM SCURRED THIS IS MY FIRST TIME BUYING BITCOINS! All I had to do was put in the receiving blockchain address right?! I know for a fact I put in the right address. GAHH maybe im just freaking out. Must. Calm. Down. BREATH LOL

Give it about another 30-40 mins, yours maybe one of the ones that is taking an hour.  If its not there then, we will start hell raising  Shocked
