Converting all letters to numbers alphabetical wise. Middle 3 rows all add up the same to 90+45+68 = 203. But 203 isnt prime number. To make it a prime the next prime number is 211. So we are 8 off.

The center square should read 8
or in greek notation Η´

No, but getting warmer.

Adding them all up together wil get 267. This aint a prime. The next prime is 269. So off by 2.

answer 2
or greek notation di-

My best guess is it is the value of this coin itself that is behind the questionmark.

Reading the whitepaper from the site gives the following information.
I guess the valeu will be 11 or 101

Explenation:
So if this is a puzzle from say round 15, the value will be 11,
if this is a puzzle from round 16, the value will be 101

Both these answers are a prime number.

It's on the website.
http://www.iqcash.net/

I saw it last week and it went thru my mind to use the prime numbers from the front in the puzzle, but I still have no clue how to include them in the puzzle.

Thanks! Doesn't help me either for now Wink

It's not necessary to figure out the puzzle, but it can be used to confirm the solution.

Aha!

now we are getting somewhere.... Huh

Can I ask another hint? Do the grid lines in the background have anything to do with the puzzle, I've been squinting and counting but hoping they're just the artful design.

No. Only the symbols (letters, characters, numbers, etc) in the squares and the arrangement of the symbols matters.

There is one minor clue on the other side of the coin, but no solution offered yet is at the stage where that would be relevant.

The other side of the coin? Sorry but I missed it, I see only one side on your ANN post.
Where can I find it?

or if the involution and subtraction next to the square have something to do with it. Involution always goes before subtraction so maybe:

Answer: 2  =(2x2)-2
Answer: 5327 = (73x73)-2
Answer:142  =(12x12)-2
Answer: 4721927  =(2173x2173)-2

Since the prime numbers on the other side maybe involved and the set of all primes is often denoted by P

answer: P

or if that aint it, then the 1st or 21st prime number because the square is the 1st or 21st square. Or a combination of prime and number square.

Answer: 2
Answer: 73
Answer:12
Answer:2173

I.ve been puzzling before with the hint from the other side of the coin. But I still cannot place the prime number anywhere at this moment.

Then my answer will be the dash sign -

Because when you look at the Facebook page of iqcash, the info tab read the following.

Info
Promoting broader adoption, awareness and market knowledge of crypto-currencies

So the dash sign is what we are missing here.

Okay, so here's my answer.

The squares with lines is an anagram for currency
Now for all the other symbols. From left to right, top to bottom:

Chinese symbol upper left is for Nitrogen --> N
h (macron below) --> H
Greek i is for Iota --> I
greek Sigma --> S
Greek Phi --> P
Greek alpha x 2 --> AA
y - 2 is 2 characters before y --> W
C --> C
Greek p is for Rho --> R
Greek Omega --> O
Greek Kappa --> K
Chinese symbol lower right is for Category --> C

So all first letters from those words are:

NHISPAAWCROKC
This is a anagram for CHIP CAN WORK AS

Now put both anagrams together you will have:CHIP CAN WORK AS CURRENCY

The answer is NFC

*fingers crossed*  Smiley

Sorry, no, that is not the answer.

Not?? hmmm, no hint? Where did I go wrong?
