ich versuche hier jetzt ein bisschen auf alle Fragen einzugehen.

1. Hat MAT schon fertige Geräte... Ja die Chips sind fertig und das Tap-out ist durch (Scrypt-Miner).
2. Was ist mit dem Begriff Cloud gemeint. Cloud bedeutet im allgemeinen nicht "nur" das man nur das bezahlt was man auch verbraucht sondern auch das die Systeme Ausfallsicher ausgelegt sind.
Wir haben die Möglichkeit innerhalb weniger stunden einen Mining-Leistung-Verlust abzufangen. Es gibt bei uns so zu sagen keinen Auszahlungsverzug!

Auf der einen Seite hat man das Risiko das der Kurs wegbricht, auf der anderen das die Schwierigkeit schlagartig nach oben geht!
Wann welcher Hersteller wie viel Leistung ausliefert weiß man ja leider nie so ganz genau. Das macht es schwierig einzuschätzen wann die difficulty beim mining schneller steigt.

Zudem sind die Einkaufs kosten für uns als Dienstleistung Anbieter auch nicht gerade gering und die Umkosten für 150-200 KWh an Strom und Kühlung auch nicht gerade billig.
Das dürfte doch deine Frage beantwortet haben. So ein System auf zubauen kostet eine menge und man sollte schon von Anfang an gegen die kosten steuern.

Hey Bitmine.ch Team,

today we have updated some of our miners to your Firmware Version "20140425170710".
Afte the update the miners didt work anymore. They start mining after a reboot for about 10-25 seconds and after that
the Hashrate drops to 0...

Any solution?

they have more then 10.000 USD from us! A lot more. And we hear nothing from them at all! The communication with Hashfast is just bullshit! They answerers you get form the support lines are just annoying.
I really hope that this company is going down (After we got our miners)...

i guess not that it will help to fly to SF at all. Do you really thing that they will answere us?

The problem that we have is that we need the devices for our clients (check our Website here: https://mimocloud.net/)
To solve all the delay problems in future we have develop our own scrypt miner... The mimo X-1. But it will take at least 3-8 weeks to get this beast done!

Hey folks,

we are now waiting 4-5 Months for our Sierra (Batch 2) devices from HashFast.
Is there any way to get back the Money or force them to send out the devices?
On the web our company found a very good article about consumer laws in the USA.

HashFast Tech. LLC has never send out any messages to us about a delay. They also never called us!
So where is our Money or our machines?


I mean this can't be! Scamming on people on such a value!
