I'm not interested in drugs or anything...I actually want to see how the site looks, works, etc.  Oh well.
22  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin Freelance Website on: June 12, 2011, 12:52:11 AM
I'm pretty sure I saw a website like that already  Roll Eyes
I forgot what it's called, but it looked just like a craigslist for bitcoins.

Then again, this looks like a bit more advanced...butttt.....
23  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: 5k series instead of 6k? on: June 11, 2011, 05:34:06 PM
Can't find dual 5850s anywhere for under 400$  Sad.
Maybe I'll just get what I was gonna get and mine at around 550-600 Mhash/s instead of 600+
24  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: 5k series instead of 6k? on: June 10, 2011, 10:15:41 PM
That's what I'm worried about Sad, when do they restock?   Sad

Also, I would have to overclock the 5850 up to maybe 900MHZ before hitting 300Mhash/s.....hmm
So....5850 or 6870?
Like i previously said, my 5850 at only 850MHz gets 330MH/s. I'm going to be testing 6870 today to see how much OC is required to reach the 300MH/s mark.
Report back on that to me please, that would be great Cheesy.
25  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: 5k series instead of 6k? on: June 10, 2011, 06:38:04 PM
So, what's a dual 5k series GPU I Can get for under 400$ that would be faster than dual 6870s  Grin

Guessing 2 of these?
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125318

I'm looking at the GPU mining comparison charts and it seems like those 2 cards aren't far off from each other.

26  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / 5k series instead of 6k? on: June 10, 2011, 08:09:12 AM
Why are people choosing the Radeon 5k series over the 6k?  I was going to get 2 6870s with a new intel i7 2600k build for bitcoin mining but I'm wondering if I should choose different dual GPUs.

Getting 2 of these
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150521

Should I get something else?  I'm trying to get at least 2 for under 400$, plus this has free shipping and 2 fans on it Cheesy.

Also, What would be the speed of the Hashes It would be going at?  I looked on the Wiki....it shows around 270-320Mhash/s each card depending on clock.
27  Bitcoin / Mining / Donating/invalid blocks. on: June 10, 2011, 07:40:36 AM
So, To me, it looks like not donating at all and not getting paid for invalid blocks gets more bitcoins then donating around 2.5-3% and getting paid for invalid blocks -although more selfish  Roll Eyes-, but I'm not really sure myself.  Which gets more bitcoins?  Donating around 2.5-3% and getting paid for invalid blocks instantly, or not donating at all  Tongue
Sorry, I'm still learning everything.
28  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: reformatting, backing up bitcoins? on: June 06, 2011, 05:29:12 AM
im confused, so if someone wanted to do a runner with my wallet all theyd have to do is copy the wallet.dat and delete my one?

That is correct. Wallet encryption is planned for version 0.4
Version 0.4.....now I'm confused.

I think the problem is, that no one plays, or cares to play on Zenith. Now If you were to list a Bera, Scania, or Bellocan or similar account, then maybe.
lol, I'm guessing you play?  The character is world transferable  Grin.

Guess no one plays Maplestory here, lowering it to 2 BTC  Tongue
35  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Hashing Paypal E-mail Addresses? on: May 30, 2011, 01:31:25 AM
I was reading up on about scammers and trusted traders and stuff, but I was wondering what was up with all the MD5 hashes of E-mails.

I suspect many BTC sellers would prefer not to have their email addresses publicly published on the message board. So instead, people publish the md5 hash. Then, when you're considering buying from a potential seller and you have their email address, you hash it and check if anyone else posted that hash. That way only the people who have transacted with or are about to transact with the sellers have access to their email addresses.
Ahh, makes sense.

How about my scammer idea thing  Grin

37  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Hashing Paypal E-mail Addresses? on: May 29, 2011, 10:35:23 AM
I was reading up on about scammers and trusted traders and stuff, but I was wondering what was up with all the MD5 hashes of E-mails.

Also, shouldn't we have a "Dispute Scam" section of the Market Place forum, and the victim posts any dispute in there saying he got scammed by "blahblah".  You just have to show enough proof to make sure we believe you.

IE:
Chat Log
Any Personal Messages
MSN
Bitcoin Balance after/before trade.

Then we hear 2 sides of the story, if the scammer is proven to be a scammer, they get banned.  That's how it's done on several other forums I know  Grin

40  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: COMPLETELY NEW to Bitcoin on: May 25, 2011, 04:34:16 AM
Maybe - you can make a thread in Marketplace offering it. People will be concerned that you're a scammer since you are unknown, so you may have difficulties. You may have more success using clearcoin.appspot.com to significantly reduce fraud risk.

Most people buy Bitcoins on the Mt. Gox exchange; the problem is getting money into the exchange. You can fund Mt. Gox with Dwolla, or trade directly in #bitcoin-otc or #bitcoin-pit on Freenode. Selling your 460 for bitcoins is a good way to get involved. Again, welcome!
Couldn't they just scam me then?   Undecided

Oh, yes. We're all scammers here.
Haha, I'm not saying that.  I just don't feel so comfortable about certain things, but I'm willing to build up a good reputation and be an avid bitcoin user.
