my Transaction is unconfirmed since 3 Weeks because i tipped 2 Sat and not 200 Sat :/

Could u speed it up a lil bit please or my money is lost because of this 2 Satoshi Fee ??

meine Zahlung hängt leider seit fast 3 Wochen fest weil ich so blöd war und nur 2 Satoshi statt 200 Satoshi angegeben habe bei der Überweisung über Blockchain

Kann man da noch was machen ? oder ist das Geld weg ?
Habe bei Google sog. TX Acclerator gefunden aber bei einem kommt die Fee sei zu low , der andere will gute 130$ haben dafür das die Transaktion bestätigt wird.
