In my opinion, the price of bitcoin is determined by its supply and demand. But still, there are some factors that affecting the price, example is when the price have reached an ATH and when there is a widespread of FUD.

I don't think the price of bitcoin will not be stable. Its one of the characteristic of cryptocurrency, its volatility. And the price will never settle it will fluctuate every time.

It depends on the country you are in. In united states and united kingdom, they have made laws to tax the bitcoins use. Also, when converting your money to fiat you still get a bit of tax from banks when you withdraw your money.

Well I guess you will have to wait until another dip will happen. My suggestion would be to invest on other coins since bitcoins price is still pumping and just exchange it when bitcoins is dumped.

If you have enough money you can just buy BTC then hold and wait until the price have grown enough for. After that, you can buy a mining rig to mine your own BTC. |

I think the proper way to be not a victim of scammers is to search more about that ICO. Read more about them and analyze. Decide whether it will be a good one for investment or not. Try to ask in some forums so you will know more about that ICO. If you really want to invest on ICOs, you must have courage and acceptance because there is always a risk on joining ICOs and even in life.

Some of the scammers use the ICO projects right now. Once they reach the target amount of investment they will just stop and fade away. So I guess better to do research first on an ICO.
