mini-requirement proposal:
since biblepay team is no longer required, what exactly "Total Team RAC" value means in "exec totalrac" command? is it biblepay team, or all teams? assuming the first alternative, maybe it would be useful to change it like this (rename "Total Team RAC" to "Total Biblepay Team RAC" and add "Total All Teams RAC"):

In your case the problem is you havent sent UTXOs in 3 days: exec utxoreport 183b46bd8c5bd5ce00e5b4cf8b079704 We require a UTXO to receive > 0 in PODC. ok, and what has to be done in this case? yesterday i had 4 podc updates. i just do not get it at all. cpids are in sync, gen=1, rosetta and wcg tasks are being sent, podc updates are there, what ELSE should be done? no troubleshooting, no guides, lost 100K already... ** Resolution for World Community Grid Credit Handling **
The root cause of the WCG credits tallying as zero is that our sanctuaries are not handling the WCG daily credit export file properly. A hotfix has been programmed and tested.
1.1.5.6 has just been released. In order to fix the problem, we need Sancs to upgrade. (Users do not need to upgrade until the next mandatory release).
Sancs, please upgrade to the latest version.
EDIT: The pool superblock view report will be fixed within an hour; the problem can be fixed if the pools upgrade to the latest version. Purepool, I believe you will also need to upgrade to the latest version. BiblePay Pool will upgrade now.
EDIT2: Windows is building.
1.1.5.6 for Windows is released; upgrading the Pool and Sanctuary 1 now. Ok, the pool has been upgraded, now you can see the Reports | Superblock View report, and the WCG RAC should be correct. Please let me know if you see any missing WCG rac. As far as the next superblock payment, the payouts are based on the winning contract. Most likely the contract will be similar to yesterdays: Primarily Rosetta based. The quicker the sancs upgrade, the more likely that tomorrow's superblock will contain all of the WCG magnitude. sorry, it didn't help, i see wcg rac = 0 Anyone with persisting WCG problems into today - we will get to the bottom of this! The superblock view report looks good today, and I do not see any contract creation errors over the last 24 hours with WCG. So as of yesterday I clearly saw errors and we fixed them. and your POW is running nonstop= wallet unlock? for PODC your POW must be unlock+running
does POW means mine from wallet ? You need to have more bbp in your wallet. Other issue I spotted. For some reason your wallet is not sending PODC updates as it should. There should 6 per day and you have 1 every other day. Maybe you have in your wallet's conf and you have executed by hand. WHY there is "No data for your account were found in the next superblock." what is the REASON behind this? he is not the only one with this problem... |

For everyone wanting to participate in a clusternode on mintnode: I now tested deposits and withdrawals and everything seems to work (albeit a bit slow...). Right now no one else has deposited any BBP funds there, so I will start with 100k and I hope that a lot of you guys will join me to get that 1.55 million filled.  I'm in with my modest invest in a moment. I've also sent some coins for testing. What's interesting is that their default 'Payout Method' is 'Reinvest'. So, if I understand it clearly, your rewards get send to the queue, and when a new Masternode is started, your rewards get invested in that automatically. I think that is very cool! So, once there are a few Masternodes on there, chances are that number will keep on growing (if people select the 'Reinvest' option). With 88% ROI 12 masternodes would generate new masternode once a month. This helps them to keep masternodes running while allowing people to withdraw all the time as they hopefully have enough queue good idea, but it won't the more nodes, the less income generated per node. anyways, i put couple of hundred thousands of BBP there, let's see... |

Strange behaviour on the pool Superblock view. Onii-chan, talisman, Sakic and other miners including mine suddenly read 0 for WCGRAC. Checked my exec getboincinfo and it shows that WCGRAC reads 0. I suspect that it's the same for the others. Any idea what happened?
My WCGRAC seems fine. Don't know what could have caused this. my WCGRAC reads 0 as well. not good... maybe the reason behind this is that wcg web page was down for couple of hours yesterday... still 0, not yet fixed... aaargh |

ok so to mine block you need cpid connected - thats fine, but why cpu goes 0% ))? sometimes it is 100% but then 5 minutes 0%... on my xeon it goes up to 8 cores from 24... and still not clear about paying. i need to be online every solved block to send stats? if i miss block i will not get paid?, or i need to be online only when superblock is processing? i need to know what must be doing what and what happens if i will be off for half of day or so... maybe not only me, as there is many people who turn off their computer over night nothing works... there are no meaningful guidelines... it's only guessing and trying hard i'm seriously thinking about selling everything and letting this project go... |

I can some of your questions. -Mined blocks need 102 confirmations before they are available to spend. -These mined blocks are separate from your getboincinfo information. That only concerns cancer-research payouts, and not POW payouts. -The need for wallet-pw to unlock is because the wallet needs to be able to send PODC updates, it will use the password to be able to send those. -You can check the amount of BBP that is staked with the command 'exec stakebalance'. By default 10% of your BBP is staked every 12 hours. If you want to change that percentage, you can add this line to your biblepay.conf: 'polpercentage=NUMBER', where NUMBER stands for the percentage that you want to stake (e.g. 'polpercentage=40'). Please stick with a maximum of 90 for the moment, while we do some more testing. I like your suggestions about being able to select the BBP address to associate your CPID with. And it would indeed be handy to see if your password was correct, but I don't know if that is technically possible, because of the way the password is stored, but I guess Rob needs to answer that question. I can't comment on the rest, but I'm sure others can Thanks for your answers so far. So I understand I mixed up "mined blocks with a CPID" with "CPID cancer research payout". Apparently what I received are payouts for blocks by (what was formerly known as) "solo mining", but with an associated CPID? So it was just a big coincidence that my controller wallet "found" 3 of those blocks? How is this calculated probability-wise? Normally I wouldn't find a single block in weeks or months going solo, so are CPID-associated wallets preferred in finding blocks? Regarding the cancer research payout (which is dependant on my RAC): so this will (for the first time) occur on block 33620, and only THEN will I receive the payment on the associated BBP address, right? Sorry for asking this many questions, but as a scientist myself I like to get a certain understanding of the things I'm involved in. You get the hang of things The thing is - if I understood correctly - that from block 33440 onward (when we stepped over to PoDC mining), only wallets with an attached CPID can mine blocks. So, since there are not many wallets yet that have this association, there is a much bigger chance on mining a block now if you do have a CPID connected to your wallet. So not only are CPID-associated wallets preferred, they are mandatory to be able to mine a block. Anyone that is mining without a CPID is mining into the void, so to speak. attached CPID is an assumption or a fact? if it is required, why no one mentioned this in mandatory upgrades info??? any idea how to attach CPID to 200 machines / wallets? |
