21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why ICOs fail on: October 09, 2018, 06:37:10 PM
I do not think that 50% of failed ICOs is too much. In any business, percentage of loss-making campaigns is high. If we take the sphere of startups, only one project out of ten survives there. So, it is not so bad in the field of ICO as it is given in media
I do not share your sentiment on this. 50 percentage failure rate to me is not really acceptable to me. This show the level at which the developers of thes ICO failed to come out with a sellable idea. Although i know it is not quite easy to set up an ICO project but I think it is better to take time to come out with a great idea than rushing into what they are not sure of.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ripple XRP be the number one cryptocurrency on: October 09, 2018, 06:23:05 PM
Well dreams actually come true but in this case I do not see that dream coming true this year. There are endless possibilities in crypto and anything can happen at anytime, so probably sometimes in the future this your dream might eventually come true.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Did bounty hunters really get token for free? on: October 08, 2018, 07:34:00 PM
I have been seeing a lot of post saying bounty hunters are getting stake for free, on some thread I read where some people are accusing hunter of dumping their token because they get if for free and this got me thinking......

Did hunters really get this token for free??

Working 3-6 months and using your hard earn money to pay for data on a project as a hunter trying to make someone else project successful, is that really a free stuff??

As a developer, if you meet an advertising company to help you advertise your project will they accept your shit coin from you??

If you employed and pay the salaries at the end of the month, did your employee got the money for free or will you still monitor the way they decided to spend their salaries??

So why all this people are saying bounty hunters are getting their token for free??
People who are of the opinion that bounty rewards are free should also go ahead to get their freely by doing nothing. There were times in the past that social media campaign does not require reporting of work done over the week but now you just have to report so as to get stakes. Even there are some campaigns that require signature campaign participants to also report their work.
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scam coins everywhere. on: October 08, 2018, 06:34:17 PM
It really is hard to believe that there are some ICOs who are intended to scam people. There are all hypocrits and rely on the weakness of people especially those who are new to bitcoin. So sad.
And that is the more reason why potential investors most be on the look out for these scam projects that has nothing to offer than cart away with innocent contributor's funds. No matter the number of years one has been involved in crypto business, one can still fall victims of these scam projects because they will surely come in form of a real project.
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Another December Bull run on: October 08, 2018, 06:24:16 PM
I have this assumption that we may be having another December bull run, though may not be as high as we had last year. Bitcoin however have maintained a very good support level around $6000 since this year and there is no sign of breaking lower.

Sampling opinions from various investors show that there is this excitement and anticipation of another end of the year bull season and aside TA and FA, the market is equally controlled by the investors psychology and with this whole charade of an expected December bull season, I am of the opinion that it will likely come as a lot of persons are already waiting as we have a large number who are "for" than those "against".

Expectedly, bull run should be experienced by December as we had in the previous year but the rate and level of this year's bull run might not be as that of last year because the market condition of this year is really faustrating. But since some stability are showing forth, let's hope for the best.
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC to airdrops is it good? on: October 05, 2018, 08:32:06 PM
It been long that I have backed out of participating in airdrop and what actually made me stop is this whole issue with kyc requirements. Had it been that something reasonable comes out of it, it would have made more sense but you will go through this and end up receiving peanut, it not worth it.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Rewarding signature campaign, are you satisfied? on: October 05, 2018, 07:59:10 PM
Are you participating in a signature campaign? You observe that there is a condition that you have to meet.

(a) You must make 15 constructive posts per week. (b) You must make 10 constructive posts per week! as it may apply. I am not against this condition but the next one is what I am concerned with.

If you don't reach 10/15 (as the case may be) posts before the end date, you will not receive any stake for the current week.

My question is, what happens to someone who makes 9 posts in case (a), and 13 posts in case (b)? Is it fair to deny anyone who has made more than 75% post for the week? Could there be a somewhat reward for such people?

Please share your thoughts. What will be the best way to reward signature campaign?
I think before any signature campaign participant sign up to join the campaign, he or she must have gone through the rules guiding the campaign and signing up means agreement to the terms and condition of the campaign. Therefore anything short if that is not accepted because if 75 percent opportunity is given, participants will take it for granted, so no need of creating such.

29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I join 50 bounties on: October 01, 2018, 07:48:33 PM
I join 50 bounties and spent my time in front of a computer what was reasonable..?
To be realistic, I really envy you, I wish I am able to do something like this. I wish you can share in thread how you were able to manage all these because it is much. But I hope all these are worth it because it will be of no sense if majority of these bounties you claimed to participate in are just a mere waste of time.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty hunter, now what are you going to do? on: September 27, 2018, 08:20:57 PM
I will not give up on cryptocurrency and bounty, not just yet because i believe that the market will still come up.

