21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: PhoenixMiner 2.8c: fastest Ethereum/Ethash miner with lowest devfee (Windows) on: April 09, 2018, 05:11:35 PM
Can anybody tell me why phoenix.exe above 2.7c crashes in 5 seconds when starting on one rig and on my other rig it runs perfect also with latest version.
Both rigs are identical with 6 gtx1070 8gb cards each and windows 10.
I didn’t read anything here about this problem.

add to start.bat file in the end  -rmode 1 -nvidia -log 0 -eres 2 -coin eth  if u mine ether, save and start, try

Thanks for your advice, but unfortunately phoenix keeps shuting down and don”t restart if something happens.
Some times after 10 times starting Phoernix manualy, it runs untill an autorestart is needed because of some faillure and it says: phoenix.exe isn’t working anymore and shuts down.

I had a similar behaviour one one of my rigs. I finally isolated it to one card running too hot after a while. Check your logs to see if one of the cards shuts itself off near the end of the log. Try reducing the overclocks and see if running a few degrees colder helps. Also check your Pagefile memory. Ensure its set high enough. good luck

The shutdown of the miner is also from the start, even with a cold card. My cards never get hotter than 58 degrees. (49-58)
The problem with shuting down appears with and without overclocking.
I will try to re-install the rig soon and see what happens.

May be too high intensity? (-gt parameter)

Smiley

just another scam, quick money for scam devs, nothing new here...
whenever MN owners get 80-90% of the reward you start smelling that's pumpadump coin. Also such guys try to skip airdrops and even if they do it they start the anti-freebie FUD pointed at the twitter bounty participants or even signature campaign participants who get blamed for creating a huge dump, and the whine is even louder in case the dev pays just 2 coins for that and then forgets to send the reward Cheesy but of course the dump is created by MN owners and Nicehash order guys in 120% of the cases

Yes they are all the same probably done by some Team of a couple of people 1 page website , roadmap with Add exchanges as a big win but nothing else all buzz words with eta's many months away with 0 intent of delivering anything , nice fat Premine  slow pow so u can only buy from devs or huge nicehash rentals wich is good for them cuz that makes the coin look good when there is huge hash on it. exchanges are 3 that I never heard of before I started running into these scam coins , I suspect a lot of the volume on there is faked by the devs either by buying and selling to themselves or with inside help.
Masses of sub 10 posts account saying things like "Solid whitepaper" "great dev team" "keep up the good work devs" when nothing is happening.
Its sad but it will keep happening over and over as long as the suckers keep buying.

Its nice to see that more people are posting warnings the scams need to stop they are a cancer to crypto and they are costing the good projects and honest people a lot of money.

+1 Total agree!

Why when does the fork you give the preference to the GOS.CX pool, rather than the explorer? This is nonsense in my opinion!
The forks will continue in the future, because the problem 51% is not solved.
what's better than two unhappy miners or 500?
the error is because of the pool that was on the old wallet. soon to be released updated cough, so these problems will not be
You mean that the Explorer and CryptoHub were on an old wallet? It is not true.
We must have a tool that gives the ability to determine whether we are on the right chain or not. The tool is usually a blockexplorer, but on your coins it is a gos.cx pool. Do you recommend everyone to go to this pool? I understand correctly?

Fork is here atm?

Yes fork! Second fork this month already! Block explorer is at wrong chain atm

Cos all hash on a single pool - gos.cx. Spread your hash guys!

"there were staking blocks being generated" === The staking blocks being generated were only being created as orphans, conflicted, or for my own wallet. There is no issue, because I'm a fraud.
"network weight was 0 and the difficulty was 0.02" ---- I was too incompetent to notice that this means none of the Pulsar coin on the network, in everyone's wallet worldwide, was being staked on the main fork. My fork, however...
"there was an issue with the block explorer" ---- I took down the block explorer so nobody else could see that the network was messed up
"You mean literally telling you there was an issue when you refused to look and see it for yourself?" ==== I saw the problem, but I would have to admit there was one to fix it. I couldn't live with myself if I admitted anything.
"You can also ban someone that donated their time to helping your community while they had cancer, because they voiced a concern about the staking not working for 3 days prior. That was all the discord was talking about that whole time." ---- I can and will ban anyone pointing out problems being discussed on the discord for three days before I log on and decide to stop the discussion before it drives the price of my payout lower.
"Please explain to the class how taking the explorer offline externally for those 3 days, while setting your client-side computer clock forward an hour will show up in code. Go on. I'm waiting." ---- Yes, I understand what you mean because I'm the one that broke everything and my ego prevents me from accepting responsibility for my actions. I was just stealing everyone's blocks so I could sell them and get us listed on an exchange. I swear!
Now you have had all of my time you will get. Have a good one! Smiley

I fixed it for you.
Now give the Pulsar community back the 3 days of staking blocks that you stole from us and everything will be fine. Admit you made a mistake. Don't just be a coward in your discord with a banhammer. Admit fault and fix the issue.
I can not understand what you're talking about. My wallet works fine every day. And the pool on Cryptohub too. It's a pity that POW ends.

