^^ There's the "edit" button, you know?

Thanks! I remembered after, lol. I had to use it the next time to stick the "0." bit back on the front of the number, duh.

27  Economy / Speculation / Re: Official What will be the price of Bitcoin on Dec 31, 2015 on: December 31, 2014, 10:10:09 PM
$30,000
i think you add an extra "zero" by mistake
i believe it will 4 digit price by the end of 2015

Lol, no mistake: bitcoin is powerful stuff! 2015 promises to be stressful for the world's banks and bitcoin is an alternative to using them.

You should look at your sig again: "Dream Big, Win Bigger"! A little bitcoin goes a long way. I've been holding since 2012.

28  Economy / Speculation / Re: Official What will be the price of Bitcoin on Dec 31, 2015 on: December 31, 2014, 09:05:51 PM
$30,000

Bluemoon is knocked out with a very large negative score, whoops!

I'd like to thank Risto for running this unusual and complex competition, with thanks also to everyone else who took the trouble to be involved. Smiley

Congratulations to the remaining competitors: I hope you all see it through to the end!

Now I shall retire to mind my battered bitcoin ...

Congratulations, Foxpup!

And my commiserations, wachtwoord; it's entirely possible I will be joining you in a month. Sad

31  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: 2014 USD/mBTC Price Prediction Contest on: August 31, 2014, 06:33:21 PM
I've now sent my predictions.

Given such boring prices, I find the exercise surprisingly interesting, particularly now I have a record of my early predictions to look back on.

So the tension rises as the quirky scoring system looks about to claim its first victim(s) ... Wink

Anyway, good luck everyone, and may the best man win!
32  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: 2014 USD/mBTC Price Prediction Contest on: August 27, 2014, 09:27:32 AM
Free bitcoins for everyone!  Grin

Now everybody hopes that I don't manage.. Tongue

Lol, it would be a pity to end the competition prematurely after so many months!
33  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: 2014 USD/mBTC Price Prediction Contest on: August 27, 2014, 08:54:29 AM
Gosh, time for our next entries soon!

I'm still waiting for the numbers. If I send them now I feel "in the dark". I need a clue on how I'm doing Wink

Maņana ...

An orange torch would be nice, but I'm already confined to a small part of the cave. So it just adds a little more uncertainty!

I've just submitted my round 4 predictions.

Looking for good places to live on my winnings. In Andorra right now. Quite pretty and okay if you like skiing and mountains. Lots of banks, but not sure if I'll need them. Smiley
36  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: 2014 USD/mBTC Price Prediction Contest on: July 01, 2014, 08:04:46 AM
And then I looked up VWAP. Lower than 630 right?  Roll Eyes
Right. 0.5194+0.6393 points for me, bringing my score to a total of 1.7058. Sorry, bluemoon.

Congratulations, Foxpup!

I'll be travelling, but I'll try to keep an eye on things.

I'm hoping July proves to be a little more exciting than June ... Smiley
37  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: 2014 USD/mBTC Price Prediction Contest on: June 30, 2014, 07:09:09 PM
Well, I've submitted my predictions now.

It certainly helps having fewer months, plus I find I'm fairly constrained by my previous predictions.
38  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Bitcoin bubble is going to burst very soon ! on: June 19, 2014, 01:35:50 PM
If you buy the fake "return to normal" delusion, you would lose all of your money!

And if you are mistaken and bitcoin succeeds, you may lose all your money!
39  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: 2014 USD/mBTC Price Prediction Contest on: June 14, 2014, 01:09:27 PM
If the price ends the month between 0.56234 and 0.63095 this month I'm going to score +6.01 (and reach a +2.49 aggregate score after my lousy first round).

Sounds good, wachtwoord! I'll have a score of 0.12 if that happens and reach an aggregate 0.67. Smiley

Anyway, here's the graph for my possible June points, totalling my two June forecasts.

... assuming my second forecast was accepted: I've only just noticed the entry template has fields for each month's round of forecasts, meaning I shouldn't have overwritten last month's, duh!! Sorry, Risto!

Well hopefully I'm positive between $141 - $398, $562 - $631, and $891 - $3162.

Below $141 or over $3162 I'm out.

Hmm, I'm not quite sure why we're in the gambling section!

Try searching raxcard on google: it's worrying.
