Here some key aspects for me:
1. Go for a walk every day, at least half an hour, to come down and order your thought.
2. Do some sports, your body is a mashine that wants to get driven.
3. Take care about what you eat and drink enough water.
4. Get rid of destructive habits (smoking, negative thoughts, stressfull routines)
5. and most important, enjoy your life, take enough breaks and time for your own.