We added MarbleCoin to the Cheddur app (https://www.cheddur.com)! This will allow new users to learn about MarbleCoin and join the community. Cheddur allows you to link wallets, exchanges, and other services that support MARCO so that new users can easily get started. You can also review the project and post your MARCO addresses on your profile to receive tips/payments/donations in MARCO from other users Smiley

Can others from the community please review the profile for quality and help add supported services? The more active the MarbleCoin profile is (via user reviews and addresses), the higher it ranks in search results and the more likely newcomers are to discover the MarbleCoin project!

We also have massive selling in CryptoHub https://cryptohub.online/market/XLR/
There is a massive sell on SUCR coin too.

My opinion that hackers / owners of CM (coinsmarkets) sell the stolen coins.  If you don't know some days ago CM confessed that their service was hacked, they have lost all coins and not going to return to normal work. Nobody knows if is truth or the admins just made the scam.  But both XLR and SUCR were there

It seems that you are right! NNC coin is dumped too, also traded on CM. All roads lead to Rome! (CM)

А как мастерноду настроить? Что-то не вижу инструкции нигде. Sad

PoS ⚡Zerocoin ⚡txbit.io exchange in development

PoS ⚡Zerocoin

This is what I hold xlr is 300 coin can it pos?

Yes you can POS with 300 Coins.
You can also POS with 100 Coins.

Thats the different between Masternode Holders and POS ... both sides are winners !!

They more you hold then more you get.

Yeah, however: "PoS: starting from block 259201" - from the OP.  Huh

Hi all! Can I setup a master node in W7 without a Tor? If answer is - "yes" - then where can I find a guide in English? Thanks!
answer is yes if u have a static ip address
masternode guides can be found in masternode area of website bit.diamonds
Thank you for quick answer, mate! For a long time I have not been here. Smiley But I still cannot find a good guide. This guide - "Single masternode + POS headless wallet on on home PC with Onion hidden service" - for Tor users and so badly... with pictures in an incomprehensible language... Can I find a really better guide?

if pure windows is what u run and u willing spend so e time with a friendly russian guy
join dmd slack and ask shveicar for help

i think there is noone who made more masternodes happen from people who where overwhelmed by the still existing complexity set up a masternode

take a day off for urself and spend it get ur mn up and running

is a 200k $ value asset u should be able spend time and effort get it up and running

request a slack invite by use to contact form on our website
Thanks, Helmut! I will try.

Thank you,

my VM or Pagefile is 55Giga!! Im sure that is ok or??

About "I=23", of course I can try also the --asm, but allready i coming the "window" with the .exe ERROR!!

But I try and try Smiley

Greetings
Luisa

Dont forget, I have 2 times the same rig with the same config/values....in one is working with 55Giga VM, and the other ones in coming this error Sad
Then raisers and swapping power contacts. May be problem in 1 card (slot, raiser, power, card).
Another algorithms is working?
Try with a single card (-d 0 or -d 1 and so one) and I=21 without --asm to start.
I had a similar problem on my daughter's computer (470 card). In the beginning everything worked fine, but then it stopped - the miner did not start, the window appeared with an error, nothing helped. I switched on another algorithm (equihash) and forgot. In a few hours the computer just hung, but after rebooting - the miner (v3.00) started to run again and now v3.01 is working also.
Im sorry, Luisa, I have no more advices. Sad

Hi guys,
everytime when i start the .cmd then I have the windows error (window goes open)

setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 1
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

mkxminer.exe --exitsick --asm  -o stratum+tcp://mona.suprnova.cc:2995 -u test.Monacoin -p x -I 23

I try also with --platform 0, but not working!
I have 2 times the same rig with 7 rx580 cars, and is working for the one rig, but not the second one! (both really SAME!!)

Error: mkminer.exe error, (0xc000007b)
then i need to press OK....
I cant understand ...because in the one rig is working perfect!
Im using the Latest version 3.0.1 Windows!
Any ideas guys?
Thank so much for help

EDIT: The working rig with R580 8giga makes only 32MH/s....is this normal?--> also here some ideas?
Luisa
Luisa, please, try advice in post N351. I think you need big pagefile for 7 cards.
I have 38MH/s from each 580. "-I 23" not working for me.