Yes, that is the spirit we do not have to give up on crypto now. What we are currently experiencing now is a general phenomenon. I believe as soon as the market improves so also will bounty will become profitable again and not just getting a peanut from it.
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What possible motivation you needed for you to endure this massive dump on: September 27, 2018, 07:20:09 PM
I have witnessed a massive dump of our coins and tokens starting of in July until now. And I have seen many users are still positive despite of the big dump. What possible motivation you needed for you to endure this massive dump?

Well the reality is that the current market condition is really discouraging but the truth is that there is definitely something that actually keeps one going in this difficult time. For me, what has kept me going is the potential I see in the coins I am holding as well as acknowledging the fact that its is a general occurrence in the market and we will get out of it.
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounties required KYC. on: September 27, 2018, 05:48:00 PM
I believe every bounty campaign has its own rules and regulations which must be adhered to by potential bounty participants. If it has been stated from the outset that kyc is required for bounty reward, it is now up to the individual participant to decide on if to go ahead with it or not. But I think bounty managers should include this from the beginning so that bounty hunters can make their choice.
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Jobless No More on: September 27, 2018, 05:43:44 PM
Bounty hunters make good money precisely because few people do it. I think if all the unemployed became bounty hunters, the bounty fee would be very low.

It is already low right now. It is almost not worth it anymore, there is maybe a few bounties worth it. I dont remember when was the last time i got something meaningful out of a bounty campaign.

I don't think more peopke joining campaigns should be a problem if actually all these numerous ICOs that are out there are actually true projects and not scam. The current number of bounties shoukd be able to accommodate increase in the number of bounty participants without affecting existing bounty hunters.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How is the crypto industry going to look like in 5–10 years? on: September 27, 2018, 05:39:10 PM
As we had observed cryptocurrency sometimes fall and sometimes increase its price. How will crypto industy price for the next 5 to 10 years from now?

Definitely it can not be the way it is right now. In the next five to ten years, I see crypto in its rightful place in terms of advancement and adoptions. I believe the market would have grown to say five time of what we have now.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Or Trading? on: September 27, 2018, 05:36:07 PM
I will ask you which one is the most beneficial of these two things? what will you choose? and explain why you chose it. who knows it will give input to everyone who reads. if I myself might be a bounty can be profitable and maybe the results of the bounty will lead to trading. What is your opinion? share your experience here

For me I think both are profitable but in different directions. Bounty is quite profitable in its own way because you do not need to invest your money to get some tokens but that also depends on the kind of bounty you are doing and trading is also profitable once you are conversant with all its requirement. But aside looking at the profitability aspects, the risk involved in trading is quite high compared to that bounty which involves little or no risk.
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency; The future, glory now or later? on: September 26, 2018, 07:57:08 PM
Lately several critics have had so much to say about what they think cryptocurrency is. Many said the best about this innovation have been seen already, and that all we can wait to see is degeneration and probable final extinction. But for me, I think we have not even seen any glorious day(s) I believe they are still very much ahead.

My take, what do all think?
Well we all know that we have witnessed some glorious times in the past in crypto and I so much believe that good times still lies ahead. Although the present condition has been discouraging but I know that crypto will still maximize its potentials to the fullest very soon. I just hope that the acceptance of crypto becomes wider than we currently have.
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: why all coins are dropping? on: September 26, 2018, 07:48:11 PM
I think there are many reasons that are accountable for this drop, but anyways the fall is as a result of the situation in the market after strong growth experienced in the latter part of last year and early this year. It is quite necessary to take into account that the crypto currency market is very young and is full of future potentials.
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is product important for a project? on: September 26, 2018, 07:36:41 PM
In my opinion, I think product development is quite vital. Especially given the amount of money on the line. I think a product should be a major selling point for any ico that want to succeed. It is the actually the backbone of the project.
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypro will make people smarter? on: September 26, 2018, 07:30:39 PM
In myopinion crypto can has helped people to be smarter, once that you are involved in crypto, you can learn many things and curiosity will hit you and in that way you will try to research and know more about those curiosities, also it gives room for innovations
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what makes you trust a new altcoin? on: September 26, 2018, 07:26:27 PM
i wonder what makes you trust a new altcoin? what you're looking for in their company page etc...?

What majorly attract me to any ico is usually the uniqueness of the idea behind the project itself. If a project can actually bring out some thing new to the community its chances of succeeding is quite high. Also it is expedient that the ico also has a very good team.
