This will reduce fabrication of credentials and skillsets of a candidate that will allow the employer to have a better grasp of the true portfolio of the candidate. As such, employers will be able to reduce the risk of wrong hire from the beginning. Usually, employees that fabricated their credentials will not last long in the company due to their incompetency. SEDA comes in as a filtering agent that will allow a company to recruit people that fulfills a prerequisite checklist. Therefore, employees that are hired through SEDA fulfills the requirement of the employer, rendering a longer employment term compared to those that are hired normally, where there is a risk of quality mismatch and unmet requirements of the employer.
The current competitors of SEDA does not provide verification as they only provide endorsement from an individual to the user. We aim to verify user directly from the educational institutions or the company of their previous hire.
