A good leader is a good listener. A leader should see his subordinates equally. A good leader should know the priorities. A leader should stand strong on his decisions. A good leader should share success with his subordinates/people, and not blame them if you the leader, fail.

Almost 4months have passed since the release of IOS 11 and yet im not updating my phone. Whats your review for this update so far? So i can decide to update mine or not.

I love reading Nicholas Sparks' books. I love reading love stories or romance. And also trilogy books, especially, fifty shades of grey.

There's a positive and negative impact of technology. Positive, because thru internet, you can easily socialize and communicate  with your love ones who are afar from you, in as fast of a snap of a finger, you can search what your looking for, it really makes life easy and it is for our convinience. But the negative impact affects our child/ren, the millenials, focus their attention more in technology, into the internet, they rely so much on internet that the books is no longer needed. They tend to communicate more thru social media than to talk with their friends in person.

So much depression can lead someone to commit suicide. Or the feeling that they have no one to talk to about their problems, they are losing hope. They are so much in pain and they dont want to feel that pain anymore and with that they didnt give life a chance.;

Religion is a belief. We have different insight when it comes to beliefs, and there's nothing wrong with that, maybe in others what we believe is wrong but with the other its good. One thing is for sure, religion teaches us to respect the beliefs of each individuals.

The best way to save money is thru the bank. Know your prioritiy first before spending money to not so important things such as our luxury, but im not saying that you should not spoil yourself and enjoy your earnings, but be wise enough on handling your income.

You're right, it's holiday and yet you can't spend it with you love ones. Cheer up. Everything gonna be alright. Have faith in Him. ♥

They say real friends are hard to find. In my personal perspective, to have a real friends you must be real to your friends first so you can earn their trust so they can be real to you too.

It depends on how you use money for happiness, having lots of money can give you everything that make you comfortable, for me, seeing your love ones happy is the real and pure happiness.
