21  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What indicators to use? on: March 19, 2020, 05:49:59 AM
what I am looking for are the most important indicators, each trader has their respective favorite so we can see tons of suggestions.
lots of traders do long term, short terms, or even both.

as I know, RSI & MACD are the most common and used. I failed to use the support & resistance because of unknowledged on how to read.
need to figure out what to use so I can prevent my previous error, error that made me buy before drop and/or sell in the right moment. this part implicates to short term related.

my point is to predict and do some trading in small scale, I mine & buy for long term but now might think to do little short term.
I've been watching Alessio Rastani for a while, from there I learnt something.

Bitcoin at $4800, Is the reason Coronavirus?

Bitcoin is dumping too much, is the reason Coronavirus? Or is this sign that bitcoin will hit higher to upto 100K?
Since bitcoin is dumping too much, I request everyone to donate at least $1 to my bitcoin address, It will help to fight against Coronavirus since we are facing panic buying and shortage of food. Or if you are infected, donate all of your BTC to the given address  Tongue

Note: Do not ignore this message, last night I listened from Jesus that one who will ignore it will get punished by Coronavirus so you could be next victim if you do not send donations  Kiss

donate asap!

that makes me want to punch his/her face. who wrote that?

We all know that most crypto market is located in China, since lock down it been 2 months and ongoing; some cities still in quarantine and tons of people can't move.

That is for sure not true. Most crypto is used in Europe and North america. Just look at Bitcoin ATM map.

you might be right, but I see more concentrated in a country than a continent.
I see big farms & trading sites from China, more than other country or continent. so the coins movements are really big in a day.
Bitcoin ATM is just for crypto buy/seel, might be attached to some credit cards. this it doesn't proof of a daily movements like farms & trading sites. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi guys, I know this it doesn't belong in here but I post it because it is related to Zig Z1 Pro.
Few months ago I hooked up a pair of cable splitter to the PSU for some extra 6pin connectors, this solved the melting problem on the adapter splitter.
I'm selling some extra new cables that I have, I don't recommend the adapter but if you need it, you can buy it.

27  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we going to see another PANIC on: March 17, 2020, 09:47:29 AM
I wouldn't be saying "Panic" for the reason, it is more "Necessary" to sell.

who in hell would sell at low price when it didn't reach to the potential value?
people are running out of money what I can see.

I would not completely agree with this.

Maybe some runs out of money that's why they sell, that way we can say its a necessity.
However, majority who sells their investment I believe do it because they panic, and some just want to make sure they can profit from this panic, and they converted their btc into stable coin so they can buy bitcoin again at an even lower value, that's being smart of them.

You didn't get my point.
We all know that most crypto market is located in China, since lock down it been 2 months and ongoing; some cities still in quarantine and tons of people can't move.
I have purchase orders with ETD problems due to lack of production, most of the factories are moving less than 30~40%. 1 of the biggest problem that I have now is the stock of transformer & battery, and they even haven't started to produce; So now you have an idea of the situation.

EU, America, etc. is facing the same problem; from the other hand... hotel closed, restaurant closed, entertainment closed, etc.
lot of people are not getting paid, so from where are they going to get the money to cover their expenses?

That's why I see more necessary than panic. Also if you panic because of the value, would you loose more than 25% invested because of the nasty drop? keep in mind the 45% of drop was less than 24 hrs
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Corona Virus was predicted but it will soon vanish on: March 16, 2020, 05:48:32 AM
what a waste of time seeing "prediction of the future"
if he/she is really good predicting, then why not taking action to prevent?
and why not predicting the lottery to be a billionaire and have more power?
and this freaking virus will not vanish soon.

30  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do you prefer to buy bitcoin or do bitcoin mining? on: March 13, 2020, 08:53:08 AM

Your comment makes me think you are short term miner/trader, also you need to see more market news to stay tuned for what's going on with BTC.
Unless you are one of those with cash problems so you are thinking to shut down. This problem is going to last for a while.

I do both and i'm happy, disappointed and feeling sorry for what's going on because of the virus. I keep mining & buying what I can because I am long term.
I am long term too. But with such price, the mining can't be profitable for some machines like M21s. s17 and M20s are still profitable.

The electric fee hurts with the M21s. Before turn off, I suggest you to make a math in excel...

* In each month put the electric fee based on the rate of every season.
* Put the coins qty (BTC or whatever you mine)
* Estimate when the value will go up and see if the numbers makes sense.
* Don't forget the time for ROI, difficulty, etc.

