I do not believe it will be completely anonymous, because you can not get the card without the email phone number and address. There is only one way to do this, you can remain completely anonymous by buying a used card. Well, until 15 October 2017. On that day, the cards will cease to be valid for those residing outside Europe. Wave Crest, the issuer of the MyChoice card, was acquired by Visa International. Visa decided to restrict the cards to residents of Europe. So if you ordered your card and if you are a non-resident of Europe, you will be waiting forever for that card to arrive. And if it does arrive, you might as well frame it and hang it on a wall. Just 1.000 euros lifetime maxim limit of withdrawal transactions is very, very smal, insuficient to be profitabil when pay 15 euros plus other fees. I search a option with anon BTC card with minim 5.000 - 10.000 lifetime limits. If you know some in this limits please post about. Thanks.
