We would be more than happy if PrivCoin messaged our support team so we could make a refund for them, as they’ve never done that ever since.
We’ve always been ready to help our users, and our support team is available 24/7, but we cannot help with the problem when the refund inquiry was not created and the communication with the client never happened. Again, we are still ready to discuss this matter with them.
Now that if you refund PrivCoin, I wouldn't believe you. You are a complete liar, a scammer. How do we even know refund inquiry was created or not. Probably you are lying here too. All of the refund inquires are processed by our support team, and it is completely impossible for the system to miss any of them. Also, every swap has an ID that allows us to trace a swap in our database when it is needed. We deeply believe in honesty on the crypto market, and our service possesses all the qualities of a transparent one. We are sorry that something made you think otherwise. |

You haven't refunded PrivCoin yet: If you either refund us the coin we sent back where it came from OR provide a swap to the coin we wanted, we will remove this post but here's the best part: We are not going to tell you which transaction was ours so either refund every user you're holding and give everybody their coins back or provide them the promised swap. We're successfully working with a lot of wallets (Trezor, Ledger, Edge, and Exodus are among them) - they can vouch for us being a service worth trusting. Your word means nothing here. Anyone can claim someone can vouch for them without showing actual evidence. You’re always welcome to try our platform No thanks. Guys before you take any step, please check changeNow trust feedback which shows he is a scammer. Don't be follish. There's some scam accusation threads against changeNow.
There was one case last summer that took us a long time to resolve. But as per marlboroza's feedback, you have too many scam accusations. Isn't it correct? I know marlboroza can't give a fake feedback. I have checked the reference link and there's no doubt that you have scam accusations more than one. To our knowledge, there was one case of scam accusations against ChangeNOW, which was widely discussed in many threads here on Bitcointalk and on other platforms. The problem was settled almost a year ago, and now our updated KYC-policies leave no chance for the same misunderstanding to happen. |

New updates on ChangeNOW!
- Know The Coin series of interviews launched; interviews with Komodo, Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold, Horizen, DigiByte, and NavCoin have been released so far; check out the interviews on our blog and YouTube channel.
- New asset listings: CMT (CyberMiles), FET (Fetch), and ONG (Ontology GAS) have been added to the platform; DASH, PAX (Paxos Standard), TUSD (TrueUSD), and TRX (TRON) has been added for fixed-rate exchanges;

I simply don't want to give away my ID or any identity document to just a random people, they can do anything with our ID, on behalf of us.
I know that most of exchanges that demand KYC has strict Policy and such thing, but what if our document got leaked or took by a hacker, or even those exchange itself sell it to a bad person, and the company behind the exchange on the other side of the world. We could not even sue the exchange. We can't do anything.
This does make a lot of sense. However, legitimate services wouldn't give up such information to third parties if they're not related to law enforcement - you could get in big trouble for that. But still, the argument is really valid - never give up your ID unless you trust a platform and/or absolutely have to. |

I can't say if those replies you got here are legitimate people who used your exchange or there's one person behind all of those accounts. But I'll trust more those DT's than a bunch of newbies giving positive reply although you already have a lot of accusations about your operations.
Come on mate. ChangeNow is a scammer and DT has tagged him already. All of these accounts are either belong to changenow or he has hired the all time shit service- ANN Bump Service. To everyone, please check his feedback. Don't use this exchange or you will be scammed. Hey there, Could you please explain who (a) DT is and where could we check whether we have been tagged or not? Also, we invite you to test out our service and see for yourself. agree on #1 and #3 , #4 . change now is now a scam and i dont heard about simple swap . what i like the most is binance due to thier huge volumes . i rarely trade on hitbtc if ever i cant find my coins listed on binance . bitrex is also a popular exchange before before the dominance of binance . dex exchange is also on my 3rd list , specifically etherdelta/forkdelta because i also love to join airdrops and bounties . i see that ed and forkdelta were the first one's that list my altcoins and erc20 coins I don't know how the user listed changenow, it is already a proven scam. They have a lot of scam accusation. Simple swap is familiar to me but never tried with it because I am using one of the local methods for most of the swap other than BTC pair. I advise you to check the negative trust that changenow account received. It will help you determine if they really are trustworthy and take note of that, it's not just one person that gave a negative feedback. But they are many. I can't say if those replies you got here are legitimate people who used your exchange or there's one person behind all of those accounts. But I'll trust more those DT's than a bunch of newbies giving positive reply although you already have a lot of accusations about your operations. Hello there! I see a difference between anonymity and financial privacy. For some people to be anonymous is not so important but their financial privacy has a value. The average Joe who you referer to isn't interested to be anti-KYC, in fact, they have no problem to give all information asked.
It is not easy to build a reputation for an ephemeral site, you will need to use 3 times more resources to build your reputation. I do know how easy it can be to set up offshore companies etc, but doing it over and over will just tarnish the image for the exchanges.
Also, how would you deal with people having some coins in their wallet, will you disappear with their coins each time?

If you're talking about our company in particular and the general type of an instant exchange service, we don't have a wallet; such services aren't supposed to have any. The only funds that get in the "custody" of such service are the ones that the user wants to have exchanged, it's a one-time transaction and the funds are returned to the user as soon as they're exchanged. |

As a rep for an exchange service (exchanger in your words) I can attest to the fact that if you are not a day trader, using an exchanger is far safer and more convenient. Storing your coins on an exchange is just about as dumb as handing your wallet to a stranger on the street and hoping they don't lose it or run off with it. There's been a TON of recent cases that serve as proof. Now, with an exchanger, you just come in, drop the EXACT amount of funds you'd like to have swapped, and voila! We send the exchanged money to a wallet of your choice. We do have selective KYC checks, but they're rare and you can opt out with a refund if you want.
I tested you by exchanging some coins. This is really good, considering that my claim was processed in a few minutes and I did not register. I had good impressions and thank you for telling me about your service. That's awesome, thank you so much! |

i heared that changenow is already a scam . that is the problem of new exchange , they attract people as much as they can and if people already earned thier trust that is also the time that they will exit . you guys must be careful and dont easily trust new exchange . if you are eager to try them , dont put big amounts . deposit only amount that you can afford to loose . stay safe , Hey there, We understand your concern, but rest assured that the situation which involved a certain amount of scam accusations against us has been resolved and all the necessary steps have been taken to ensure that it never happens again - our KYC checks are now opt-out, so, if you wish to maintain your privacy, you can refuse with a refund, no strings attached. |