In my case it is too difficult to calculate because I don't mine BTC, I'm mining Monacoin then add 20~40% of profit to convert to BTC. Also it's suffering 51% of attack which makes it too volatile (beside of BTC value).
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the Corona drop over or will it continue? on: March 13, 2020, 06:45:03 AM
I am a little confused why when the market falls that's due to by viruscorona and what is the relationship between virus and market? I see this decline is very surprising to all crypto lovers and is it because of this virus? if there is still no cure for this virus then I think Corona will keep to continues. Corona will really give have a negative impact on the crypto economy and market.

The virus made China to lock down some cities which means 0 movements, it been 2 months and lot of people still in home, this means no income and forced to burn savings.
no production in factory, no restaurants, no hotels, no transportation, no supermarket, etc. only authorized delivery can go around. This is the part in China.

Now for other countries like EU, 0 knowledge to take prevention from the virus. The arrogance made the people to get infected easily and in less than a month broke the numbers in record.
after this incident, tons of people start to panic and spend the savings on products, also is taking the same effect like in China but without lock down.

Fear makes people panic & burn money.

The virus still in the middle stage and will continue to spread, is like the other cases from few years ago.
32  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do you prefer to buy bitcoin or do bitcoin mining? on: March 13, 2020, 05:24:06 AM
OMG! What's wrong with BTC and the whole economy?
My machines are going to shut down Cry
Except to collect more coins, I don't know what can I do further.

33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: More Damages to Crypto Market on: March 13, 2020, 01:51:26 AM
This virus will not stop and will last for few months like SARS, so I don't think BTC will go up soon in this year.

Many people are running out of savings so they started to spend, I thought on this drop but not at this value.
34  Economy / Economics / Re: corona Vírus doesn't affect bitcoin price on: March 13, 2020, 01:33:09 AM
I might be wrong but Corona Virus affect BTC, Why?

virus showed up on December and didn't spread until Jan~Feb, during that time Chinese people from factory quits their job after the CNY. From that time until now some cities still in quarantine which means no job no money.

Now around March the Virus spread all over the world panicking tons of people, nowadays lot of people are spending money to buy food, and prevention products which you can see that most of the time is out of stock (mask, alcohol, disinfectant, etc.).

I see closing hotels, restaurants, supermarket, public transportation, etc. so no income for several weeks / months.

this fear makes the people spend their savings.

Since the increase of the difficulty I've been watching the chart from miningpoolstats, I saw something strange but I can't confirm if it is the reason...

No idea how much hash rate had f2pool before the increase of difficulty, but 3 days on February they dropped a lot (don’t remember how much); during this drop of hash, the difficulty also dropped and the earnings increased.

This makes me suspect on f2pool related to this attack.
36  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'm a full-time crypto trader. Here're my recent trades & answers to questions on: March 09, 2020, 03:13:02 AM

i'm thinking on 8k
37  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do you prefer to buy bitcoin or do bitcoin mining? on: March 05, 2020, 09:21:16 AM
this is a good questions, it depends on the country you are...

Mining requires thousands of dollars to buy a rig, a space that can handle the noise and see the electric fee if it worth it. nowadays the market is unstable and is too risky to invest on equipment, 1 of the examples is the ASIC with 1 algorithm, if the coin forks, then goodbye ASIC. it is really hard to get ROI because of the difficulty, so good luck with mining.
from the other hand, there are many ways to mine, also the type of coin, to what coin to convert and at what price, all depends on how you do it.

now investing is another story because it is based on knowledge & availability to cash out. if you are stupid enough to buy at high value and the coin start to crash, then you are not qualified to invest because you need to study the market with information and see the chart. not many countries support bitcoin so no companies or banks that let you cash out.
from what i learned from others, don't loose more than you can afford. investing is part of the risk, also is part of gambling.
38  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HTC to release a blockchain router to let users run a full bitcoin node at home on: March 05, 2020, 08:45:30 AM
i don't know about this but i would doubt on security flaws, HTC is a phone maker company and now doing routers? how about the network encryption?
it is a smart hub that connects everything which means a hacker could connect on some device and get into.
my other concern is where the data is really stored?

I'm glad that I didn't order this crap, feel sorry for you guys.

I always like to see the result after release, pre-order before seeing performance is risky, like in this case.
I'm doing the same with Grin miner from Innosilicon
