Is anyone able to withdraw Shield from CoinExchange? When I try to withdraw I get this error:
Error: Invalid withdrawal address entered.
I created the address in Shield Core wallet v3.0.3.0 x64.
I had the same problem. I found the following workaround: Use an old address from a transaction from the old wallet. You can find such addresses in the "History" tab of your wallet. This did the job for me. I'm not sure but I think with the old version XSH addresses started with "S". This seems not to be case for the wallet 3.0 anymore. I assume CE still has a check active, and refuses withdrawals with addresses not starting with "S". But this is pure speculation :-) According to CoinExchange, withdrawals to E---- addresses should now go through. Thanks for all the help. I ever had an old address, but I never bought Shield and deleted that in the past. I only have the new address. I will try later to see if CE indeed fixed he problem.

I notice the Gui wallet is in 32-bit and 64-bit version. I also used them both and haven't had any issues. Is there any advance to use the 64-bit instead of the 32-bit?
I also would like to know if it is possible to mine IntenseCoins in wallet version v2021?

I presume you never heard of early stadium? nobody expect this coin will be already 2 usd now. just hold your ripple or any other top 20 coin. Anyone that buys now a top 100 coin can never make 50x in 1 year, but with a coin such as VSX, this is possible. It seems you do not know anything about investing.

Thanks for sharing all your experiences. I am glad that this problem is not unique. I made the ticket and they already replied, but the reply is quite poor
This withdrawal has now been reprocessed, please allow some time for the funds to be received.
Our apologies for any inconvenience.
Sincerely,
CoinExchange.io Support Team
Allow some time is very vague (are we talking about hours, days or weeks?) I will wait it for 1 week. It might be totally true about the fact that they use customers coins to setup a masternode. I never trust the Exchanges, but too bad I have no other choise then use their service.
Same problem here, transferred some VSX and have the same issue. Opened a ticked. Very sad, that they donīt release our coins... It is not the first time they do so... Sorry to hear you got into the same problem but at least we know this is an issue now at Coinexchange and it is not an individually problem. Let's hope it will not take days or weeks. I transferred mine 25 hours ago, so I am pretty sure it will take more then 1 day or days. VSX are finally in my wallet! Delay was something like 12 hours... Glad to hear. Mine did not arrive in wallet. It is almost 2 days now, but I got a new reply from Coinexchange. They replied the following: It appears the initial reprocessing has failed. I have forwarded this on to the technical support team. Please be patient, they will look into the issue as soon as possible. So just have to wait.. Let's hope it will be fixed soon, so I can start my masternode.

You don't have to fall into seriously worry like this. Your withdrawal transactions will be reprocessed, it might takes 30 minutes or several hours depends on how stucked the network is. Finally, you will get your coins, less than one day, I guess and based on my experience with coinexchange.io. Thanks for sharing the experience. Just have to be patient and wait couple of days.

Anyone having problem with withdrawing the VSX from Coinexchange?
I did a test with 10 coins. That went fine. I did a large withdrawal and the status of withdrawal is completed, but no txid. TXID is not currently available please check ....
I already made a ticket and COinexchange mentioned they reprocessed the withdrawal. I want to know how long this reprocess can take. Did anyone have the same problem and finally got their coins?

My wallet is syncing again after new wallet setup, but I noticed I lost all my staked coins. I staked on wallet version 3.5 before I upgradet to the new version. Can anyone explain this?
|
|
|
Thanks for the answer. I am so relieved. I thought I lost all my coins, which are still in wallet 3.5. Will wait for the 3.6.5 so I can upgrade my wallet.
|
|
|
I am still on version 3.5. I noticed the 3.6.5 version is offline and cannot be downloaded atm. Am I late to upgrade my wallet or is it still possible to upgrade from 3.5 to 3.6.x?

Thanks for the quick answer. Then I will buy myself some of these coins. I already saw what it did during the last big bull.

I have visited to Vsync telegram channel to find out what's going on and which potential soluations under discussions. As Matt. (core developer of Vsync project) stated in his pinned post in Vsync official telegram channel. New version will reject everyone from old version even v3.5. Some block minted/ rewards from MN will be nullified on next update. It will only accept users on newest version v3.6.0.0 I don't see any reason to be extremely panic about current techincal issues of Vsync network. They will eventually been fixed by Vsync devs. Happy to wait for more good news and version 3.6.0.
and i think this is the reason why VSX wallet in coinexchange has been disabled for maintenance. i hope everything will fixed as soon as possible The buy order is not disabled. If I buy VSX coins on Coinexchange, will I still get my coins during this maintenance period?
